I don’t have any complaints about our stay here I love the spot we have and no big issues so far. My main concern would be maybe the playground a little better maintained the one play equipment looks like it’s leaning and could eventually fall over and there is spider webs all over it. Overall that’s about all I can say could use a little more attention. Everyone we have met here has been very welcoming and the office staff are all very friendly so thank you for the great service while we stay here!

I really enjoy living here. My experience on day one is there stellar customer service. I love the fact that there’s plenty of shaded spaces here. The community pool, barbecue, laundry area are always available and clean. There are more more options to enjoy on this property . I wouldn’t hesitate to Refer friends to stop by. The staff here are wonderful and make me feel secure and a very welcome here.

The office was closed at 3pm when we arrived, but we were uatetold in advance and we were provided with all the info we needed. The grounds were clean, but rough. Facilities were adequate . The park's quiet hours are 8 pm to morning, but there is a casino or nightclub at the border of the grounds that played loud music all night long, plus vehicles driving through the park all night ..hard to sleep

I’m from British Columbia and needed propane for my RV. Since we usually fill up at gas stations, I had a hard time finding one that could accommodate an RV. I was directed to Oasis RV Park and I’m so glad I was! The lovely ladies there went above and beyond to help me out. Super kind, helpful, and welcoming—thank you so much for the great service!

Horrible place , desert doesn’t begin to describe this place (dusty, dirty and filthy) and no WiFi, no cable! Deal breaker! I asked Nicole for a refund because we booked for five days and told her we couldn’t do it, and we had to leave asap. She said fine but, no refund. I told her we were sold a bag of beans. She said we never advertise WiFi . I said this is 2025 no WiFi? Come on man! Sorry no refund. I informed her that we would not be staying for the original five days and could we just pay for one night and refund the rest? She said no, unfortunately we have to charge the whole amount. I told her that I was trying to be fair and that she would consider refunding us the money. She no and have a nice day. Warning, read the fine print or get stuck with the bill! Have a nice day Nicole and your wonderful Rv park, NOT!

I booked my two nights very last minute and Nicole was super helpful in getting me all set up. The grounds were nice and spacious. I arrived after hours and there was a packet with clear instructions to my site. Very convenient location, and the facilities were cleaned and functioned as they should. Will definitely stay here if in the area again!

Absolutely loved it here! Me and my family stayed for a few days and the park manager Nicole made our experience so much more enjoyable! She was super helpful, very kind and she also made us feel welcomed. I would definitely love to visit this park again soon!

I was traveling through the area and I needed propane tanks filled on two occasions. I went to this RV Park and they were more than accommodating. Dave, the employee who fills the tanks is easy going and professional. When I went inside to pay, I met Nicole the manager during each stop. Nicole is nice and friendly, and professional. This is a quick and friendly place to get your tanks filled while on the road. It’s right off of SR33 as you enter Santa Nella. The price was as good or better than most propane stations.

I’ve been here 6 months now. Nicole the office manager and David (maintenance) are so helpful! I mean above and beyond!! They truly care about this park and its tenants. Being a single mom, I really appreciate how they both have gone out of their way to make me feel safe and let me know that I can count on them if I need anything. This park is great!! I recommend it to everyone. David is such a hard worker and helped me when I was locked out. Nicole listens to the tenants and addresses all concerns (which there aren’t many). Seriously great RV park!

Recently stayed at this RV park when traveling to a swingers convention with a group of friends. The park had very nice amenities and a very attractive and friendly young lady at the front desk. This park also seems to be a fairly tight knit community, which was very nice. Everyone was very helpful and open-minded would highly recommend staying here again.

I have lived at oasis west RV park for about 8 months and it has been nothing but comfortable and quiet. The manager Nicole is so flexible and kind to work with has made living here very easy to make payments and check in/ out. My 15 month old son loves the open space to run and explore, the playground in super fun. And it really has all the amenities you would look for. Great place for a night or long term!

I am a disabled vet entitled to stay free at San Lois reservoir one mile away. However I prefer to pay to stay at Oasis West. This is my third stay. Your management and maintenance staff are the reason I stay here. Very professional and courteous. It’s worth the money even if it were just one night. I highly recommend this to veterans traveling, as well as fellow travelers.

Great place to stop for a night! Quiet place for a good nights rest. Graveled even sites and reasonable rates! Conveniently less than a mile off of I-5 S Fwy.

Stopped at the Oasis West RV Park while passing through. Located near the highway, it’s still pretty quiet. Stayed in site #28 which had a nice little corral of amenities (picnic table, grill, fire pit, and sitting area). Nice big trees with shade. We arrived in the afternoon (10/2021) - and enjoyed the pool! Would definitely stay again - great price! ~$45.00
