I lived here for 5 years, the best RV park I’ve ever stayed at, which is why I stayed so long!
The office staff are the sweetest and always so helpful! I’ve been all over the country and this is the best RV park you’ll find for your money!! I definitely miss living there for sure but we moved out of state.

We came to Quail Ridge last year for the first time. Everything was great! We had a good space, met some great people and enjoyed it so much. We did not participate in any of the emenities that year. When we got ready to leave last year we put in for a special space. They told us they could not promise anything but would try their best to have it for us. They did not disappoint. We got the space we hoped for. This year we got involved in all the emenities and made so many great friends this year. Love all the staff and especially Chuck the camp host!!! Everything about Quail Ridge is so pleasant and enjoyable. We are coming back next season and staying 3 months this time. I can not say enough about the staff, the resort and all the effort they put into making our stay the absolute best. Thank you Quail Ridge!!! We love you!!!

We've stayed there twice in the last few months. It's a very nice facility and the staff and other residents are all very friendly. Bathrooms and showers are clean with plenty of hot water. Nice clubhouse and activities too.

Nice place, packed in tight. Kind of usual for most campgrounds.

Traveled from Central Florida in the RV  for the birth of my 1st Grandson.  Quail Ridge was recommended to me as a place to stay while in town.   The folks are very accommodating  and all the staff are so kind & friendly.  Quail Ridge has everything you need on site.  Clubhouse's, Bathhouse’s, 2 large dog parks, laundry and propane !    The grounds are clean & well maintained and this resort is perfectly located  to all the nearby towns.   As close to home away from home as you can get while on the road…… Thank You Quail Ridge RV Resort for making our stay so enjoyable !!

I thought this park was great--right up until they called and threatened me.

My reservation ended yesterday morning at 11am and that was the written agreement from the time I checked in for my second month at this park. I never altered or changed it.

Because their office hours overlap with my workday, I emailed in response to their balance‑due notice and simply asked whether they had an online payment option. (They do not.)

Instead of replying, they called me and opened the conversation with a threat: "I WILL go down and I will file." I was taken by surprise because I have never NOT paid them.

Additionally, my RV was removed over the weekend and the site cleared of all belongings before the 11am checkout yesterday morning.

I’ve never NOT paid them, but yesterday, the manager became hostile and threatening upon delivery of the final electric bill.

I stayed here for two months, and they have always received full payment from me without issue. To accuse a long‑term, reliable customer of nonpayment on the very first business day--and to do so in a hostile, threatening tone--is extremely poor business practice.

Additionally, after I ended the call, the manager followed up with a nasty text message. "Getting the last word" at a military veteran customer who has paid on time for two months is unprofessional and unnecessary. Instead of accepting responsibility for her behavior and issuing an apology, she desperately clung to her perceived “high ground” and finally gave me options to use an after-hours drop box on the property since they don’t have many options for convenience or those of us that work full time.

I had my bank issue them a cashier’s check. They received their fees just as they have historically from me, 100% of the time.

I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this park. They ignored me for two months but became hostile and hateful to single female veteran on the date of check-out.

We never know ahead what kind of park we are getting into. This one is a pleasant surprise. Nice property and pleasant employees. Enjoyed staying here for 2 nights

Its a shame because I think the park itself is a nice facility but unfortunately they have the wrong people running it. I get the impression that the reservation receptionists are tenants of the park and that's why making a reservation feels more like a job interview and less like people who want your business. We travel in our rig 5 months out of the year and this was by far the weirdest reservation process I have ever encountered. After answering 20 min of questions ranging from pertinent, to bazar, and sending emailed photos of our 2 year old rig(?) they never made a reservation for us after saying they had. Thank god I had enough of a bad taste in my mouth to call and confirm before I arrived or the situation would have been much worse.

Took my business around the corner to Mountain View RV Park and they are amazing. So friendly, accommodating and made me feel like they appreciated my and my friends business.

We stayed for a month and will be back. Clean, quiet, and centrally located.

This is by far the best Rv park we’ve stayed at! The staff is amazing. Sierra vista is just 15 mins away. They have the cleanest bathrooms. And did I mention the staff. They make you feel like this is home and you are family! The sites are big and pull through. I have a 45 footer and I can park my 2 trucks and still have a cute yard to set up! The dog park is amazing to run my Cash. The park is huge so I have plenty of safe space to walk and get my steps in. Most importantly I feel safe!  Everyone is so friendly!!

Where can I say seems like a pretty good RV park if you are into RV parks. Two club houses a fountain. Lots of services very close by at Mustang corners. A bar with pizza, a Chevron station, Dollar general all within a half mile. A typical snowbird type place with a lot of political flyers and flags up at least there are flags and flyers from both sides but still. However as far as RV parks go this is probably a great choice 15 minutes from Sierra Vista 45 minutes from Tucson and yet kind of out in a rural area basically very quiet and peaceful beautiful stars. And there is a bar a half mile away if you want to have a beer and look at the snow capped Huachuca mountains.

3rd year wintering here. It's very convenient to everything within a short drive. It's very peaceful with a mix of full timers and visitors. Everyone is friendly and all look out for each other.

Nice campgound, sites a little close, very helpful staff, nice laundry, filled RV with propane. Office staff very helpful when we had to come in very late.

Very beautiful and clean. The manager is extremely nice and friendly.

This place is an oasis in the desert! Great people, and location. Close enough to Sierra Vista for most of your needs and Tucson only 90 miles away. The facility is alway clean and tidy, shared buildings well equipped and spacious.
And.. the mama quail and chicks are a joy to watch!

Great place & you can't beat the price. Big dog run. Immaculate restrooms. Close to Tombstone & Bisbee both worth seeing.

This is a nice open, well managed park, with spacious pull throughs. Great rally park too. Clean, but small bathrooms, nice laundry area. Also have lots for sale in a separate section.
