Hands down, most beautiful campground. Highly recommended! I suggest you stay more than one night. Great surroundings!

I stumbled across Ramblin' Redwoods on Google when planning our family road trip. Making reservations was a breeze, they even send a series of emails as your trip approaches. We arrived after they were closed and had our Welcome Packet waiting. We backed in and had a peaceful evening. In the morning we woke up and explored the campground. It is beautiful here. The spots are nicely separated from each other and bathrooms are clean with on demand hot water for the showers (bonus).

Beautiful! In the redwoods and 5 minutes from the beach. We were there mid-September; it was quiet. Maybe because kids are back in school. Nice playground equipment for “youngish “ kids. Nice, short hiking trail behind the campground. Super hosts. Clean restrooms & showers. 6 miles to Crescent City. About 17 miles to Brookings, OR. Definitely will return!

Friendly staff, went out of their way to assist me and make my family vacation good, this is the kind of place you want to bring your family for vacation, very laid back and comfortable.

We had such a great night there on our way home from vacation! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were clean and warm! The camp sites we had were awesome! It was surrounded by trees and bushes! Our site felt kind of secluded and we loved it! We would definitely suggest this place to everyone and come back for another visit.

This was one of our favorite places that we stayed at on our coast line adventure. The trees were so beautiful. Spots had plenty of space between each site. Full hook ups for our small trailer. And they had a laundry facility!!! YES! We were in the middle of our trip and were just about out of clothes but ended up getting three loads washed. FYI nothing drys out here because of the humidity so this was key after playing in the Smith River all day. I only wished we would have stayed more than two nights. We stayed in site 085 and had this cool section of trees the kids played in right to the side of our site. Site 71, 72, and 73 all looked like they had great privacy and were grown in with beautiful trees. Highly recommend this place!!

It was really hard getting through to talk to someone on the phone to make reservations had to do it through email. We ended up getting a weird angled site so our trailer was parked kinda weird. Overall the campsite is absolutely gorgeous. The staff was super friendly, they do have washers and dryers but not enough for how large the campsite is. It was always busy super early to super late so we didn't get to wash which was inconvenient. Overall I'd highly recommend this campsite. I also want to Emphasize how GORGEOUS this campsite is.

We are on a 7500 mile vacation. This has been the best campground we have stayed at. The staff are off the chain attentive to needs of the campers. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Nice play area for kiddos and close to the ocean for swimming and beach walking. They have a nice secluded trail through the redwoods. Bathrooms are a bit outdated, but they have quick recovery hot water tanks (allows for a long hot shower no matter how many folks are showering).

This campground was absolutely lovely! My sister and I stayed here just for a night but definitely wished we could’ve stayed longer. The trees and surrounding area were beautiful, the campground was clean and quiet, bathrooms were nice and the staff was exceptional. Becky especially went above and beyond to help us out which we really appreciated. 100% recommend staying here. Thanks y’all!

Wonderful campground! Actually, one of the best our family has been to. Everyone in the office is very friendly and check-in and check-out are very simple and quick. The grounds are kept very clean and swept, and the bathrooms are heated, which is amazing. Clean showers, sanitized flushing toilets and lots of space. Best bathrooms we have encountered at a campground! (That´s important to us!) The entire campground feels very safe and it was nice and quiet, lots of respectful people. Big redwood trees and ferns growing naturally around each campsite. Awesome place, we highly recommend and can´t wait to return.

We had such a great stay this past 4th of July weekend! We has spaces 13, 15 & 17. Although i will say 13 is not much of a site or level for that matter but it worked fine for tents. The park staff were super sweet and accommodating. We loved the trees and the little trail behind our spot. This resort has a dog washing station and well heated bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Lee, Becky, and Robin are seriously THE MOST AMAZING HOSTS. They really care about this place. Most days you can find Lee running around fixing things, helping people, and he just generally made us feel so comfortable here. The grounds are IMMACULATE and you will see them out spraying the driveways down to keep the dust down almost everyday. We had an issue with our RV and Lee was right there helping us survive our first year of RV life. The bathrooms are always super clean and tidy and the laundry facilities work great. Showers are also nice! I cannot say enough good things about them and this RV park is what it is because of those three people. Playground facilities are nice and they have doggy poop stations all over! Love love love this place!

This place is amazing. The staff is so polite and friendly. We had originally had reservations to stay at emerald cabins and rv in Trinidad CA. When we arrived after a 15 hour drive, just wanting to hook up our trailer and rest. We come to find out that the site they assigned us was not going to fit our trailer. We then talked to the people in the office, and they did not do anything about it, we ended up leaving and driving some more to end up here in this amazing campground. They were able to accommodate us even though it was a last minute reservation. We are so thankful for that. At the end we ended up at a much better place. This place is truly magical.

This place is truly magical. If you're looking for a campsite nestled in the redwoods this is by far the best. Nice tall, beautiful redwoods and tons of privacy. If you love nature and looking for a campground near everything this was prefect. Smith river is only a couple miles away. There's beach access about 10 minute drive away. Tree's of Mystery was a great place to take the family. A beautiful lighthouse in the city of Crescent City. I was excited about OHV (Off highway vehicles) trails only 8 miles away. Tons of good restaurants and only 13miles from Oregon. The best RV park I've ever been to. They even have a nature walk and dog bath on site. Did I mention it had perfect weather all summer long ranging from 60-80 degrees.
