This is foremost an RV Resort we have a big rig that is easily accommodated. There are a few cabins to rent as well. The dog parks on site are great. The pools are well maintained. There is an adult side and a family side, for your preference. The staff is very accommodating and friendly, as long as you do your part to follow park rules.

This review is based on our experience with our 40ft fifth wheel with 4 slides pulled by a dually pickup. ||This is a beautiful park! Our site was a long, wide, and perfectly level concrete pad. We had more than enough room to set up and park. We were in the newer 21 and older section with its own club house, pool, and hot tub. The park is in a valley and the Mountain View’s were beautiful. Some of the peaks even had a little snow in June. This would be a great place to stay for a month or two especially as the young trees grow and provide shade. We definitely want to return!

Beautiful campground, wonderful amenities and even better staff! I was very impressed with this resort. All of the staff were so kind and pleasant! I am shocked at the price, very reasonable for the amenities, all the bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. The garbage pickup is a very nice touch. Also, the 21 and over areas are a great touch. We will definitely be coming back!

Needed a place to stay on our way back home. It's very nice with lots of friendly staff. The bathrooms were not the cleanest and the spots were a bit close together but everything else is very well maintained and very professional looking. The construction going on right next door was very loud but they can't help who their 'neighbors' are.

This is a Resort with a capital R. 3 pools, lush lawns, 5+ pickle ball courts, playground, and on and on and on. All top notch and sparkling clean. So much fun.

We found Mountain Valley RV Resort very clean & well mantained. Our site was spacious and level concrete, with full hook ups. Oh, and an awesome view of the snowcapped mountains.

Great place! Friendly and accommodating staff, clean facilities, large clean and accessible showers. All that we used had seats and weight rated railings. At least 2 pools on the family side of the park. I believe there is also at least 1 pool and a community type building on the 21 and up side of the park as well. Great views of the surrounding mountains but especially Timp! Playground, great basketball court with adjustable hoops, at least one dog park, and there is a great little family run shaved ice place that stops by during the summer called Paradise Sno Shack. I stopped three times, and it wasn’t just for the kids! The spots are a bit cramped, but everything else made it worth it. We’ll be back for winter as we full time RV and they’re a great option in the area as a year round campground. <3

What's not to love? This is the epitome of what an rv resort should be. We will drive out of our way to stay several days at this park. We'll worth the time and you will not regret your visit. The only problem will be finding a park in our travels matching this gem. Thanks for the wonderful service!

This resort is amazing!! Lots of laundry facilities, clean shower/restrooms, and nice well maintained grassy areas. Perfect place to stop if you travel with dogs. They have two grassy dog parks that are clean with plenty of space to run and play. The park is divided into adults only (over 21) and other. Lots of kids playing and having fun at the kids pool and playground. The option to enjoy child free amenities is fantastic!! The view of the mountains is stunning and the park has a nice feeling of safety with a coded gate and lots of staff presence (drive around frequently). The main office has friendly staff and some cute merchandise. We have stayed here twice in our most recent vacation travels and noticed it certainly attracts friendly guests. The only request would be food options. Even having one food truck option a day would be a treat.

Pristine high end modern RV campground - true glamping ! Pickleball courts , 3 swimming pools and hot tubs , spacious tree lined spaces . Courteous friendly and professsional staff . Best we’ve visited in 4 years !

Beautiful well maintained and great staff. Much more road noise than expected. We ran our circulating fan as white noise the second night. Slept better then.

Well run and clean! The kids enjoyed the park and hottub since the pools were not yet opened. Most of them time I prefer in the woods camping but this was a nice change of pace and would go back.

Very nice spot to spend some time! Great location; easy access and the mountains are beautiful. We so appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. Sites are great; everything is so clean! Especially grateful for the immaculate laundry. Trash pick up at site. We were a bit off season, but the park offers lots of activities.

Spent 5 months here during the winter season. Nice new facilities. Multiple pools/hot tubs, pickle ball courts, fireplaces, adult club house, gym, laundry facilities, etc... would recommend.

This is a beautiful park settled amongst majestic mountains with wonderful staff that are friendly, helpful. The resort is upkept, clean and full of fun things to do in and around. Can't say enough good things about this resort!
