Redding Premier RV Resort in Redding, CA | RV Park Guide

This is an RV park and we stayed in the larger of the two yurts they have on site.  So our experience may be a bit different than others who are in a trailer or RV.   We stayed Thursday thru Sunday in July.  The park is very well kept and best of all  quiet.  The bathrooms and showers are incredibly clean.  There is a community room with a full kitchen, tv, games, and several washing machines and driers.  We had two adults and three teenagers and stayed in the 'Coyote Den' yurt which was just big enough for all of us.  It has a small fridge and a microwave which were both very useful.  There is also an air conditioning unit, but it wasn't super effective in cooling the room.  The pool on site is very clean and maintained, and it's walking distance to some nearby amenities.  Staff was super helpful and overall it was a great camping experience.  Would definitely stay here again.

This is a very well-run RV camp park. The property is clean, well kept and has lots of beautiful plants and trees. Ample areas of shade as well.
The staff is friendly and attentive. They take really good care of the property and the restrooms were especially nice. They were clean and had private toilet rooms as well as private showers. Everything was in great shape.
RV hookups were excellent and the pads were very level.

The camping spots are large with some space in between spots with picnic tables and trees. The restrooms and pool are SPOTLESS. There are bathrooms to shower in that are SPOTLESS! The real standout is Marsha the manager at the desk. She could not have been nicer as we had some special circumstances that we need help with. Do not hesitate to stay here!

Park is nice but the wifi is absolutely trash. Hopefully you have your own Starlink! Bad connection, if it connects at all, super slow, etc. Also, the park provides one wifi login per person and that can only be used on one device. We, like most families, needed more access than one device each in order to do work, connect phones, etc. Last gripe is they only provide one bathroom access card per group. Another inconvenience for a family of four. Not a bad place to stay but this place needs to realize it’s 2026 and step up what they offer. Awful restrictive on what should be everyday conveniences.

My family and I usually stay with family in town when we visit Redding but we decided to stay at an RV park instead. Well this place earns the name resort. This was our first visit and the sites are beautiful, roomy, and we had full hookup (electric and plumbing).. the best part was the bathrooms, so I of course took pictures! Super clean and I loved the individual stalls and showers. They also have a cute club house hangout area and work out room. Great customer service and the kids were able to enjoy the pool!

I'd guess that 75% of the folks there were long term residents. With us traveling/living full-time on the road these kind of parks can be very hit or miss. However, this was a very nice and well maintained campground. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The laundry room and bathhouses were always kept clean. Though it was close to I-5 and other major roads it was surprisingly quiet. The sites were a little close together but not terribly bad. The older section of the park is very shaded, while newer section has no shade. There are several waterfalls within an  1 to 1.5 hours drive. With Burney Falls being a must see. Mount Shasta is pretty much always in view. Lassen Volcanic National Park isn't far away. The Sundial Bridge and Turtle Bay Exploration Park are only  about 5 miles away. Overall it was a pleasant place to layover a few days before heading on down the road to our next destination.

Clean campground and really nice and clean bathrooms . Nice pool . One side is much more treed and pretty . Small creek runs through. Lots of grass areas . Nice staff .

Quiet little setting with friendly staff. We enjoyed the stay for a night and will keep it in mind for future stays. Clean bathrooms and full service hook-ups, lots of trees to give shade. Pool area was clean and the kids enjoyed the pool. A tip on the wi-fi is to go to the laundry/rec room to hook up the first time. Then it works over the whole park. We stayed 4 days.

Had a great stay here with my kids. Pool is super nice. Bathrooms are great! Lots of fun biking for the kids. Everyone was pleasant:)

Enjoyed our stay here! Campground hosts were awesome and super friendly. Spacious and nicely landscaped sites. Enjoyed the pool  and laundry facilities, both of which were very clean. Especially loved hanging out with the resident peacock.

Park manager is not friendly. I saw her get into an argument with a guy over his dog that was behaving, but had no leash on for like 1 second as its owner was getting one out of his motorhome. It rubbed me the wrong way. She obviously thinks highly of herself as she drives around in her little car with personalized plates that say “park manager” it must make her feel important. I’ll stay somewhere else next time.

This is our second stay at this RV park. It is so well kept. We absolutely love it. We got a pull through site for our 32 foot rig. It was right across from the bathroom. The bathrooms were always clean and well stocked. We used their showers just because ours doesn't have great hot water control. They were great! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Our dog Peachy loved the off leash dog park.

Really well kept park.  Pads are level.  Quiet and scenic.  Wifi very slow but occasionally works.  Can walk to drugstore and Starbucks.  Staff friendly.  Definitely wld stay here again.

a great rv resort - quiet and clean - we will be back

Great place to stay. We only stayed on night as we were traveling. Close to freeway. Very clean park. Very quiet. Nicely kept up. There may have been a couple of long stay residents but they were very neat and tidy. Not a fan of how many places now have full time residents and parks shove you in a spot with old cars ect.

Definitely will stay again. Restaurants were a quick car ride away.

As always, an excellent stay. Dana was a great hostess. Small family owned resorts that make you feel at home.

We were so happy to have found this hidden gem. The property managers were extremely welcoming, kind, and helpful. The grounds were beautifully kept and peaceful. Our son loved the play structure, tractor, and waterfall with koi pond.

The bathrooms were private, and super clean. Free WiFi provided, and laundry on-site.

I can’t say enough good things about this property. We can’t wait to come back!
