Park is clean and well maintained, RV sites are good size, not paved. Entrance was a bit of a challenge to find as it is tucked beside a convenience store. Other than that, nothing negative to report.

The ladies that work in the store are very kind. The store has a good selection. Our neighbors we had were friendly and were good about giving us privacy. The showers were wonderful...alot of hot water. I never used the one behind the store...I used the one in the middle of park. The water was up and perfect temperature to swim.

Very friendly and helpful staff! The spots are small, and ours had a bit of a fire ant problem, but if you’re looking for proximity to the lake, a great view, and convenience of the marina, you can’t beat this place!!

i have been here during the pandemic and i have to say it is the nicest place ive been to. the ladies in the office are very helpful, the ladies in the store are very helpful and make it a joy to go to the store. the park manager is very kind and accomidating. its very clean and quite. it has more amenities such as the free wifi and cable tv. it does not have a pool but who needs one when you have a swimmig and picnic area on the lake! parking and boating is much nicer since they went private. very clean showers and bathrooms, the whole park is very clean. im glad i picked lakeside to stay during this pandemic.

Had a wonderful relaxing time. Nice camping, fishing, swimming, bathroom areas. Well maintained. Bait for fishing close by. Convenient store close by. Would definitely do again.

We came to Lakeside from Fayetteville NC to visit our cousin and celebrate his recovery from Covid 19. The people in the community were nice and very welcoming. It rained all day Saturday but we still enjoyed looking at the rain and the skyline on the lake..

Stayed here 2 nights while visiting family in Leeds. The folks that checked us in were great. The grounds are pretty, but the units are in tight. The lake is very pretty. Didn't use any of the facilities so I can't comment about showers or bathroom. I would stay here again.

Here in April and the campground is quiet. The water level in the lake is rising. Boat traffic is mostly quiet. Good time to be here if you are looking to just relax. Few people down by the water. Staff has been friendly.

Just stopped in for a quick overnight stay. Everything was fine. We arrived just before a down pour, so things were a little wet. Second time we've stayed here, would stay again.

We went to the coin laundry to wash a load of clothes while our laundry is being remodeled. It was very nice! Clean, good machines and felt safe.

Beautiful place, very peaceful, stunning sunrise and sunset over the water. Clean showers and bathrooms, gas station and store at the entrance which makes it very convenient. I would definitely stay there again.

Please don’t let the bad reviews keep you from visiting Lakeside Landing. I was sceptical about booking our reservation because of the reviews I had read. When we arrived we were on a site that had a large tree that had branches laying on the roof of our 5th wheel. Joan in the office was quick to accommodate our request for a new site. She moved us to a more spacious site with a beautiful view of the lake. The ladies working in the convenience store have been very helpful also. The park is very quiet and peaceful.
