Great golf course, the RV is really a great park. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful
The restaurant is incredibly great food and service. The course is setup for players of all skill levels, if you play the back tees and yell charge you may want to buy few used balls, I don't think that sleeve of Pro V s will still be in your bag. Play it safe and have fun. Thanks

Likely Grill is under new management and the food it wonderful!  We love this place. Golf course is in great shape. Rough is a little challenging!

We stayed here in a travel trailer.  Full hookups are available.  Many pull-throughs.  55 spots, restrooms, showers, laundry, tent camping, BBQ area, dump station and of course, golf.  For once, the park is located far from road noise and trains.  It's very quiet and they are a dark sky park.  Verizon cell service is good.  Staff is very friendly and helpful.  There is a restaurant in the clubhouse.  They have a nature trail around the park and helpful suggestions about local sights.

This is a great RV park and really nice golf course as well.
Golf course is straightforward and has nice fairways and good greens. Carts are available and you can walk it if you like.
RV Park is well set up and has ample space from nearly any vehicle. Good hookups and a nice gravel pad. Bathrooms are nice and clean and there is a restaurant on site. Food was good.
Only wish they were open earlier in this spring!

Serene, beautiful setting for camping. Excellent golf course - greens in good shape; it's not crowded - and the views!

This is an RV park with large enough spots that have a picnic table and some grass.
Pros: terrific golf course. Great for stargazing except during full moon.  Dark sky certified except they leave on large parking lot lights. There is Absolutely no shade. It was 98-100 degrees. There's no dog park on the 520 acres.  The mosquitoes eat you alive. There's no food service Closed due to lack of help) even with the nice patio. Not Likely to return.

Horrible experience. Customer service awful. Booked reservation months in advance with 3 other motor homes and requested sites together.   We were assigned a space with posts on both sides and a tree. We were unable to fit our 36 foot motorhome into the site. Even if we had been able to maneuver our way in the slides would not open. We were told yes many rigs could not fit in this site. We were then given a choice of two other sites in a different section of the park away from our group. One was a lovely site down by the creek but it was swarming with mosquitoes so we ended up in the last alternate which was a gravel parking lot   After spending two of the four nights we had booked we checked out. No refunds!  There were two nice grassy sites up with our friends that were still unused. Why were we in a gravel parking lot??.

This is a lovely campground/ RV Park in the middle of a rural area.  We thought it was an “unlikely” place for an RV Park let alone a golf course but we were pleasantly surprised how nice it is and how many people were there.  Our check in was easy and the staff was super friendly. There was ample space between the full hookup sites and sure 26 was very level. We definitely recommend Likely Place RV & Golf Resort(and tent camping)

Golf course was AMAZING!!
Drove 2 hours to golf here and it didn’t disappoint. It’s definitely a jewel in the middle of nowhere, and  totally worth the drive. Greens are amazing, fairways in really good shape and the layout of the course with amazing views from every hole, makes me wanna go back again and again. The only bad part was that the kitchen was closed and we played with and empty stomach the whole round! :(

Very nice park. Sites are mostly right next to each other, with a wide strip of grass between each site. Bathroom was kept very clean. There's a nice nature trail. Great food and service at the clubhouse.

Camped here for two nights and it is a delightful place. Roomy sites with grass plots next to a dirt pad. Outstanding bathroom, shower, and laundry. The 18 hole golf course looked like fun. Clubhouse/office has a grill, beverages, and ice. Plenty of room to walk around in the juniper trees and meadows. Very dog friendly. Definitely a place I would return to.

Awesome place!  Great people and great food!

Stopped for a quick over night stay and was really happy with this place. Remote and beautiful! The RV spots were clean with green grass and so peaceful. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The restrooms and laundry facilities are very clean. We are full timers and have been to many spots, this is one we are planning on returning to when we roll back through. The Bloody Mary’s are the best!!

Like a museum! Great finds! Stop by. Serve gas, but close early. So get gas in Susanville if possible b4 driving by.

I'm an owner so I'll bring you up to date (August 2019).  Likely Place has an 18 hole golf course, driving range (guests get a free bucket of balls and loaner clubs are available), 4 ponds for catch and release fishing, kiddies playground, free kayaks and paddleboards and bikes for guests, 2 Bocce courts, 12 star gazing pads with 110 volt electricity, a clubhouse that serves breakfast and lunch, and hiking, biking, and geocache trails.  We're dog, child, and ATV friendly.  520 acres surrounded on 4 sides by ranches.  Free WiFi and Verizon service (no AT&T).  Open mid April - mid October.

(just over the Oregon border) Full hookups 50 & 30 amp Clean Restrooms, laundry, and a small restaurant/snack bar with wine and beer too WiFi but no cable $30 a night. We are on our way to Reno so we just stopped for the night, but I would love to come back and stay longer. We aren't golfers ,but there is a great nature/hiking trail...even saw a giant jackrabbit! The woman who checked us in was very friendly as was the man who parked us. We have a gravel pull through, and there are some grass sites also. They have a Facebook page, but I'm not able to figure out how to share it with the group. Happy campers here!  10/2014
ad’l comment: We stayed over Memorial Day Weekend, Lovely park in a remote location near Alturas CA. Long pull-throughs with FHU big enough to accommodate our 40 ft 5er with 4 slides. Wifi is the best I have experienced in an RV Park. Verizon worked as well. No cable, but excellent placement for satellite. We do not golf, but they appeared to be having a good time here. Place was packed over the weekend, but off the road and with no railroad tracks nearby, so was very quiet. Lots to see in the area.
