We stayed in the Elk cabin over the Labor day weekend. It was perfect, even better than expected, clean, spacious and we were able to check in about 2 hours early. Loved the bed linen, good quality. I was worried about no AC in the unit, but nights are cool and there is a fan, so it was perfect. (1 thing would totally add/recommend to owners - a hot tub, maybe for like 8-12 people, can be put right behind the bath house, on the dog park side. It would really help for tired after hikes bodies). Cons: 1. Very weak WiFi, like literally almost no Internet (but we understand that its because of the area and its no deal breaker for us). 2. They dont recycle unfortunately (no separate container for plastic bottles) and this is quite important for us. Pros: 1. The best price you can possibly get in the area. 2. Campground has perfect layout, nice sites, pull through, spacious and every site/cabin is secluded! 3. The cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen in my life!!!!!! 4. Location - we liked that its only 20 min drive to the park, but also only 20-25 min to Whitefish, giving you more options for restaurants, gas stations, groceries. 5. Dog park (although in this trip we didn't have our dogs with us, but this is something I always pay attention to). 6. You can watch starts from the parking lot by the main office.

I wanted to visit glacier national Park and from my home in Florida googled and came up with mountain Meadows RV Park. Since arriving here paying pretty much as much as I've ever paid per night for a site, I have traveled into glacier Park and found at least half a dozen other RV parks some with amenities. These sites are fairly secluded but the park is very mountainous hilly I'm not even taking out my bicycle there are no swimming pools or other premium amenities. Where I planning to come to glacier, I would investigate further as to the rates of these Parks closer to the park and some with amenities. I think the day rate is $55 a night here. I booked two weeks which I believe gives you two free nights - from Florida many months ago so I don't really remember what I paid. it's certainly pleasant enough but there may be better options in the neighborhood of glacier Park.

Beautiful location- great outdoor space to enjoy & beautiful mountain views. Friendly and helpful staff. Very beautiful and clean bathrooms. Location to glacier is also a huge plus. We all really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay in Mountain Meadow RV Park. The whole area is well maintained. Washer is large and cost $2 per load and the dryer is extra large which cost $1 per 30 minutes. The sites are well spaced with huge trees for privacy in between sites. The pond with mountain views across the office, provide an idyllic setting for picnics. Fantastic place.

This is a cute little RV Park. Very clean and kept up. Very friendly staff and they receive packages as well. Great for full timers. Every spot here is nice. The only downfall is they have a dog park area, that is a bit away from some of the rigs. They want you to use that and not let the animals just go wherever. Although it’s hard to get there before your fur babies gotta go. Although I know they want to keep the park clean and nice. I would come again and again.

Stayed in the Elk Cabin which was nice. Bathrooms were very clean and a nice warm shower felt great after a long day in glacier. Quite, relaxing park. Nice area. Would stay again. I'd recommend maybe a microwave for the cabins but other than that all was well.

If you like rustic (in the woods) this is a perfect site for you. We rented a cabin and were pleasantly surprised. We knew the cabin was only one room (they have other configurations) with no kitchen or bathroom facilities, but after that we didn't know what to expect. The cabin was very, very clean and the Queen size bed was comfortable (many places say they have a Queen bed when it is actually only a Full, but this cabin did have a Queen size bed, as well as two bunk beds. The cabin also had a heater which warmed the cabin on chilly nights, and a refrigerator which was nice. We also liked the fact that this cabin (Wolf Lodge) was very, very close to the bathrooms. The bathrooms were spotless. Exceptionally clean for an RV park. My wife was very excited about that. And the Laundry facilities were exceptionally clean as well (4 washers and 4 dryers. Just a tip.....I forgot to ask about checking out from the cabins. The office doesn't open until 10 a.m. so we waited around to hand our key in. I was then told that we could have just left the key in the cabin....wished I had asked at check-in because then we could have hit the road a lot earlier, oh well, live and learn. The RV park is about 9 miles from the entrance to West Glacier which really isn't that bad, so all-in-all we give Mountain Meadows a 5 Star all the way around.

We stayed here in our 40' motor home. It is hilly, this is the mountains after all. You just have to be specific on the phone when you make your reservations. They listened and we got a beautiful spot. Coach leveled nicely. Our site is wooded/bushy on both sides so is very private. We really appreciate the gravel pull through and very large, flat patio area. Everything is kept very clean and in working order. Wi-fi was excellent. If you consistently have trouble when you travel get a "hot spot". Some picky people can always find something to complain about. If you travel as much as we do, you appreciate a lovely place like this when you get it.

We stayed here at the beginning of a month long RV trip, early July 2017. Our site wasn’t terribly level but we figured it out (parked backwards seemed to work). Its nice to be among the trees and the lake is awesome. They have a lot of rules posted everywhere, which is fine, but notable. Got the sense I was camping at someone’s house and they were tired of having guests around. That said, this place was really nice and we’d come again.

The site that we were on was a good size and private. The owners and staff were very polite and helpful. I did laundry while I was here and had some trouble with one of the washers not spinning but the staff was very helpful and paid to start the washer again. The bath houses look new and they are kept very clean. The wifi is great at the office/store, they have nice chairs and tables set up in front to be able to sit and relax and enjoy the views.
