As a current resident, I feel the need to address the negative claims circulating, which I find to be entirely without merit. I stand in strong disagreement with these assertions. The management team is consistently available in the office during all posted business hours, providing reliable accessibility for residents. Furthermore, they conduct regular patrols throughout the park, ensuring that standards are maintained and that the community remains well-cared for. In fact, the management is so accessible that most residents even have Nicole, the manager's direct line, allowing for immediate and direct communication when needed. It's worth noting that the community rules are straightforward and easy to adhere to; therefore, those who are spreading misinformation must have significantly violated these rules to warrant such negative feedback. In closing, I extend my sincere appreciation to Oasis West for their unwavering dedication, genuine care, and overall kindness towards our community. I was a recent short-stay resident at Oasis West Rv Park recently with my family and I know their team works hard every day to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both overnight guests and long-term residents. So the Allegations of staff being “extremely rude” are completely false. The reality is that management consistently goes above and beyond for residents and overnight guests alike. It is very disappointing to see negative claims presented in a way that suggests ongoing issues when records and on-site practices tell a very different story. The rules and regulations of the park are simple and are every day common sense courtesy. It is unfortunate that some online comments appear designed to misrepresent the park and, in some cases, have escalated into personal remarks involving management and their families sadly. It is both inappropriate and unfair to involve minors in public reviews about a business. The children mentioned are not staff members and have no role in park operations. Bringing them into online criticism crosses a line and contributes to the pattern of harassment I have unfortunately been seeing. Oasis west Rv Park is nothing but the best and the management and staff have been nothing but kind and helpful during me and my family’s stay and I WILL be visiting again soon. Thanks to Nicole and the staff of Oasis West, this experience has been nothing but the best! (And corporate can go ahead and verify my identity and association if needed. I've been a resident here for quite some time, and I can honestly say I've never experienced any mistreatment or poor service from the management. On the contrary, they've always been helpful and reassuring whenever I've had a concern. It's really unfortunate to see former residents, who may not have followed the rules, spreading false information about this park. Thank you, Oasis West, for all that you do!

Thank you, Oasis West, for a wonderful stay! The office staff was always attentive and responsive to our needs, and we experienced no issues during our time there. I would absolutely recommend staying here and will definitely return if I’m back in the area.

We had a short stay at Oasis West RV park and had no issues at all. Even though it’s located right off the highway, we didn’t hear a single car at night, which was a pleasant surprise.

We arrived late at night, but Maria provided clear instructions for self check-in and was really helpful in answering our questions. We would book again if we’re in the area.

I don’t have any complaints about our stay here I love the spot we have and no big issues so far. My main concern would be maybe the playground a little better maintained the one play equipment looks like it’s leaning and could eventually fall over and there is spider webs all over it. Overall that’s about all I can say could use a little more attention. Everyone we have met here has been very welcoming and the office staff are all very friendly so thank you for the great service while we stay here!

I really enjoy living here. My experience on day one is there stellar customer service. I love the fact that there’s plenty of shaded spaces here. The community pool, barbecue, laundry area are always available and clean. There are more more options to enjoy on this property . I wouldn’t hesitate to Refer friends to stop by. The staff here are wonderful and make me feel secure and a very welcome here.

The office was closed at 3pm when we arrived, but we were uatetold in advance and we were provided with all the info we needed.  The grounds were clean, but rough.  Facilities were adequate .  The park's quiet hours are 8 pm to morning, but there is a casino or nightclub at the border of the grounds that played loud music all night long, plus vehicles driving through the park all night ..hard to sleep

I’m from British Columbia and needed propane for my RV. Since we usually fill up at gas stations, I had a hard time finding one that could accommodate an RV. I was directed to Oasis RV Park and I’m so glad I was! The lovely ladies there went above and beyond to help me out. Super kind, helpful, and welcoming—thank you so much for the great service!

Horrible place , desert doesn’t begin to describe this place (dusty, dirty and filthy) and no WiFi, no cable! Deal breaker! I asked Nicole for a refund because we booked for five days and told her we couldn’t do it, and we had to leave asap. She said fine but, no refund. I told her we were sold a bag of beans. She said we never advertise WiFi . I said this is 2025 no WiFi? Come on man! Sorry no refund. I informed her that we would not be staying for the original five days and could we just pay for one night and refund the rest? She said no, unfortunately we have to charge the whole amount. I told her that I was trying to be fair and that she would consider refunding us the money. She no and have a nice day. Warning,  read the fine print or get stuck with the bill! Have a nice day Nicole and your wonderful Rv park, NOT!

I have lived at oasis west RV park for about 8 months and it has been nothing but comfortable and quiet. The manager Nicole is so flexible and kind to work with has made living here very easy to make payments and check in/ out. My 15 month old son loves the open space to run and explore, the playground in super fun. And it really has all the amenities you would look for. Great place for a night or long term!

I had phenomenal service making my reservation with Heather!  She was friendly, personable and efficient in getting us booked for an upcoming visit in the Spring. I’ll definitely be back to provide additional details from our experience at the park, but definitely wanted to give a shout out to Heather as she was top notch, and a rare find these days. I am a disabled vet entitled to stay free at San Lois reservoir one mile away. However I prefer to pay to stay at Oasis West. This is my third stay. Your management and maintenance staff are the reason I stay here. Very professional and courteous. It’s worth the money even if it were just one night. I highly recommend this to veterans traveling, as well as fellow travelers.

Great place to stop for a night! Quiet place for a good nights rest. Graveled even sites and reasonable rates! Conveniently  less than a mile off of I-5 S Fwy.

Stopped at the Oasis West RV Park while passing through. Located near the highway, it’s still pretty quiet. Stayed in site #28 which had a nice little corral of amenities (picnic table, grill, fire pit, and sitting area). Nice big trees with shade.
We arrived in the afternoon (10/2021) - and enjoyed the pool! Would definitely stay again - great price! ~$45.00

My husband and I have been VERY pleased with our stay here. Park maintenance is superb. Excellent management services. Cleanest bathrooms ever seen in a RV park. Staff friendly and polite and goes above and beyond to make guests happy

This place is amazing! Clean, well-maintained, great pool, playground. It was peaceful and was more of a camping experience than some other RV parks. We decided to stop off spur of  the moment on a Sunday evening, so couldn't make a reservation, but thankfully, they have night registration and their vacancy sign was lit. Will definitely be back!
