Stayed at a tent site in October to get an early start for a Rainier hike. Reservation process was archaic. No online process so I emailed only to receive an email response for another email address that said to call. Gave payment over the phone and received no confirmation number, no email followup, no information (check in time etc.) - not even a "see you on Saturday." We got there and the place is alright. We received a tent site where we were not allowed to stake our tent or tie to trees. Doesn't feel great to pay $33 to not even be able to stake your tent. The tent area is a grassy steep hill with minimal trees next to the overflow parking lot. The bathroom was far from tent sites and not well maintained. Pay showers. A dirty curtain for privacy for the toilet (no door). Just lackluster throughout. Residents were all friendly and said hellos but the owners had many Trump flags at their site - that may not make some people feel welcomed here. We will not return.

Always a great experience here. Plenty of camping sites. 🏕 A huge dock to fish off of. 🎣 They have a great selection of tackle to purchase if needed along with snacks and drinks.
