We enjoyed this resort very much. It feels safe to be behind a security gate. The park is quiet and well kept by staff. We especially enjoyed the koi pond and playing water volleyball. The residents seemed friendly and welcoming which I wasn't expecting. There are multiple enclosed dog runs and a fenced playground aside from the pool and pond. I also really enjoyed the curated cactus collection. We only stayed two nights but I would absolutely visit again.

Pahrump is a nice town to park the RV. However, you are over 1 hour to the Las Vegas strip. Preferred is good value. They have a nice pool area, pool tables and gathering spaces. Also available are wood shop, metal, and sewing shops. The sites are a bit narrow but long enough for our 42' 5th wheel and a car. Our site had no shade and it was brutal in Aug.

Well , my girlfriend and I were in a bit of a bind having to leave her mother's house, we found the cottages, very clean, quiet and relaxing.. Jody got us in for two nights and everything was perfect until we had to move to another cottage due to discrepancies with the policy from management..Jody is great, very down to earth and Tammy was great too..but the fact that we were having to move around was insane.. we were told that we were no longer welcome and that we needed to pack up and leave when we already paid for 2 more nights..because we have stayed longer than 10 days and for some reason it was against the rules of the park. Now when it came time to get refunded for the 2 nights, the two women in the office, in the back of the park were telling me that I don't get the refund back and that I actually owed them for one nights stay,..I know for a fact that she was wrong and so damn rude about it..finally after the two talked to Tammy up front, God bless her and Jody, we were able to get the cash back.. just want to say that other than the management's policies and the two bitter, backwoods breezies..I would have given a five star rating .

I have a friend who just moved there, and he showed me around, and it looks like they have all you could want ! If I had a RV I wouldn't mind staying there ! Great location, and reasonably priced.

This RV park is very tight, and hard to maneuver. Spots are narrow but leveled. Full hookups, Verizon and T mobile services are ok. The people that are residents here are very nice. Service is nice and helpful, amenities are in working order. views are nice and it's close to restaurants and casinos.

The roads are too skinny which makes turning with an RV of 22' or longer a real challenge. Other guests have parked and do park along the side of the already too narrow roads making it even more difficult. The "free WiFi" is a joke 2.5Mbps at best.

We have been members here since 2018. The management and board of directors are unpleasant and threatened us today. The resort has federal charges for discrimination against family's with small children. Anyone under 18 are expected to have adult supervision at all times. Meaning, your 17 year old can not go to the pool alone. It is not kid friendly and I do not recommend.

Okay my rating sounds iffy but really, this is an excellent place for older travelers. They have activities, a pool, a hot tub, card tables, food events, BBQ area, post office, 24 hour assistance/security, I can't say enough good things about the place. The desert is my only issue, the business is great. We stayed for 4 days? On our way to AZ. We drove from WA to OR to CA accross Yosemite into NV. This was a much needed break before our event in AZ. It was better than I had hoped and the people were nice as could be. I would not mind retirement in a place like this.

We stayed in the RV Park. The utility hookups are all solid and the sites are spacious and clean. The common areas have running stream with large gold fish and several resident mallard ducks. The amenitidd(, pool, work shops gym, etc. are unexpected plusses.

This is a place that you could definelity stay for a long period of time. They had lots of activities to fit everyone. The laundry facility was very clean. The staff was very helpful. It is close to everything you need and not that far from Death Valley and hot springs for you day trips.
Parkplace
Love this RV park. Multiple dog runs so whatever part of the park you are in you find it an easy walk to a dog run. I stay here twice a year, spring and fall and have always enjoyed it. Very nice pool with clean showers and common areas. A nice addition is the Mexican Grub food parked in the resort for taco Tuesday and I had two street tacos and they were delicious. I've never had a single complaint or negative experience while here so it is definitely one of my favorite put stops.

The RV park was wonderful with a nice pool and close to shopping. People were very nice and my kids had a great time. Will def visit again if staying in that area.
