Lakeside RV Park is a family-friendly RV park located in Livingston, Louisiana. The park offers a variety of amenities, including full hookups, a swimming pool, a playground, a fishing pond, and a clubhouse. The park is located on the banks of the Tickfaw River, providing easy access to fishing, boating, and other outdoor activities. The park also offers a variety of activities for guests, including movie nights, potluck dinners, and live music. Lakeside RV Park is a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Lakeside RV Park

The road it runs along is really busy all hours day and night.  People don’t pick up their dogs poo… nor does the grounds people, which is discussing!  I was happy that there’s an after hour call number once office is closed and you can get a space.  It’s a nice resort though… they have an inground pool and the kids seemed to enjoy it.

Great park! It was clean and quite! Very close to interstate which was nice and also very close to Livingston Parks and Rec fields where our softball tournament was.

The only improvement I would like to see for future stays would be communication between the park and the campers. They do not have any type of after hours answering service to answer questions. This would not prevent me from staying here in the future though.

Very easy on / off I-12.  Also very close to large vase station that can accommodate most rigs.  Close enough to Baton Rouge to enjoy it, but far enough away to be safe.  I travel for work, so I don’t really partake in the activities a place has, so I can not comment on that.  I did however find it pretty quiet, easy to maneuver in, and it felt very safe.  I believe it is a good mix of long term and vacationers.  Overall I was very satisfied with my week long stay, and will be back.  Another important thing to me is ease of booking.  I booked completely online, checked in and out after hours.  With my schedule this is a huge bonus!!

Campground is extremely clean and user friendly. Cement RV pads are great. Pool was cool, clean and refreshing. Only thing was the internet was very weak, even though we were not far from the office.

Great for families!  Bring bikes, fishing poles, swim suits, and quarters for game room. Also has a great play ground.

We have stayed there twice in a pull through site. Park is a beautiful well kept spot. Nice lake to walk around. Spots are paved and very level. We will definitely stay there again when coming through that area.

We stayed in December 2023, the park itself was pretty nice but we did not have a good experience with the rjourney company and won’t be staying at rjourney properties.  I recommend you think twice before doing business with rjourney.

This is an awesome RV resort. Always clean, bathrooms are very clean, it's just an awesome place!

We stayed at the Hinton trailer park in Missouri and it was an overnight stay to get home. They put us in a perfect spot to get out and away in the morning.

Perfect for 1 night or more. Nice lake. Nice People.

This is a very clean, nice RV park. We stopped for just an overnight. It was off of the interstate enough that you couldn't hear road noise. The ladies in the office were very friendly also.

Beautiful park, well kept. Great for families.  Swimming, fishing, camp fires.

We spent 6 lovely nights with a lake view in our RV. The campground is nice and clean. It was quiet with an adorable welcoming committee, a swan and a mallard duck! All the facilities are clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Beautiful well kept RV park, staff is very friendly and helpful! Gorgeous lake for fishing, walking or just sitting and relaxing. Nice laundry room with plenty of washers and dryers, that work! Dog park, swimming pool, pavilion and game room, so plenty of things to do.

Location is good. 1 hour from New Orleans and less to many plantations. Clean Rv park, all concrete pads. Nice lake with sidewalks to walk dogs or just sit at the pavilion next to the lake. Office people are very nice and helpful. 2 drawbacks.  Road noise but there is a high fence and RVs are very close to each other.

Beautiful park with very easy booking and check in. Really nice having pull thru sites long enough to leave our tow vehicle attached.

Easy access to the park which is in a great location near shopping centers and restaurants. We were camping in an RV.

We spent only one night, so we did not have time to walk around. Very clean, huge store with many necessary RV items, super-level pads, full hookups, very close to I-10, very good price.

Nice clean quiet park.  Concrete pads, full hookups.  Pool and playground.  Staff is very friendly.  Would stay here again.
