Although most of the 55+ RV resort has permanent residents or at least permanent structures, there are plenty of spaces in the back for RVs and travel trailers passing through. The people are super friendly and the sites are nice and level. It also has about the nicest dog park we've seen in our travels!😄

Heads up!!  I paid 3,000.00 a month and got next to a nightmare for a neighbor.  The people that own their unit think they can rule the park.  They are full of gossip and slander.  The mgr. Over the general mgr. Is nothing but a big liar. She will say what ever just to be able to try and move you out.  The women that work in the office also live in the park. Which is very bad.  They also are full of wicked lying gossip tounges.  Especially the one that lives next to Denny.  Denny just list his wife in Sept. And found a sleep in girlfriend 3 months later. He would not wear his hearing aids. So he always had his radio on too loud.  He had no respect for neighbors.
His girlfriend was walking around in his open blind park model in the nude. I had to endure this all since they had no other unit to move to.  They should have kicked them all out.  Wicked man Bob, jumped into the pool right at my face. Not once. But twice.!!  In case u don't know it, but it is against the law!!
Do not go here, or you have big misery ahead of you!!

Rincon East office staff  is Very Friendly and Helpful.  Activity Office Staff is So wonderful in planning and promoting activities!  They work Great together!

The Park in itself is OK.  It is on the older side.  Rachel is very friendly and helpful including the rest of the staff. It has alot of permanent and long time sites.  The guest are very cliquish.  It's hard to meet people and most would not give us the time of day.  The west park is much better.  The park model we stayed in was very clean.  The kitchen was large and took up most of the room and left very little living area.  The bed was very uncomfortable.   The fire alarm went off every time I turned oh the oven.

Great stopover.

Beautiful, friendly, secure, peaceful.  We stayed here about a week using it as a base camp for our day trips.  Service was top notch.  Only drawback was the placement of a palm tree in the center of each lot which made it difficult to back in a camper trailer.

It's an over 50's. RV park. Clean and comfortable. Very friendly people.

DO NOT CONSIDER BUYING HERE!  They say that the resort fees go up every year.  Supposedly based on inflation yet one must ask, "Does your income go up every year?"  NOT usually.  This economy bucks an is going to be truly strapping alot of people with the way everything goes up.
Too the homes in here are WAY to close together.  A Person should consider this after watching the California wildfires!! 👀😢💯

Can’t begin to thank Rachel & the staff at this resort.
After some miscommunication about location ( East vs West) Rachel was able to handle both the Cancel and booking with a smile, couldn’t be more impressed.

Location is nice,tucked away along a wash with access to biking paths and hiking within short drive, plenty of shopping and such conveniently located close by.

Resort is on smallish side with nice lots it’s mix of RV & Park model. All the amenities at the park are clean and well maintained, pool area is nice and we did get a couple pool days in during week stay.

Crowd is friendly, lots of activities and people doing them, we will be staying a moth next year and may get involved.

We almost feel we may have been guided back to Rincon after a $#*§€£} experience at at another ( I won’t mention the place but you can check our reviews, it sticks out, this is the ANTI that place😂😂) we spent time at the West location in 2017.

Friendly resort, friendly staff, great location in a area we love…We will circle back next year but it’s looking like home.

The lots are super close together but tje grounds and people are wonderful.

My maiden voyage with my bumper pull RV Trailer was made so easy with the help of Randy!  Not only did he help me set up, he came to my rescue when it was time to leave.  He was compassionate to me concerns and  supportive to my insecurities of what have I gotten myself into.  The park was clean, many activities with friendly people. I would highly recommend this RV Resort:

Nice community. Plenty to do if you're interested. Nice and quiet if that's what you're looking for. Beautiful views of the mountains
