Beautiful location if you want to visit Sedona and the surrounding area. The grounds and facilities were clean, offered laundry and a little store. For three people for three days with no pets the cost was $387.00/ 129.00 a night bit steep for RV camping, water and electric only. They do have a dump station on your way out.

Our campsite was right on the river, the sounds of the rippling water was so peaceful, as we sat by the fire each evening. The showers and bathrooms were well taken care of and the friendliness of the staff was top notch. We're planning a return visit. I can't think of any suggestions. THANK YOU for the hospitality!

This place is a wonderful place to visit @ least one or twice a year. The location is not to bad driving from Phoenix. It's cool and breezy in the summer. It very quite. RV, tents, rental cabins. The leaves on these trees look awesome, there always weaving all day long. As for the establishment, lots activities for everyone. There's a basketball court, swimming pool, horseshoe pits, laundry mat, little country store, hiking trails, picnic area and @ times there is water flowing down the greek. I recommend to anyone that likes camping and outdoors.

I regret to say our experience at Lo Lo Mai Springs was deeply disappointing and felt financially predatory. I advise future guests to read the fine print very carefully.

The primary issue is their unconventional and inflexible per-adult pricing model. Unlike any campground I've ever visited, they charge per person, per night, on top of the site fee. For our party, this added $100/night for a basic campsite. When half of our group decided to stay in a hotel instead, the campground refused to refund the extra $50 per night for the two adults who left, even though our physical footprint and use of the site did not change. Their justification was that we had booked a "larger site," but in reality, the site was quite small and they specifically highlighted the exact area we were confined to. We paid for four adults but only used the space for two, with no adjustment.

Furthermore, their strict "no cancellation within 14 days" policy was applied punitively in this situation, preventing any fair accommodation for a change in our group size. The office attendant (owner?) had an attitude of “what are you gonna do? I have your money already” staring me in the eyes.

Beyond the pricing issues, the amenities do not justify the cost. The restrooms and facilities are mediocre and dated. For the price we paid per night, expectations for quality and customer service were much higher.

In summary, we felt nickel-and-dimed by an unfair pricing structure and treated without compassion or flexibility as customers. The value for money is extremely poor. We will not return and cannot recommend this campground.

Very nice and relaxing RV park. The spots are all very spacious. Shower rooms and bathrooms and laundry rooms are very nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bring all supplies the store on site is expensive but pay for convenience. Keep your trash cleaned up because skunks will come up and grab their  dinner. They are not afraid of humans.
15-20 min drive into Sedona for all hiking trails. My family and I will 100% go back.

Awesome camp area right on the creek! Tons of amenities, pretty sights and very kid/dog friendly. Really enjoyed our time, even though it was a very rainy weekend

An absolute gem.  Campsites are gorgeous and shaded. Lack of cell means kids are actually outdoors being active! So far, the best rv or tent campground I’ve experienced, with the exception of customer service, which feels exhausted and uninspired. For the price I think it’s reasonable to expect a smile here and there. More of a “host” presence would also be nice… there’s essentially no way to contact staff between 6:30 pm and 9 am. Skunks are in abundance- though they don’t bother anything unless it bothers them (dog owners, be vigilant!) 😉

We love this place. Our second year in a row staying here in an rv site. We had 3 family trip with 3 separate families. So they kept us all together on 3 separate sites. You wont have service in the majority of the park and we love it so much. You can take a short stroll to the clubhouse for wifi if necessary. The creek is sooo much fun. Our entire party enjoyed it so much. The sites are really big, you are not on top of each other like most parks are, regardless of whether RV or camping. This will be our yearly trip location.  Staff is awesome. Highly recommend.

P.s. lots of crawdads, little fishes, birds, squirrels,  ect.

Only con is the extremely fine red sand (dirt) gets all over everything. Lol

This was our first experience at this camping and RV destination. Initially, I reserved a campsite; however, after assessing the weather forecast, I opted to change our booking to a cabin. The reservation staff handled this modification without issue. Be sure to fully understand the cancelation policy.  Numerous reviews about the nightmare.
Upon arrival, there was a slight misunderstanding, but it was quickly resolved. The location is picturesque, featuring tall trees, a serene pond, and a running creek, along with amenities not typically found at other campgrounds, such as a swimming pool, laundry facilities, showers, and a playground for children. The creek was the highlight of our trip.

However, let's not overlook the reality we faced: with the hefty price tag for this slice of paradise, a few upgrades wouldn't go amiss. Our cabin's air conditioner was so loud it sounded like a jet engine preparing for takeoff made family conversations feel like a yelling match. Small cabin had a flushable toilet,  a definite plus.
There are some spider webs in the cabin. I don't mind them, but they might freak someone else out! The cabin bed/mat's could use an upgrade. We just brought our air mats. They worked fine. The loft bed was comfortable according to my teen.

