Closed the boat ramp after Covid. Makes it an absolute pain if you are wanting to fish the lower end of the lake only good sized ramp (4 lanes)towards the dam and only able to use it if you store a bot or camp there.

We stayed at Lakeside Landing for a little over 7 months. The location was in close proximity to our work, basic shopping, and gave us a water view. If you are a boater, it's a plus. If you need storage, it's a plus. The staff did what we needed them to, for example, answer questions, provide change for the laundromat (which was always unclean - floors, inside of washers, tables always covered in human and animal hair. After 3-4 attempts of using the convenient laundromat, we choose to make the one 25 minutes away in Pell City our regular because it's ALWAYS clean), Lakeside Landing also made it easy for us to pay monthly rent However, that was it. They (excluding the maintenance man with the white dog that stays in the last row) were NEVER friendly to US, NEVER offered a smile to US, and NEVER made US feel comfortable. After 5 months we started to notice what appeared to be cockroaches outside in the grass and in our unit and immediately started to question the location of our lot and the neighbors while we attempted to rid ourselves of the problem then realized when it rained some lots flooded and they were possibly coming from all over the campground. The staff offered no help or insight. Finally, we decided to cut or losses and left thinking it's one thing to not be in a friendly to US park but to be in one with cockroaches. No, thank you.

This was our first camping experience. Came up a week earlier picked out spot on the water. Beautiful, clean, quite and had enough room on our pad. People are so friendly and helpful. Diffently will be back.

The staff are super nice to me. The long term stay crowd here are amazing ans super friendly. The location is by the lake but make sure to bring etc swimsuits bc the red mud will cling to you when you get in.

I've been living here for the past year or so, and I have no complaints so far! The only opinion that I have that could be considered a complaint would be the quality of the campsite WiFi connection, sometimes I can't connect at all or it'll disconnect me randomly, or it will say that it's "unable to connect to this network" and then immediately after retrying, it connects with no issues at all. Other than that, I've really enjoyed my time here, and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone I know that has a camper.

The staff here is super friendly and very accommodating. The monthly tenants are quite nice except for a rather invasive, aggressive gossip monger with nothing better to do than ruin reputations. Otherwise quite friendly folks and for the most part a fun, family environment with not much "rowdy" to have to deal with. Quiet times are just that and it can be a very peaceful and calming home away from home or full time as it is for me and my service dog, Vixen. She loves it here and the ladies here love her. ❤️ So I definitely recommend checking this place out for a few nights or a few years!

Great experience! Concrete slabs and Docking stations deserve some attention but overall it is a beautiful RV Park and Lake! We will be back!!

Great place for camping and fishing. Grounds and facilities are clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our two week trip was very relaxing and enjoyable.

We got one of the front drive throughs and it was very nice and clean al around, had a fun time. Would recommend anyone to stay there.

I did like it here until the lady that lives in the park walked over n said my husband is an alcoholic, a liar and a cheater my husband doesn’t drink nor is he a liar or a cheater , I was told by one of the other lady that works with her that I’m not the only one that she’s told this to. She also works at the parks store. I don’t shop at the Chevron any more because of her. The people that lives next to us let’s there dog out between 1 am-4am and the dog barks continuously and wakes us up even on the weekends. I can now say I know how it feels to live in a trailer park and I have meet the trailer park trash.
