Prospectors RV Resort in Lake Havasu City, AZ

Told me it was 800$ a month plus electric to have my RV there… for a month, when it would essentially be in storage for that month because it would be closed up. Not a single slide open. Nobody in it. Guess they’d rather not have any money and a bunch of empty spots during their slow season. Not much more is the rate to live- not store- on the island. I’ll just take it to a storage facility that charges 150$ for the same thing. Backwards people around here

My husband and I have been full-time RVers for 10 years. Before that, I worked at campgrounds for almost 20 years. This place is immaculate! Completely level spots, beautiful, clean bathrooms and a laundromat like I've never seen at a campground. Amazon packages and mail are welcome. They go thru all the mail and give you your own cubby for arriving mail. They even label EVERY package and with your site number, so you dont have to sort thru the dozens of packages that arrive daily.
Finally, the staff Nicole, Scott and Steve are exceptional employees and super friendly. Even the owner, Rojean, is onsite making sure everyone is happy. You'll LOVE it here. Thank you Prospectors RV. We'll be back!

We enjoyed our stay at this rv campground.the site was nice and big with a nice cement patio, lots of room in the site.it was a friendly place to stay. Staff and other guests were friendly. I recommend this place. Oh forgot about the pool! It was very nice too! Thanks for having us!

This place is one of the nicest RV sites I have ever stayed at. Their clubhouse, billiard room, pool, hot tube, showers, and what looks like a commercial laundromat are all top notch.

My biggest complaint is you can't book online, and I tried to call in a reservation for two days and no one ever answered. I am glad I took a chance and dropped in anyway.

Have been at this park since end of October. We have traveled from coast to coast and I can honestly say this is one of the most welcoming campgrounds we have been to. At this campground everyone is friendly and respectful. The amenities are nice including a pool and hot tub and a huge clubhouse with pool table, gym and large area where they have weekly events that are fun and
entertaining. There is a nice laundry room, reliable electricity/hook ups gravel lots with patios for every site also. This is not just a campground its a community. We have made more friends here than any other campground and seems like many of them come back here year after year. Its quiet at night and far enough away from town to be out of the hussle and bussle but close enough to enjoy all of the things in town. The owner and people that work here are very friendly and are quick to resolve any issues in the campground. There is walmart within walking distance as well as a shopping center and rv repair center . Its a great place to stay!

My deposit was kept also. Then I go to verify I lived there and they denied I lived there by putting my moms name on lease from March and she didn’t live there till July. I have all receipts showing my name on this.
May no one rent here. She changes the books.

Quiet place to stay. Friendly staff and guests. Prices are better than most other places.

The park was clean. People were friendly. The pool was really nice. It was out of town a little ways but close to Home Depot. The only complaint I have is they charged I believe it was $700 as a deposit when I moved in and they told me that if I give them two weeks notice upon moving out that they would return my deposit. I give the notice but they kept my deposit. And lots of people that I have talked to in the park that our seasonal also have the same complaint. They tend to keep deposits. That is the only thing that I have to say about the park as being a negative. My rent was paid electric paid and they still kept my $700 deposit.

Please disregard reviews from Josh Landers for this RV Resort, He and his business partner Chris Wheeler were just kicked out of my RV Park Carrouth Haven in Cortez, CO for being loud at 1am and assaulting a neighbor. Police had to be called and made them leave.

Price too higher 75 dollars a day plus tax and creat card fee altogether 82.54 a day the place don’t felt security no fence ( we brought our toys with us motorcycle and bicycles) and our parking right in front closed to the road, was said internet ( but no internet can connect to far away) no outside table and reception office Not open on Saturday and Sunday. We call around found 50 dollars a day rate in January Lake Havasu then moved different camp only 4 blocks away, the reception when we called said not stay she was RUDE… we recommend not stay here , when business wants high rates need to be good employees works and need to more reasonable providing to clients traveling. Services not quick and got money…..you can find chip hotel for 91 dollars plus tax a day…. The camp grounds only water and electricity is 82.54 cents a day is rip off…. Ps: be aware dog is 25 dollars a day they charge fee..we don’t have pet. Les/Hue

It is a wonderful place to be at. Very clean, and everyone is very friendly and helpful with the area and finding places. Loving the pool and spa, and exercise room. Has a wonderful laundromat on sight. Has new owners that are wonderful and doing many updates to make things even better. The sunsets are amazing.

Nice place close to lake. Got good friends there.

Great place to call home 👍😊. Been here almost 2 year's now. Very quiet and peaceful. No drama aloud!!
