Average park. Just a stop over for one night. Pull through and back in grassy sites, ours not level at all. Very little shade in pull through. Back ins have trees and large sites. Beautiful lake on property. Pool looks great but no shade at all around pool and no chairs. Lots of full timers. Did not check out laundry or bathrooms but was told hot water heater not working. We are self contained so didn’t bother us. That said, it was convenient and staff was very nice. Fine if you just need an overnight. I give them 3 1/2 stars.

We stopped here for one night on our way from FL north. Pro's- near the highway, laid out well, nice dog park, a good amount of area to walk and explore, mgr was nice, price ok, and a nice pool area (not open yet). Cons- needs an overhaul of shower area and toilets. Also, they had a broken swing that needs removed in dog park. Overall, we'd stay again. We are self contained, so bath house didn't affect us.

Stayed one night on our way through to California. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. We arrived late and we were met at the office and escorted to our site which was a newer site and plenty spacious. There was a dog play area which was great as our pets could run off leash. There is also a beautiful lake on the property. They were building what looked like a super impressive playground and the pool looked inviting when it warms up. They also had laundry which was very handy. Will definitely stay here again!

Easy access from 65. We stay ever year going and returning from our home in Fl. Pull thru level sites.. Recommend for an overnight stay

Nice quiet campground. Level spot. Very friendly owners. Have stayed here several times headed south and home again. Very reasonable pricing. Would stay here again.

Nice place for my overnight headed south. Easy on and off 65, easy parking. I will have to try it sometime without the rain and snow showers. For what I needed, perfect and priced right.

Beautiful family oriented establishment. Easy from entrance to exit. Swimming (seasonal), fishing, kids play area, even open spaces for riding. Neighbors are friendly and the owners are just a call away and always willing to help. This is not just an overnight kind of place.....it's a place you can stay a bit if needed.....and feel at home.

Beautiful little family establishment. If your looking for a quiet stop during a long trip or even staying a bit, this place is IT! Kids have plenty of room to roam as well as places to play. Pool is clean. Pond is BEAUTIFUL. This is the place you WANT to be if you love the safe, quiet, peacefulness of the country served up with a side of good ol southern hospitality.

This place is doable if you stop for the night and use your own facilities. The bathrooms are atrocious and the pool was out of service. The dog park bench has been broken for three months according to another post. The grass needed cut at our site even though we had reservations and they apparently don't own a weed eater. They claim to be working on it day and night but we got there around 1 (to use pool) and saw cpl young people cut some grass. It's to bad because place has potential.

We just stayed overnight while traveling through. We booked a spot next to our friends but was told when we arrived that our spot wasn’t working and we had been||Moved away from our friends. Turns out they just put someone else in our spot. The grass was to our knees (they were starting to cut it the next morning). The other campers there looked really rough and might have been there long term. One didn’t even have a door, just a blue tarp thrown over it. I couldn’t comment on the bathrooms because we were unable to access them due to being given an outdated code. The price was right for just an overnight stay but not somewhere we would want to stay longer than 12 hours.

Diamond in the rough! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Quiet, clean, and the staff is amazingly friendly and accommodating! Pull through sites with shade. Our grandkids enjoyed the playground and pool area with the water slide. We highly recommend!

We sat on a swing in the dog park and the back of the swing fell off!! Wow! Nice area. Beautiful pool. Needs a little care put into it and would be beautiful camp. Just seems run down right now. Looking forward to improvements!

Used to be a koa. The years, and lack of practical maintenance have taken its toll on this place. Very neglected. My site was billed as full hookup, was missing the 30 amp breaker and the 20 amp didn't work. There was no working water available.(I filled my tank from another campers site) no cover over what I assumed to be the sewer. (Although it could have gone to a bucket buried in the ground) We arrived at about 6:45 on a Friday night (1 night only) and we're greeted with a sign that said " see ya Monday!" Can't recommend.
