Ramona Oaks RV Resort

Loved the place and our spot but office was not present at all. No pamphlet like other times I had gone. Some of the amenties have not been upkept mini golf course was full of leaves and carpet coming off pool table was taped up and poles needed fixing. Golf clubs for the mini golf were stored in the office which was was never open the 3 days i was there. Mens bathrooms needed restock on toilet paper. The pool was amazing it was clean and upkept with many tables and chairs to use. Residents were nice and welcoming our site was great just needed better picnic tables.

Camped for 2 nights and want to list pros and cons:

Pros: Location and scenery, easy access off of highway, friendly check in person, nice pool. Lots of trees.

Cons: Other than the pool area ALL amenities are run down or falling apart. People in RV park are not friendly and I think it’s because the majority of the people live there. It definitely changes the vibe of the place. Fish pond, looks nice but did not see a single person fish (we did) but it was filled with algae. Hours aren’t conducive to fishing either: 10 am to 7 pm only.

No picnic tables at the camp site. Many of the camping sites have no or limited shade. The best sites are taken by folks who live there full time. You get what is left over.

I won’t be back and it’s a shame because this place has so much potential but it fallen to ruins. Very sad.

I've loved staying at RORV! The staff and management have been super friendly and very helpful whenever I've needed something, or shared a concern. The pool is well kept and the barn is air-conditioned and great for get togethers. They even have a little library. The park is in a wildlife area so there's lots of critters here, (rabbits, turtles, bullfrogs, tarantulas, rattlesnakes, bobcats) so watch your doggies. Very serene and peaceful. I would definitely recommend.

We are staying at this campground for four nights in a transient site. When we arrived on our site before we could even cook supper I had to wash the picnic table and will be glad to show a picture of how dirty it was. When we arrived at the campground, I actually had to ask for a map so we could find out where we were going to be staying. The office closes at 4 PM on Fridays and does not reopen again until Monday at 9 AM. I guess if you have a weekend emergency you’re out of luck. I would definitely not stay here again and if I could have turned around and easily got a refund, I would have.

Took a hike to the coyote den to visit my family...a 40 ft tree blocked the road, Pope landscape? Interesting

I'm a new tenant of the park and had a recent issue with my pedestal and hookup. Tracy was awesome and worked diligently with her boss Paul to come up with a solution that I'm happy with.

💕 love love love this place.  Tranquil relaxing environment.  If you are a dog lover look no further. Huge dog park and fabulous resort pool.  Two clean restrooms and showers. We love management and Friday mornings donuts 🍩😜 and coffee.

Very nice RV park.  But make sure to watch out for the management on site. They are very sketchy and unprofessional.  And the water is not safe to drink here.   Stay at your own risk.

With the recent rain the inland valley is green and more beautiful than ever.  The camp site has a pool and a pond.  Large oaks give plenty of shade as well

Lovely setting! Trees, quiet, nice pool and jacuzzi. Clean, level sites. I'll be back!!

I wish I could give a ZERO Star rating. This place is not professional. The front desk people are rude, not personable, not friendly and only want your money!!

Got there ONE HOUR, and our trailer flooded... since we signed a contract we couldnt get out of paying for the time we wernt there which was 10 days!!!!!!! We had to take our trailer to the repair shop! They are not reasonable and wont let you get out of a contract after signing it within an HOUR! Pretty much your screwed. They only want your money, and you cant talk to anyone there that has common courtesy or good customer service. Old management sucked and so does the new management. I would NEVER stay there again.

Beautiful rolling hills and lots of live oak trees. Staff and management are wonderful and very friendly. Moved here from a park in El Cajon and much more quiet.

Management has recently changed. I paid in full for 13 days and told new manager I was leaving  3 days early. I was told I owed an additional sum of money because the old manager calculated my rate incorrectly. I told new manager that was not my fault and I had a receipt showing I was paid in full. He told me I needed to talk to cooperate and then hung up on me. I called back to ask for the corporate number and was told they couldn't give that information out. There is limited to no cell phone service and the Rv spaces are mud and gravel. Most rigs are propped up 8-10 levels high on blocks. I was completely disgusted by the unprofessional attitude of the new manager.

Very relaxing resort. It's quiet and peaceful. The cabins are great. Remember to bring your own bedding and towels. Lots of activities at the resort to keep the kiddos and those who are children at heart entertained.

Great place to relax with plenty to do in and around

Staff is Friendly, quite country setting, beautiful place to relax.
