Very convenient to Roseville/Rocklin area. Water, electric, and septic worked welll. Would have given it a 4 if not for trash pick up at 4am. Needs some updating and TLC.

So bad! I wish I had read the horrible reviews on yelp first. We arrived for our reservation about 3 pm...office closed. Hours say open until 5. Never opened the first day. We didn't know where anything was, but ok, whatever. We see a guy who raking and ask him he like oh OK you're here that's fine. Im all we dont have a picnic table so he gets one for us that's broken so we can't use it. Still whatever. We stay 3 days 2 nights never see the office open and no one returns my calls. We get ready to leave and I see the office is open so I walk over and tell the two people outside smoking who I am and that we never "checked in" and the guy is like "that's fine." Im all not really we never got a site map or anything. He interrupted me to tell me it was taped to the door. Nope. I didnt see it. My partner didn't see it and the maintenance (?) Guy with the picnic table didn't say anything about it when we specifically asked. We eventually found the restrooms/showers and it is evident why they dont want people to know where they are. In a word, disgusting. I wouldn't wash my dog in either. Ok. So I ask the guy, no name offered no name tag, why did you put us right next to the road? When I made my reservation 10 weeks in advance the only thing I requested was a quiet spot. The office couldn't take my reservation 10 weeks in advance so I had to use roverpass (not a fan) but I called when I made the reservation and 3 weeks before arrival to request a quite spot. The guy out front tells me we only have 4 spots that are not full time residents. WTF? Had i known that I would not have booked there. So anyway the people I spoke to this morning (guy and gal) talked over the top of me, interrupted, lied, and were generally assholes. They must be use to complaints. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Older park with mostly permanent residents. Quiet in the park with road noise at commute times. Clean park and bathrooms. Good stop for an overnight.

Older park with mostly permanent residents. Some road noise in the evening commute hours, but very quiet in the park. Bathrooms are clean with hot showers.

We’ve now stayed at this park twice. In May 2025, my wife played a soccer tournament at Cherry Island Soccer Complex, about 25 minutes from the park. We couldn’t see spending almost $400 for a hotel for two nights and Loomis Rv Park had much better reviews than any RV Park closer to the fields. We were not disappointed. It was quiet (it’s a couple of miles from the freeway), nice restrooms and showers, and just 5 minutes from several restaurants. It appears that most sites are occupied by long-stay guests, perhaps construction staff. There are a few sites that are perfect for our size rig and we had full hookups at site 3. We did hear the nearby train a few times overnight, but not too disturbing. For our second stay we arrived late (around 7:20 pm) from our granddaughter’s tournament at Cherry Island and found that our reserved site 11 was already occupied. Although they were not supposed to be there, Mike, the manager, found that the occupants were not present at the time we arrived. Fortunately, he found us a suitable alternative one, site 40, that was perfect for our 21 ft camper van. With the delay in getting us a site and our dinner getting cold that we had picked up from nearby Buckhorn BBQ & Grille, we didn’t even bother to use the hookups. This site was even quieter that the one we had in May and, in fact, we never heard the train. Even with the reserved site snafu, we would stay here again - it is clean, quiet, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The man I spoke to on the phone and in person when I arrived was amazing but when my husband went in to pay for the dumping service she refused us service and said it was because we drove over to the dumping station before paying. The reason I drove over to the dumping station was because I stopped and asked the man who works there if I should go in first and he told me to just pull around to the dumping station. We did NOT dump first, we were told to pull around to the dumping station first. The woman in the office I notice has a lot of bad reviews on here which is really sad because she ruins it. We went to the Chevron in Roseville and only had to pay $10 and the customer service there was very good. I feel bad that the the nice man who returned my phone call and told us to pull around to the dumping station has to work with such a terrible unfriendly woman. 5 stars for the man. 0 stars for the "Karen."

Nice and quiet RV Park. Staff were friendly and helpful. The office has regular business hours posted, but was closed for a chunk of time due to meetings and work outside of office in park. However, staff were available for assistance by phone on site. Laundry room is large and very clean with lots of machines and very inexpensive. Lots of shopping and restaurant options with 1-2 miles. We will definitely stay again when back in the area.

Love the picnic tables, love the shade, love the grass, and love how much space each spot has! Stayed here 2 weeks and was very happy with the place. Good amenities. Seems like a great spot for a family. Plenty of kids running around. And the plentiful trees made a HUGE difference for keeping the RV cool during the hot hot summer of Sacramento

Very nice park. Well cared for. Great laundry facility. Easy walk to downtown Loomis, which had wonderful food and a great atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again!

Don't expect an ounce of customer service from the front desk. Had a key to my storage locker mailed to me (I even mentioned it to the staff the day it was supposed to arrive). Went in this morning to be told that it will be returned to the sender since I'm not a, "Permanent Resident". I even have proof that my storage key was delivered 3 days ago since it had a USPS tracker on it. The grounds need a ton of work as well.

Beautifully maintained park with a peaceful, quiet atmosphere. The landscaping at the entrance is especially eye-catching and gives a great first impression. I also appreciated the thorough application process — it made me feel like the park really cares about who’s moving in, which adds a nice sense of security and community. A great spot if you're looking for a calm and well-kept place to stay. Love the location as well, very convenient to hop on rt 80.
