Nice place, packed in tight. Kind of usual for most campgrounds.

Traveled from Central Florida in the RV  for the birth of my 1st Grandson.  Quail Ridge was recommended to me as a place to stay while in town.   The folks are very accommodating  and all the staff are so kind & friendly.  Quail Ridge has everything you need on site.  Clubhouse's, Bathhouse’s, 2 large dog parks, laundry and propane !    The grounds are clean & well maintained and this resort is perfectly located  to all the nearby towns.   As close to home away from home as you can get while on the road…… Thank You Quail Ridge RV Resort for making our stay so enjoyable !!

I thought this park was great--right up until they called and threatened me.

My reservation ended yesterday morning at 11am and that was the written agreement from the time I checked in for my second month at this park. I never altered or changed it.

Because their office hours overlap with my workday, I emailed in response to their balance‑due notice and simply asked whether they had an online payment option. (They do not.)

Instead of replying, they called me and opened the conversation with a threat: "I WILL go down and I will file." I was taken by surprise because I have never NOT paid them.

Additionally, my RV was removed over the weekend and the site cleared of all belongings before the 11am checkout yesterday morning.

I’ve never NOT paid them, but yesterday, the manager became hostile and threatening upon delivery of the final electric bill.

I stayed here for two months, and they have always received full payment from me without issue. To accuse a long‑term, reliable customer of nonpayment on the very first business day--and to do so in a hostile, threatening tone--is extremely poor business practice.

Additionally, after I ended the call, the manager followed up with a nasty text message. "Getting the last word" at a military veteran customer who has paid on time for two months is unprofessional and unnecessary. Instead of accepting responsibility for her behavior and issuing an apology, she desperately clung to her perceived “high ground” and finally gave me options to use an after-hours drop box on the property since they don’t have many options for convenience or those of us that work full time.

I had my bank issue them a cashier’s check. They received their fees just as they have historically from me, 100% of the time.

I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this park. They ignored me for two months but became hostile and hateful to single female veteran on the date of check-out.

We never know ahead what kind of park we are getting into. This one is a pleasant surprise. Nice property and pleasant employees. Enjoyed staying here for 2 nights

Its a shame because I think the park itself is a nice facility but unfortunately they have the wrong people running it. I get the impression that the reservation receptionists are tenants of the park and that's why making a reservation feels more like a job interview and less like people who want your business. We travel in our rig 5 months out of the year and this was by far the weirdest reservation process I have ever encountered. After answering 20 min of questions ranging from pertinent, to bazar, and sending emailed photos of our 2 year old rig(?) they never made a reservation for us after saying they had. Thank god I had enough of a bad taste in my mouth to call and confirm before I arrived or the situation would have been much worse.

Took my business around the corner to Mountain View RV Park and they are amazing. So friendly, accommodating and made me feel like they appreciated my and my friends business.

We stayed for a month and will be back. Clean, quiet, and centrally located.

This is by far the best Rv park we’ve stayed at! The staff is amazing. Sierra vista is just 15 mins away. They have the cleanest bathrooms. And did I mention the staff. They make you feel like this is home and you are family! The sites are big and pull through. I have a 45 footer and I can park my 2 trucks and still have a cute yard to set up! The dog park is amazing to run my Cash. The park is huge so I have plenty of safe space to walk and get my steps in. Most importantly I feel safe!  Everyone is so friendly!!

LARGE lots__small prices! There are many reasons I love being here @ QuailRidgeRV. The large lot and price brought me here....the beautiful people keep me here! Many friendly faces. This park offers 2 laundry rooms( w HOT water), a clean and well lite Shower/bath area, 2 dog parks(well kept), a propane fill Station and 2 clubhouses and monthly, weekly activities for socializing! I feel SAFE anywhere I go in this park, and being a 'mature' adult, that also is very important to me. Yes there are complaints from some, but that's life; some folks live differently. If you are looking for a safe, clean, well maintained, and happy place to hang out for a while.....try it out!! QUIAL RIDGE RV PARK, I believe this may be your perfect place! Wendy

My wife and I have been at Quail Ridge RV Resort for a few years now. It's a very nice park, but what sets it apart from other parks is the staff. They all go above , and beyond to help with our needs. The manager Cherry is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Always there to help. Cherry , and the staff are what make the park ! One of the most poorly managed RV parks near Sierra Vista. When I left I knew things would only get worse for the residents, and according to these reviews it has gotten worse. It should be a rude awakening to anyone thinking of staying here long-term. The area of Whetstone itself is not a good area, however Sierra Vista is not too far. The manager is a hot head, and rude. Manger Miller, is slightly off his rocker as stated politely by others. It's not that great of an RV resort I know the laundry room only has cold water and is very limited in washers and dryers. The clubhouse is have been redone but they're nothing special either. There's no pool no hot tub and there's no other amenities for you to do there. When I stayed there the rent was fairly cheap now it is overpriced. There are a lot of other nice places in Tombstone and in Benson that can give you more bang for your buck and not give you the heartache that you will get from the manager. My heart goes out to anyone who is still there and can't afford to move.

Great place & you can't beat the price. Big dog run. Immaculate restrooms. Close to Tombstone & Bisbee both worth seeing.
