Great little park. Friendly staff and residents. Our second season here looking forward to many more.

Applied for residency,got denied. Simply wanted to know why so that I could remedy the problem. I have excellent credit rating with zero criminal history. Office personnel said that the park had nothing to do with decision and that I was denied by the company doing the background check. I called the company and they said they have nothing to do with the decision. Got a copy of the report with the 795 credit rating  and no criminal history nationally
In the office, she said , I did not meet the park criteria. I asked what the criteria was.
She would not tell me and began becoming rude and short with me.
I really thought highly of the park and the personnel when I first went in. But boy , they really flip flopped and turned into jerks.
They eventually told me because I took a sliding glass door out and put an entry door in and that is why.
I then offered to have an engineer, inspect and approve it. I tried politely and reasonably to try to remedy this. I don't know why they had to treat me so poorly

Excellent RV and retirement park. Super clean, people are friendly, they have all sorts of activities to enjoy in the community. The grounds are clean and well kept. Fantastic!!

Very pricey and your background check .....consists of a credit report. There's your sign.

Palm Creek is lovely. Trying to decide if I want to buy there. Loved everything about it.

This is a wonderful place to live.  Great neighbors. 👍 Fun things to do.

We have been here 13 years and have enjoyed all the amenities offered to us.
People are friendly and helpful when needed.
The Stewart’s are always nice and friendly, and looking for ways to improve the relationship with us. They are dedicated to keeping the park at high standards which is a plus for us.

The Stewart’s and all of their staff have been very helpful to everyone in the park. You would really enjoy this park it is great

Pools right temp and clean.
Gated and secure.
Excellent lighting, roads, infrastructure.
The residents terrific.

First, the folks at Palm Gardens are excellent; the staff are very friendly and helpful; and most of all they are a fair and respectful operation. That said, it is just nice living there as the grounds are well kept and they take good care of the place. I feel like family living there. :-)
