There seems to be some generally lower class people shall we say residing here. The week day manager is rarely in the office and seems to choose to let some people break rules while others must follow rules. Case and point is we cannot have our chocolate lab there while others have large agrees I've breeds there. Just makes no sense to us so we found a much nicer RV park down the road. The weekend manager is much nicer and fair but it seems she doesn't have the final say in decisions.

The other tenants are friendly, this RV park is tucked away off the main road which makes it feel like a hidden sanctuary. The manager, Tami, who you can always find either planting flowers or helping out a neighbor is such a sweetheart and goes above and beyond to make sure your experience at the Loomis RV Park is more then one could hope for. Never seems to be anyone in the office no matter what time I go by or call. Who runs this place? Or is it self serve? How do you get propane if no one is ever in the office? Sad. I will not waste my time driving there ever again.

Its a great little place to stay when here in Roseville, staffs friendly, washers and dryers are reasonably priced and work well...spaces are fairly level.

Arrived to feet on a desk... no WiFi. No CATV, i was told not to use the restrooms since they are flooded, water leaked terrible at connection, dog crap in my parking spot and a sewer connection that was broken. Sad, could be a nice park. Oh, and don't try to reserve via email, they won't reply. If lucky, they may answer the phone. Only stayed since I had work nearby next day. Neighbors were leaving early having paid the night due to same issues.

The RV park has changed since it is no longer a KOA. Some improvements to pool and laundry area. Clean, and staffed with nice people. Propane gas is available and easy for big rigs to get in and out of.

They did not give a veterans discount, dry dog feces on the areas where you walk, spaces not very rv friendly in width. In one could not hook up sewer and the other could not put out slide all the way. Overpriced for what u get. Calls it a good sam rv park and got 10 stars. That is a joke.

meh Pricey due to location. Friendly but office has short, whimsical hours. Clean but for the premium price it's not well maintained IMHO. Close to Camping World and Future Ford large truck repair. Lots of shade. I think i will not return unless the location was important.

When my sister and her husband came to visit in their 32' motor home, towing a car, we wanted to find a campground close to our place on Lincoln. We visited Loomis RV Park twice to check it out. What we found was a cozy treed spot close enough to us, an extremely nice manager, and a pull through big enough for my sister, not to mention a reasonable rate. As if that wasn't enough, we needed a spot for a family reunion that weekend, and the manager had some chairs and tables brought out for us at no charge, and we had a fabulous time with a potluck with happy small great grandchildren, who got to play in the fenced playground area adjacent to our picnic. All in all, kudos to the staff. We highly recommend this campground!

Alot of full timers but sites were clean and not junkie. Had a little problem with low trees but we are a big RV. Park was quiet, laundry room very clean staff very friendly. Dog park not much space. We would stay here again.
