We tried to book another stay at this rv park and were denied. The woman was extremely rude and literally hung up on me when I asked why. So I called back and a man answered the phone and explained that it's because we have an English Bulldog. I said that we stayed there before with our adult English Bulldog (which is no longer with us) and then he said it's a weight issue. Ok....well she's a puppy and is well under their "30 pound" weight restriction. Then he said they are changing their short term spots. Sounds like they will discriminate against you if you are wanting to stay long term. This is not a place we will ever stay at again....even without our puppy.

Any reviews older than two years no longer apply to the quality of the campground. It used to be sketchy over two years ago. Today, there is new management that evicted a lot of the "sketchy" tenants. The park is more family-friendly, and I see employees working on the grounds daily to make improvements. When they are done, it will be beautiful. |Also, I had a water drip on the outside spicket, and they fixed it in 5 minutes. Because of that positive experience, I am writing this review. I am impressed.

Keep in mind some people who leave 1-star reviews may be 1-star individuals themselves. We’ve stayed in RV parks and campgrounds far and wide in our travels through the country and this park is no where near a one star. Management was perfectly friendly and accommodating for our 9 day stay. Bathrooms/showers were clean, a little dated but they are currently renovating. Yes, there are roads and train tracks nearby which create noise… but that doesn’t affect my review because that isn’t exactly something the park owners can improve upon. We sleep with a fan/sound machine, if you sleep lightly and stay in a thin-walled RV you should give it a try. Our sleep was unaffected by the train, traffic, and garbage collection. And the people who complained about the price must not have compared prices to literally any other RV parks remotely near Sacramento. Any bad reviews are undeserved Loomis RV, thank you for the lovely stay!

The employee was very rude. It's very overpriced. They have large bathrooms and nice showers. Hot water never runs out. They have a nice swimming pool. The rooms are spaces for your rv, and they are all very, very, very small, but they have all the hook ups.

this is an older park with full growth trees for lots of shade and good sized sites. a good location for SAC area. the on-site managers (Jasmin and Mike) are polite and helpful. the laundry room was being remodeled and should be nicer. did not use showers/bathroom. I rented by the month and it was a bit expensive compared to nevada where I am from. note that most SAC area rv parks have similar pricing. I moved further south to a more remote/rundown cheaper park.

It’s an older park! The staff are very nice! It’s mainly a full-time and most full timers are friendly. The road and train noise are horrible. It’s a highly traffic road and the trash pickup every morning at 4:30am is ridiculous. They need to change that time.

It's an old RV park but it's clean and has huge trees for shade. The people were very nice. Mike was very accommodating. The location is great right off 80 & Sierra College. Lots of near by shopping and fun local shops. The spots are not paved but again it's an old classic RV Park, not a resort.

No frills rv park in Loomis. Sacramento doesnt have many options, and this park was a KOA years ago and hasn't been updated since. It seemed to us the majority of the park is filled with full timers. We were sandwiched between two full time residents. It felt a bit awkward, but we made it work for the two weeks we stayed.

Unkept and rundown property, extremely rude management, that couldn’t communicate English well enough and had a bag of french fries for teeth. There was algae in the pool and we kept getting bites from our clothes after doing one small load of laundry there.

I gave this a 5 star due to the quiet peaceful location and the awesome management team. It is close to Costco, Walmart, BassPro and a multitude of restaurants. Easy access to Hwy 80 to head into Sacramento or the Sierra. It has both temporary sites and long-term sites. The long term sites are on a separate side from the short-term sites. It is a little dated but everything works and they have Washers and dryers on site. We stayed for over 3 weeks and are thankful for the location and pricing.

Been staying here for a while now and feel very comfortable. It’s quiet and all the plots have plenty of shade. Management is very friendly and pleasant speaking with. I recommend this rv park 👍🏻

I recently stayed at Loomis RV Park and had an excellent experience. The park was exceptionally clean, and the staff were super nice and courteous. I called ahead to reserve a big spot for my 43' trailer, and they assured me they had the perfect spot available. Upon arrival, we basically pulled right into a huge spot without any hassle. When it was time to check out, the exit was incredibly easy with plenty of space to maneuver. I will definitely stay there again!

DO NOT STAY HERE. YOU WILL BE SORRY.. This is the worst rv park in Northern California. The bathrooms and pool have mold growing every where and the playground is old pressure treated wood that has been recalled for play grounds due to kids getting sick from splinters. The spots are not maintained. The whole park is not maintained. For what they charge vs what they offer it is a huge let down. And the management is rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. If I can save a fellow traveler from staying at this park I will be a happy camper. This place is absolutely horrible.
