A fair place to park and rest your RV or Trailer. The last time I checked on prices (2 years ago from today December 2021) it cost $700 + for a month. I'm confident that the prices have increased since then (welcome to California). Not a perfect place but for it being the only place nearby, it's more than fair.

Waaaaay over priced to use the dump station. Just traveled 5 weeks and never came across any place that charged more than $5 if anything at all. This place charged $25. They also have an RV storage section and they charge those tenants $25 to dump, as well! That's cheesy. Mostly, it's an RV park that has become an RV live-in.

An older rv park in the foothills. Lots of trees and shade. Pull thru and back in spaces. Quiet and very pleasant with pool and laundry. Manager is great. Rates are reasonable. All sites are gravel in.

After all these years it very much needs some upgrading. Some of the full-time residence need to drastically Clean up their areas. Put in a few concrete pads. Take out A FEMA GRANT or loan. Try SBA. You can do it.

Management is great and obvious they are putting a lot of time and effort into cleaning the place up (pool and park areas are great). The spots themselves are very tight and several RV’s have been here for years, so it’s more of a longer term park (which makes the park a bit undesirable as some spots look like junk yards). Our site smelled like sewage constantly, which was not very pleasant. Otherwise this is a quiet place to spend a few nights. It’s nice and shady too.

Lots and Lots of Shade... For Every site. It's very quiet and beautiful here. Management is so kind and helpful! They are great!! There's a small playground that the kids Loved! Laundry and propane here too. No wifi. Just enjoy the outdoors. And there's a horseshoe pit.

This review pertains to use of the dumping station only. Have used Loomis RV to dump the tanks on my Living Quarters horse trailer for about 10 years. Started out at $7…went to $8 but today I was shocked to be charged $25. When I asked about it was told a corporate direction which I thought odd….thought this park was privately owned. I can see given the year of COVID going to $15 but from $8 to $25 is clearly a price gouge. So very disappointed a local business would do this. How can we support local businesses when something like this takes place.

Reviewing the RV dump station only. Price is no longer $8. They have raised it more than triple to $25. It was easy to get in and out of and the dump station was clean. The office closed early despite having told me to dump the tanks first and then come back. They don't take cash during open hours, and only take cash or checks after hours.

Park mgmt is awesome and very helpful. Sites are a good size and fit our 45' rig, but gravel and grass only. Lots of mature trees for shade but no way to get satellite signal. Trees need to be trimmed as hanging too low and wide, so rubbing on RV's. No wifi or cable. Could be a really nice park but many full time sites are run down and filled with junk.

We love Loomis RV Park! The managers, Tammie and Robert, are welcoming and friendly! Both clearly work very hard to provide a pleasant environment for the guests. The RV Park has laundry facilities, restrooms with showers, a children's play area and even a pool! We highly recommend this place!

$8 Dump out for RV’s, nice people. Convenient to I 80 off Taylor road near Sierra College Blvd. NOW $25 to dump, people still nice but I’ll be a bit inconvenienced and not pay three times as much as before.

Called a few hours ahead of my potential arrival...the individual that answered the phone was polite, told me they had availability for me. Finding the Rv park was not an issue. Upon arrival, the check in process was easy and finding my rv site was not complicated. I had zero issues hooking up to all my connections. I had Doordash delivery to my rv site as well. The doordash delivery driver had no issue navigating the rv park and finding my site

Shady rv spots though very limited space as most folks here are live ins. Pool is a plus, internet spotty. They do have laundry facilities here and a propane filling station. Both are a bit expensive but can be convieniet!!

The assistant manager will supply you with street drugs. I came there to live clean but the assistant manager made sure I wasn't by the time I left. If you're in charge of a park don't sell drugs to your tennents
