Nice hot showers, peaceful environment, and awesome staff who went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. Would love to live here and will definitely be coming back.

Last night on a tour of northern California was spent at Loomis RV. Tight parking with a few small trees in between sights. Bathrooms definitely needed some renovating. Traffic noise at night, but not disturbingly loud. There is a railroad nearby that was very noticeable in early evening, but apparently it does not run at night. Overpriced for what we got - like a lot of California.

This RV park is very easy to find, handily placed just off IS80 on the eastern side of the Sacramento conurbation. We used it as an overnight stop en route from the Napa Valley to Lake Tahoe. Friendly and welcoming lady on the reception desk, reasonably quiet park in general(distant hum from the IS of course!); not a huge amount of space between the individual RV sites, but not a lot of people around anyway - several vehicles were standing empty, looked as if they were either being used for weekends only or as an off-season storage site. Good laundrette (not used personally) and pretty decent shower/toilet block, clean and tidy. There was a nice-looking outdoor pool, also well maintained. Would recommend as a useful overnight halt when travelling through central California.

Like every other business, nobody's perfect, but the two ladies managing this place really are working their butt off to try to give us, the customers, the best experience they can offer. Since my original review I've got to know the ladies fairly well because I keep returning to this location. There's not too many places that have management work as much as these two women do!

Our spot had good shad and the full hookup price was very good the showers at the office building were horrible , if I can see out of the 2 inch gap on both sides of the shower I dont like that one never knows what kinda creeps are around... No real place to put shower clothing while taking shower and also the big "A" frarm on the outside of building is wrotten to the bone .

They keep 18 spots open for the in/out visitors. If your wanting long term you need to keep checking with management, it sounds as if they don't usually leave or an opening is very rare. This was the better RV park in Rocklin.

This RV Park is in a central location with easy access to I-80 off of the Sierra College Exit. The Loomis RV Park has limited spaces for visitors. Most of the residents are permanently staying here. If you are looking for a place for a short term visit, there is very limited selection and availability. Since most, if not all, of the residents are living here, there is a lot of junk in some areas and there is a need for a clean up effort. There is a pool for keeping yourself cool during the hot summer months.

This place is not managed very well at all again like many of the other RV parks I've stayed out over the last two years they'll tell you you can fit in one spot and when you get there the spots not the right size to fit your rig. The staff can't be bothered to explain things when you ask them questions.

This a gem based on what you have to choose from. Daily campers I believe would be better suited for a KOA or something like that... monthly campers, this is nice. Crazy half the pics are of surrounding areas and not the campground.

Best place to get propane locally, great price, friendly staff, relatively quick in and out, usually$3 a gallon for propane and no need to exchange tanks, just bring your existing one in and they will fill it. I am a very satisfied customer after only one visit.

Very safe and FAMILY ORIANTED My children were so excited about the pool and playground! I WILL BE RETURNING. I give this RV PARK 5 GOLD STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is probably one of the worst rv parks we have been in. We live here month to month and the office is terrible. Never open when they are supposed to be. I thought the hours were from 9 to 5. But with all of the times they are gone, they are only open for a couple hours a day. I can understand taking an hour lunch break but the inconsistent office hour times are ridiculous. It’s pretty bad when you have a line of customers waiting around to ge their stuff done like paying you’re bills or getting propane or getting your mail deliveries. Also they allow some people to have big dogs, trashy yards and what not. When you make rules... you have to apply them for the entire park. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We are halfway through a round-trip cross country excursion and this RV park is the worst we've stayed in. The staff are friendly, the RV sites themselves are average and nicely shaded with lots of trees. Things that are below acceptable are as follows: 1. The bathrooms and showers are simply the worst I have ever seen and that's including tours of duty in Afghanistan, Iraq and Saudia Arabia. The area around the showers (2) are falling apart and moldy. The showers themselves, although closed for cleaning from 0800-0900 every day, are dirty. Part of the problem is the age of the facilities but we've stayed in parks that are just as old and don't have the rundown problems these bathrooms have. I scoured the surrounding area for another RV park to head to for the 10 days we were stationery here but they were all sold out. 2. They advertise cable but in order for it to work a cable box is required of which there were none available. I talked to some couples that arrived after we did and they had the same problem, no cable box for them so they couldn't get any cable. This doesn't particularly bother us because we don't use the cable anyway, but it needed to be mentioned. 3. Third the advertised wi-fi just doesn't work. It's one that's just open, no password required but I assume it's limited somehow because the ability to connect to it was nil. I was able to connect my iPad eventually but my wife never got hers connected despite numerous attempts and locations. There are positives to the park and I'll end with those. The staff is friendly. It's a nice location with plenty of shady trees to help keep your RV cool. The town of Loomis has a great nursery and some quaint stores that are worthy of a visit. They are even in walking distance if you are up for a moderate stroll. Roseville has all the amenities one needs or could even think of. All of the power, sewer and water connections work and safe. They have what looks like a pretty nice pool for an RV park, although it was October when we arrived so it was closed for the season.

Loomis RV Park is very acceptable now. The new owner ladies are pleasant and helpful. The park was clean and safe. My wife and I are traveling the country and Canada and needed a place near Lincoln, CA. There is nothing else close, so we took a chance. We think the old reviews can be ignored and liked the price as well as the park. Don't expect the "Taj Mahal", but the gravel site had big trees and was plenty wide for our 3 slide motorhome and SUV. Our site, #42, had 50A elect/W/S/cable. Get the cable converter box when you arrive. We stayed 3 days. Lots of big stores very close (Walmart, etc.). A 2016 review said the price was high, but it is not high now. We paid $44/night total with taxes for the above site during "in" season. I don't give praise lightly. You can check my negative comments about the Monterey "Cypress Tree" place we stayed. Loomis still has a few "permies", but they are clean and acceptable. Give it a try. It's fine! Our family recently had a "must share" experience at Loomis RV Park! As novice RV'ers, we knew our first trip with our travel trailer would be a learning experience. Sitting in the parking lot of Loomis RV Park, 9:30 at night and unable to find a place to stay, we learned lesson #1...Never leave home without a confirmed reservation! There were no vacancies there, and no vacancies anywhere else within 25 miles. I happened upon Jeff (maintenance) who was willing to make a call to the manager (Becky) who then put me in touch with Chris (asst. manager). All three of these kind souls worked together to find us a place to stay within the facility, not only for one night but for the two we were in need of! I could not believe how kind and accommodating they were to us and how natural it was for them to go above and beyond anything they had to do. The following morning, our family enjoyed a swim in their sparkling blue pool. Their hospitality was endless and the amenities of the facility itself were clean and so very appreciated. If we have an opportunity or need to stay in the area again, my first call will be to Loomis RV Park with the hope our family will get to enjoy their hospitality once more!! Jeff, Chris, and Becky...we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us when we were in need and showing us kindness we have rarely known. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