So, the only WiFi was by the clubhouse, which I was totally fine with. Every now and then, I'd get a text coming through while inside the cabin. Very spotty. We brought our pups along and made sure they were on their best behavior since the rules said no warnings for noisy dogs--if they barked too much, guests would be asked to leave. Oddly alot of dogs in the park barked, which is ok in my book. There's also a cute little store on-site for all the essentials and some snacks!
Great location,  just about 30min to nearby Sedona, Cottonwood and 🍷 wineries.

In summary, a beautiful escapade with a few quirks, just enough to keep us entertained and on our toes! I've read multiple reviews of the staff.  We're fortunate not to have a bad experience.

The amenities are nice our kids liked the playground, and the pool was nice to have when it was hot in the afternoon. The pool was absolutely filthy but wasn’t our biggest concern. Staff was friendly to us but didn’t really seem to want to take steps to check on their guests like I see at other campgrounds. The location is decent being close to wineries nearby and Sedona for hiking and such. Other than that it was the single worst camping experience of my life As a seasoned camper… the site they had us at was infested with BITING horseflies… I’m talking like in the hundreds. We kept everything in our cars didn’t leave things out and tried to keep things as clean as we could but they still came in hoards. They were biting our kids and swarming us to a point we went in to ask if we could move up a bit to another campsite to just eat at least, which helped a little but was still pretty aggressive. And look I get it there are bugs in the great outdoors I’ve never had a problem with that but this was not ok cause they seemed aware of it and didn’t take steps to accommodate other groups they wanted to place in those sites. we asked around other sites turns out just the sites on the side we were on aka sites on the water by the j5 side are INFESTED but all the ones on the upper portion of the campgrounds don’t have that problem I assume it’s mostly due to the creek having water that’s running more over there versus being less stagnant. My problem is they are putting people in sites they are very aware of a problem. We overheard staff talking about swarms even. If the flies get like this during specific parts of the season they should warn their guests and make other arrangements. My kids and I are covered in huge painful welts that are bursting caused by the biting flies. The site we had also had a million ant holes but we just avoided those. For the price they expect you to pay for this campground I’d have thought they would take guest concerns on his more seriously. If u have kids just choose a different campsite the amenities are not worth it. We had an option to escape in the listed clubhouse that would have been nice too but it still says “closed” stating cause of covid on it… had I not been responsible for organizing my larger group to be there I would have left on day one… we probably spent another $60 just on fly traps from their general store (which they charge $7.99 each) Sedona and northern Arizona has a bunch of great campsites this is not one of them. Avoid at all costs.

This is our third time staying here at LO LO Mai springs and we absolutely love it here. It’s such a beautiful gem with the river flowing right through it. Staff there is quite accommodating and they have a new maintenance guy named Robert who is absolutely awesome. We needed propane and he delivered it to our campsite. Really great service. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay while visiting Sedona or just getting away from the city, this is your spot would highly recommend.

This is a very nice relaxing place to stay.   Beautiful shaded sites , large sites and very nice amenities.  Nice place to return to after hiking and enjoying Sedona.   Easy location about 10 miles south.

Lo-Lo Mai Springs is an awesome campground. Nestled among gigantic Cottonwood trees with  beautiful Oak Creek running alongside the grounds, it's an outdoor enthusiast's dream. A gorgeous, lush oasis in the desert! We took long walks along the creek, sat outside and soaked up the beauty, totally enjoyed the beautiful, clean restrooms and showers, ate cookies purchased at a cute little store on site, stuck our toes into the pool and hot tub, strolled along the extremely well maintained campsites, and even made a few acquaintances and had good conversations with a few fellow campers! The park staff was a great, friendly bunch as well. Our stay at Lo-Lo Mai was acception and we highly recommend this campground!

Upon arriving and checking in, someone lead us to our camp site and provided excellent guidance backing in. I've never been to a campsite or RV park where they've provided this kind of assistance, it set the bar pretty high from the start. We had a full hookup site (#69) with great trees and shade. I was told I could park my truck in site 70 for the duration of the stay. I think that they purposely do not rent all sites as they are a little close together. We were pretty close to one of the cabins. This is the only issue I had with our site, as the neighbors were having a good time at their fire pit which was right next to the bed end of our hybrid. However, everyone seemed to respect the quiet time restrictions and the carousing neighbors wrapped it up right on time. My wife swears this was the most quiet campground we've ever stayed in. The creek access and location is great for fishing, although we didn't have any bites. Water was a cold but we expected this for March and didn't plan on swimming much. The pool was very popular the whole time we were there so I think that it is heated. Other reviews complaining about no cell service should not have been surprised, staff made it very clear on their website and when making reservations that there should be no expectation of cell service or wifi at the camp sites. If you stroll up to the main building you can connect.

Beautiful camping and cute clean cabins. Shower houses exceptionally clean. Close by Oak Creek. Huge trees, an aquifer,  a stream, alpacas, goat, chickens, horse, peacocks, sparkling pool, well stocked store...it has it all.

We stayed at one night be careful the cabin the big cabin had bedbugs
