Really nice rustic campground. Showers did not work, so it's hard to stay longer. Would be nice to have a clean working shower after days on the road... Quiet and secluded.

This is a lovely place. I give it 4 stars because the laundry was out of order. The bathrooms are being remodeled and are spotless.

I RV camped here this past weekend. Beautiful location, friendly staff and clean amenities. It is a really big park and kind of confusing on how to get to the sites and how to get back out, so maybe some signs would be helpful? Other than that, it was great. Will definitely come back!

Staff is very nice , park needs work it’s run down, lots need better markings along with way in and out. Roads need grading sites need new gravel. It’s nice to be in the trees and is very peaceful park. Could be an excellent park with work. Won’t stay again.

Cabin 7 (Fern) is nice. Fits a family of four comfortably. Was here 10 years ago. They have expanded for sure on RV sites. Nice and quiet here in spring time. Close to many redwood sites and Crescent City is close by if supplies are need. No Wi-Fi. Cell service with version is good enough to stream YT. Only two complaints, when running the shower in the cabin, loud hollowing noise from the water pipe outside. I am sure the neighbors don't enjoy it. I had to play with the kitchen faucet and run the water there as well to get it to stop howling. Second complaint. No window blinds on the front door. Anyone can just walk up and look in throughout the whole cabin to include the bathroom. Had to rig the window with a blanket. Housekeeping staff said they have been asking for three weeks to get it fixed. Home Depot is just down the street.....

Scenic park, but needs upkeep. The laundromat was closed, yet no discount on camping. Water pools everywhere because it needs gravel; been a very long time since sites were travelled. Went to office 3x but it was closed. Women’s & men’s shower entry code is the same. How secure is that? Prolly won’t go back for awhile.

The campsite was awesome! Secluded enough to feel like you’re actually just in the redwoods camping but also close enough to Crescent city to make a quick trip if you need anything. They are creating showers in the restrooms and the bathrooms were clean and warm. there’s a big park to play atand electrical hook ups if needed. Lots of hiking trails in the redwoods nearby. I will definitely be coming back to this campsite!
