MILITARY ONLY. VERY NICE CAMPGROUND. This is a full service base, golf, pool , gym, exchange and commissary. other then space camp wihich is out standing , town does not have a lot to offer. it will , lots of growth. take the tour of the base through space camp (bus tour) , it will bring all the loose ends together. great place to spend a few days . you can also visit the civil rights museum in birmingham and jesse owns museum .

Very clean bathrooms and large concrete sites. Very basic other than that but good place to stay.

RV pads are level & bathhouse is clean but stuffy. No shade but your awning. Super if you have places to go.

Great military campground. They could mow the grass (or weeds) more often. Been very quiet and peaceful. Full hook up. Space Flight Center was interesting. The Veterans Museum close by is by far one of the best war museums I have visited.

Visited my grandparents who stay here permanently. Very nice campground. Has a bathhouse with a shower, heater, etc. Dumpsters, places to walk, friendly people. Very nice place to stay.

Concrete pads, water and sewer and 50/30 amp at each site, they are adding 24 new sites.

Wonderful sites! Many campers are residents. The laundry mat needs better washers, mine never rinced or went into spin so I had the put the dripping sopping wet clothes into another washer costing me more money.

It's not really camping...but a good place to park RV. Concrete pads that handle all RV sizes, gravel roadways, full hookups. Picnic table at every site. Laundry bldg has 4 washers and 4 dryers. No cable TV. Wi-Fi is weak.

Nice park. It needs to have better registration though it is not convenient to have to move every few days. They like to assign a spot to you over the phone which is cool but it would also be cool if they guaranteed you a spot but made them first come first serve so people didn't have to move so often. Also could use a family bathroom to be able to bath kids and older retirees that need help. A playground on site would be nice as well. Over all nice place though.

Huge parking spot in concrete, trees arround but not in the spots, laundry room in restrooms.

This is a great place to camp. Convenient to Post Exchange and Commissary. Also close to gate 8 and Huntsville.
