Our favorite place to camp. Plenty of amenities, clean, grounds are well groomed, beautiful landscape, an adult only side (which is a "must" for us) that includes a pool, hot tub, pickle ball and surrounded by our beautiful mountains. Staff were amazing. Billy needs a raise!!! He saved us by fixing a propane leak. Staff was more than accommodating, got us checked in a bit early and had a fun shop with various supplies. We will continue to come back at least yearly. Thank you for making our vacation great! S32-washington

The amenities here were so nice. Beautiful grounds, really clean bathrooms, clubhouses and pools (one set for over 21)... when they say resort, they mean it! I would absolutely stay here again IF I had an RV or trailer or stayed in one of the cabins. The traffic noise you can hear in a tent is quite bad and will keep awake a lighter sleeper. Or if you have to tent it, bring ear plugs. 😉

Have stayed here twice now. Absolutely beautiful park. Lots of areas to play games and socialize. Great dog park and lots of grassy areas to walk your pup if you want. Has a great adult area section, with all amenities (which we loved). Only reason I give 4stars is because last visit their Wi-Fi was terrible. Could not get it to stay online. First visit it worked fine 🤷♀️. I’d still recommend it. Very clean and well maintained.

This is one of the nicest RV parks I've stayed at. Everything was well kept, and there are lots of activities for the guests to take advantage of. With multiple pools, pickleball courts, playgrounds, etc., there was a lot of room for everyone to spread out. The staff was great when I interacted with them, and were very helpful. I would have given the visit a 5 star review, but the Wifi they advertise was awful in the trailers. I wasn't that far away from the main building, and couldn't get a consistent Wifi signal. If I walked over to the main building, it was great. This wouldn't have been a big problem, but I was trying to work during the day during the stay. My phone's mobile internet was slow as well, so that made it hard to work. Extra Wifi access points throughout the park would do wonders for connectivity for guests.

This is a luxury Rv park for sure. They have both a over 21 side and a family side. Three pools, several dog parks, and lots of well kept grass. The price was well within reason for what you get. Cement pads, spacious sites, nice welcoming people. It is a climb up the Provo side of Utah but well worth it. We used the laundry facilities and they only except coins and the laundry room we used was a bit small but clean. They invite food trucks to come in and there was wood fired pizza one night and Hawaiian Ice another night. The town of Heber City is small but it had everything we needed. We spoke to a lot of folks from Utah that come here every year for a get away. We woke up one morning to several Hot Air Balloons right outside our rig. This was a much needed relaxing week.

We just got back from a family reunion that we hosted at Mountain Valley RV Park and had a wonderful time. It was close enough to home, Springville, but far enough to make it seem like a get away for all the kids. The resort was great. Three swimming pools and a few tent sites and grass between all the first phase rv spots. The 2nd phase has more concrete but that’s for 21 and older so maybe they don’t need grass but the grass was nice for us and kept the temperature down a bit, especially when the large 5th wheels were on our west side mid day. We will definitely do another get away here.

I would say that Mountain Valley RV resort was one of the nicest RV resorts we’ve been to. We stayed in the adult section which has its own pool and hot tub open until 10 PM. Very clean, very safe, and very quiet, which was nice. Only about Seven minutes to shopping such as Walmart for supplies. In an area where there are a lot of nice mountainous roads which can be a little treacherous, so take your time. Be sure to have dinner at the Blue Boar restaurant in Midway. Such a cute Swiss German restaurant with excellent food in a quiet location. Perfect for a special occasion. I would definitely return.

One of the nicest RV resorts we have stayed at. Clean and well maintained. Individual bathrooms with showers. One bathroom had a broken toilet flush handle and they had it repaired less than 30 minutes after I reported it. There is an adult area of the resort that is separate from the family area if you don't want to be around kids. Pickleball courts were a popular place.

We spent three weeks at this beautiful park-resort. Best features include generous concrete spaces; neat, well maintained landscape; and an exclusive adult area including a clubhouse, pool and spa. Ed and Debi and Mike and Phyllis offered great service in the office and even better pickleball play. Showers and restrooms were clean and ample. Heber City and area hiking, fishing and exploring opportunities added to our experience. Highly recommend it. We will return.

I can see why this campground is said to be one of the top campgrounds in the USA. We stayed in the 21 and over area. Each area had pool, hot tub, laundry, and pickle ball court. The sites were long and narrow. The view of the mountains was spectacular. We had dogs so wasn’t the best to have them do their business on the big rocks. There’s a lot to do nearby outside the park. Many people stay long term and I can see why. We are coming back!

We have been coming here since they opened. One time we had to cancel our reservation and they gave us a credit on the account to use at another time rather than lose the deposit. This year my son got a new job starting the week of our reservation and my husband was not able to get work off, so I called to cancel the reservation and asked that the deposit be used for a credit at a later time as we were past the 8 day cancellation window. The lady that answered the phone said she has been telling everyone that the deposit amount can be used for a future reservation so she hoped she was telling everyone correctly. I received an email letting me know I would not be getting any refund for the deposit. I called and talked to a different lady and she also said there would be no refund. I asked about a credit and she said they would not do that. I asked to speak to a manager and the young lady said, "Okay but she will tell you the same thing." The manager then told me they don't give credits just because you change your mind. I told her we have been coming there for years, a new job and new work schedule just would no longer allow this trip but we would use it to come again. I was told that Cache said, "No." I am very disappointed and will reconsider coming here in the future. A 25% cancellation fee is pretty hefty! There are still plenty of days to rent out our spot.

Have to give this place 5 stars for being what it claims: an RV RESORT. They escort you to your spot. The whole place is mostly concrete, fresh roads and slabs for your spot. Kids around being kids and riding bikes, couples sitting at their spot having drinks, great family oriented place for a fancy RV vacation. Can’t speak to the amenities because we only stayed one night passing through but based on the landscape and hookups I’m sure everything is great. If you’re more of an RV campground or outdoorsy person this won’t be your cup of tea, like I said, it is what it says :) thanks for having us!

This property absolutely deserves to be called a resort. Beautiful panoramic mountain views. All roads are paved and all but a few sites have cement slabs. Lots of beautiful green grass, shrubs and flowers throughout the resort. Very clean and well maintained. Friendly, helpful staff. 2 heated swimming pools and 2 large hot tubs on the family side; 1 heated pool and 1 large hot tub on the 21 and over side. Good WiFi. Lots of individual bath/shower rooms. 2 large grassy off leash dog parks. Pickleball courts. Great location. Close to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area and I definitely recommend this RV resort.

Mountain Valley RV Resort served as a stopover for us on our way through Utah. This is a very nice park with large, well-maintained sites, several dog parks, and pool areas with spas. The restrooms are large and very clean. I especially enjoyed the sight and sound of children laughing and playing in the large park, pool, and picnic area across from our site. For those who prefer a more peaceful experience, there is a +21 area with its own pool, spa, and clubhouse. Although it was a quick visit, I spent a peaceful morning in the spa with a beautiful view of snow-capped mountains. We definitely recommend Mountain Valley RV Resort.
