Beautiful park! Landscape very well taken care of. There is a creek right there. You can walk to a really lovely area with restaurants & stores. I would give 5 stars if there were staff or at least some signs to tell us where our site was. A 40 ft. RV needs to know where to turn. It's very common to drive up near an office & this was not where we were supposed to go. There only signs are an office sign & several private property signs. Apparently they don't want to be bothered past noon.

Our stay at Rancho Sedona RV Park was absolutely amazing. The property is incredibly well kept, super clean, peaceful, and quiet — exactly the kind of relaxing atmosphere we were looking for. The creek running through the property brings such a chill, refreshing vibe that makes the entire experience feel special and calming. Waking up surrounded by nature and hearing the water was honestly one of the best parts of the trip.

A huge thank you to Willow for all her attention, kindness, and outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the space I was needing and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was truly amazing and made us feel welcomed from the start.

Highly recommend this place if you want a peaceful Sedona getaway with beautiful scenery, relaxing energy, and excellent service. We will definitely be back!

Really beautiful spot close to all the shops & restaurants in Sedona. We loved how peaceful & quiet it was. Property is well maintained, showers were clean, good water pressure, warm. We had a creek side spot so it was about a 5 min walk to the showers but we loved our spot. Laundry was easy to use but a few of the dryers were broken when we were there.

Stayed here two nights and loved it! The campground is a short 10 minute walk to the center of downtown Sedona with surrounding rock views. Bathhouse and laundry facilities were very clean and open 24/7. Other bonuses: creek access, ice, library, and games. WiFi is on the slow side (2-3mb/s), but cell reception is good.

We had a lovely time at this RV park. It is perfectly located for walking in Sedona. The facilities are clean and well kept, and the office staff was super helpful. The blue herons were nesting, so they were amazing to watch. We could hear the creek at night. It is a very tranquil location. We for sure will be back when we want a quick get away from Phoenix.

Fantastic stay at Rancho Sedona RV Park. It's an easy walk to a creek and into downtown. Dog friendly with an off-leash enclosure to help when the zoomies hit. Quiet and cozy little spot was just what we needed to recharge. Can't wait to come back!

We enjoyed 3 nights in this beautiful location. The sites are well kept with mature landscaping and picnic tables. From the park we could walk to downtown Sedona or take a hike nearby. The bathhouse and laundry were clean. Everyone was very helpful. The outdoor amenities were nice too.We would definitely stay here again!

We’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always terrific!  Very clean and quiet.  The spots are well spaced and staff does a great job.

We lucked out on a same day booking and got site 63 for 1 night. Wanted to stay another night, but the park was fully  booked for the slots that could accommodate a 30' motorhome. Completely understandable because the park is beautiful, well planned with nice size sites that offer privacy. We actually enjoyed sitting outside the camper here. The creek is very pretty. You can get to town easily from this park w a scooter or electric bike. We didn't use the amenities, but heard the water pressure in the bathhouse is wonderful. Would love to stay here again and enjoy the natural setting here.

What a nice Camp site. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Book in advance as the site gets full quickly. Spots are nicely arranged and have a bench to each plot.
Shower and toilets are brand new. Saying that, only two showers and toilets for the whole of the campsite. Can get crowded in the morning.

The facilities were clean and well-maintained, with modern and comfortable bathrooms and showers. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting us in finding the perfect spot for our RV.

Beautiful RV Park!! We wished we could have stayed longer. Quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by the red rocks. Our dogs loved all the grass and the dog run. Walkable to downtown and nearby restaurants. We had a creek site and really enjoyed it. We will definitely be back.

We loved this park! It is along the creek and located behind the main tourist strip in Sedona. We stayed here and enjoyed visiting the near by trails, shopping and restaurants. They have full hookups, and our spot was located at the entrance of the creek. We were hesitant to book this place because of other reviews regarding their list of rules. However, the rules seem reasonable enough to keep the resort peaceful for everyone to enjoy. We did not take our pets, due to one of the rules being that they don’t tolerate barking. I did see plenty of dogs, and did hear some barking. I am pretty sure the rule is in place for excessive barking that an owner ignores.

Stayed here for two nights. Very clean, great spots with picnic benches. Easy late arrival check in. Very close to downtown Sedona. We walked to a little shopping area at the bottom of the hill. Great ice cream spot! If there is a downside, lots of rules to follow! However, I’m sure this is why the park is so clean and well kept.

Location, location, location. You can’t beat it. Right across the River from downtown Sedona. Walking distance to a brewery and restaurants. The place is clean and well maintained. Sites are level and have it all. It’s on the pricey side but you get a great location and we’ll kept facilities for the price.
