Nevada County Fairgrounds: RV Camping in Grass Valley, CA

The Nevada County Fair is truly one of the best fairs I’ve been to! 🎡✨ Great food, amazing energy, and so many fun things to do. There’s something for everyone, especially the kids. Such a fun atmosphere and a great place to make memories with family and friends. Highly recommend! 🎠🍿❤️

To be fair, I have only attended music festivals there. Beautiful setting for live music. The camping area is clean and level until you get into the trees but that is to be expected. All in all a nice venue. Always curious why the local organizations that have permanent booths don't try to open for festivals though.

We went for the Celtic Festival as we happened to be in town that weekend. It was our first time to the fairgrounds there, but will not be our last. I am particularly looking forward to the 4th of July events there!

I learned by watching others there to bring a wagon to carry your chairs/blankets etc. to sit on the lawn. Good tip for the future!! 🪑

I went to the Celtic Festival yesterday and had a great time. The setting of this fairground is unique because it feels an areas like you're in a forest. And yet the venue is great for having a stage with band that you can hear all around the grounds. It's just a great vibe.

I love Nevada County Fairgrounds. It's the most gorgeous fairgrounds in the USA 🇺🇸. We have many wonderful events like the Drafthorse Classic , our legendary Fair, many music festivals and the Celtic Fair. Plenty of clean bathrooms.
Everything is mostly handicapp accessible with only a few areas that could use improvements.

Beautiful well kept fair grounds, lots of shade available under towering pines. Well maintained walking paths all over the park. Some paths are lined with beautiful flower beds bursting with bright yellow marigolds. all buildings are painted nicely. The arena has a very nice grandstand that offers bench seating with backrests.. restrooms are always close by and easy to find.

Best fairgrounds and RV park hands down. Always enjoy our week there. Staff are wonderful. Grounds are well maintained. Very peaceful with the pond.

This is the most beautiful fairgrounds I have ever been to. There is shade everywhere. Tall trees, the weather was perfect and mild. Plenty to do and see. The food options were amazing. Something for everyone and the lines were not long for food. I plan to come back next year!

Beautiful setting for a county fair! Lots of shade, grass, food booths and communityspirit. What's lacking? Working drinking fountains~ the one watering station isn't enough.

We attended the KVMR Celtic Festival and had a great time

Great camp host. Quiet place, and Grass Valley is right there. Been going there for 17 years.

Sorry you canceled Draft Horse Classic. It's out side for heaven sakes. Just went Butte county Fair great fun no mass spreader. Disappointed in the people that made these decisions. Being afraid to live is not living.

It was great to be back at a fair. I love Grass Valley. But it sure does get hot.

My family liked the moto cross. Good food. People are having a great time 👍
