I can't believe how amazing this place is! Every year we come back, and we love it more and more. It is close to everything up here, from fishing at the lake and river, to Walmart and groceries. They keep the pools nice and warm and the showers have hot water. I love that there are so many activities that keep my kids outside and playing.

I don’t rate 5 stars unless my experience is flawless. This is a first-class, modern RV resort with all of the amenities one could want. Furthermore, there is a separate area for adults only. The park is kept immaculately clean and in good repair. The resort rules make all of the difference, including restrictions on vehicle older than 2000. The staff is polite, professional and extremely responsive. If you’re going to be in the Park City area this is among the best options, guaranteed.

We loved our stay here! It's accurately described as a resort. The spots are large and paved, the grounds are beautifully kept up (daily) even in snowy conditions. They pick-up your trash and propane each morning if it's out by the curb, and even accept some recycling. The kids loved the play area. Staff goes above and beyond in friendliness/help. The views are phenomenal at sunset. Close to all the snow fun in Provo and Park City and not too far from Salt Lake. We enjoyed tubing at Soldiers Hollow since we had little ones (ages 3 and 5). Would definitely stay again!

We stayed in a dry cabin here. Roomy, with a full bed in the main area, and small room with four bunk beds. Plenty warm. Perfect for our little stop through on the way to Moab. Nice location outside of Park City. Bathrooms are communal, but individual rooms with toilet and shower, ideal for privacy. Convenient proximity to a strip mall.

The RV resort is very nice and well maintained. It is a Big rig friendly resort, great amenities, and helpful staff. The streets are very wide which is a huge plus! I would have to add that it doesn't have a ' I feel at home ' feel to it. Most of the people stay to themselves here it seems. What totally made up for it was the elementary school behind us. We got to listen to the national anthem and the pledge of allegiance every morning which brought back such great memories for us!! Listening to the children on the playground was was really nice too. I would have gave them a 5 star however there are 2 gripes I have. # 1 It is a very expensive park! And # 2 Leaving the park can be sporting due to traffic.

Excellent RV park with terrific amenities. We took advantage of the adults only pool, hot tub and fire pit nightly. It was very relaxing after a day of hiking or sightseeing. The grounds are very well maintained. The driveways are very wide and easy to maneuver a big rig around. The sites are level and very wide. We had a pull in site in the adults only section. It was so easy to pull into and my RV leveled in no time because the site was so level. The concrete was very clean. We were able to park our 45' RV and truck behind each other leaving plenty of room on the side for the patio table and our chairs. It is just 45 to 60 minutes from downtown SLC, 30 minutes from Park City and Provo. The views are spectacular in all directions. The only challenge can be getting out of the park because of the traffic. We will definitely return here again. We met a couple of people who have stayed here several times and only had good things to say about it.

Convenient and perfect for our stay!!! we needed a little cabin from Zion to the Grand Tetons, but didn’t want to spend a lot of money. this is very affordable and conveniently located right off the freeway! A huge plus was that there was a super Walmart only four minutes away, as well as a Dutch Bros! The only downside was that the cabins do not have any toilets or showers and do not provide bedding. However, the restrooms are a rock throw away, but definitely need a flashlight if it’s late at night while using them. The showers and restrooms are combined and very large! Aside from the toilets or showers inside the cabins, we were happy for the humongous pool and spa and community fire pit to warm up after getting out of the pool or even doing s’mores.

Loved the resort and the staff. Everything is very clean. Perfect for the family. They have two dog parks but the larger, and I mean larger dog park is amazing but located in the adult side only. No kids allowed. If a grandma goes with a child and dogs, You can’t use the larger park. That is the only down side for me. I wish they would separate the larger park from the adult side. I will return as it is an amazing resort.

This is by far the best RV park we've stayed at! (We've been to 10-15 different parks so far and usually try to look for the best.) The sites here at Mountain Valley are concrete, level, and long. Park is beautifully taken care of with multiple pickle ball courts and pool complexes. Staff are friendly and helpful! Head down the street about five minutes to the Bagel Den for a great breakfast or Dairy Keen for dinner and ice cream. Mountain West trailers is very close by and is a great place for RV service and parts.

2022 we return to one of our favorite RV resorts. Once again it did not disappoint we will absolutely return and we highly recommend. 2021 We came to this resort because we had friends here that we wanted to see. What a beautiful resort although we were only here for two days we were able to go in to Park city and see the Olympic Village. So much more to do we will be back we highly recommend this RV park. We prefers section S which is an adults only section with a very nice clubhouse and pool

This is a premium RV resort! They escort you to your site which was super super clean, easy hook up. The people in the office are all awesome and have made our visit very special. Keep up the good work guys!

We booked this CG on short notice (less than a week and stayed 6 days) and we were able to get in to a nice sized Pull Through! The CG is "gated" and therefore a code must be put in to access the CG. Even without the gate, the area and small town around Mountain Valley looked to be VERY safe. Approx 30 minutes from Provo and about 15-20 minutes from Park City, we were able to explore quite a bit. Views of the surrounding mountains were beautiful, although, whoever designed the park, put all the hookups on the wrong side, forcing most spots NOT to have great views (the great views are on the driver/hookup side of a 5th wheel). Not really a knock on the park overall, just would have been nice to see the nice snow capped mountains as opposed to the shorter/uglier foothills! Bathrooms and Showers were incredibly clean! Water pressure was out of this world awesome! Gym was small but had the basics, including a camper owned Peloton that could be used by guests. Staff was friendly, and packages could be picked up from the front office. Quite a few kids in early May, and there are a tone of amenities for kids if you bring them! My only negative on cleanliness was the pool area. I grabbed the pool strainer myself a couple times to clean out all the bugs and debris in the spa. Never saw someone cleaning the pool/spa so it must have only been done early/late. I'd recommend staff or someone come by every couple of hours to clean out.

This is a very nice RV park and staff has been very helpful. It is a little pricy but a really nice park. It has an adult section and a family section that is great for both types of visitors. Multiple pools and lots of activities for all guests.

Our housing situation turned from waiting 30 days to 60 days to 90 days...and 6 months later we finally got underway to a new home. During that time, we stayed here. During the bitter cold, they ensured our propane tanks were filled daily and the access roads were plowed. We certainly enjoyed the hot tubs during the winter and heated pools when they opened for the season, they always worked hard to maintain and clean them. The bathrooms were also very clean. During the weekends though, we noticed things got more use. A few of the washers and dryers would go out of order at times, but it's a high use commercial setting, if I had a machine malfunction, I'd notify the office. All of the employees we encountered were nice and professional. For a long term place to park my travel trailer, this is the best in the area. We looked at all the other places and this had everything...nice employees, cement pads, clean facilities, large laundry facility, hot tub/heated pool, club house, pickleball court, basketball court, dog parks, Wi-Fi, volleyball court, and playground. The location is also accessible to SLC, Park City and Utah Valley.
