Most amazing spa ever. The location of the hotel is extremly central. Not far from grocery stores, restaurunts and the city. Most welcoming staff ever. They took us on golfcarts to our room, welcomed us with fresh water bottles. My friends and I booked a spa and the masseuse was extremly welcoming and soothing. It was one of the best massages ive ever gotten. The natural hot springs are a must try. Water was Hot and extremly soothing and helped soothe my eczema. Sauna was one of the cleanest and best saunas ive ever been in. And the rooms were fantastic with great air conditioning and comfortable beds.

Always an amazing time at Sam’s. Perfect place to relax and recharge. We especially loved our tiny home and all the little touches like clothing drawer space and lots of drawers in the bathroom and kitchen for storage. AC worked great and the picnic table to eat outside on was lovely for breakfast. The pools are well maintained and the price for the location is hard to beat. If I’m ever back for Coachella, definitely staying at Sam’s. (Actually, maybe even sooner. I miss the palm trees and mineral pools already.) Thank you Sam’s for everything!

We have stayed in our campervan at this place a few times now. Our spot had always been clean and good connections, it’s not overly crowded or tight spots so we always felt we had more than enough space. The pool and spas are of course a highlight, our young kids have a blast in the water and then we head to the game room and play games for a bit. The staff are super nice, never an issue with anything. We come here every year and will continue to do so, great times.

We were spending a week in Palm Springs. My husband and I were looking for a nice affordable hot springs. Sam’s did not disappoint. In fact, this is one of the best hot mineral springs we have ever been to. They have a good sized store where you can purchase food, snacks, camping and pool side supplies. We purchased our day pass from a super friendly lady, who directed towards the spa entrance. The locker room is very clean. There are four large pools of various temperatures under a roofed shelter. Very clean. Plenty of lounge chairs. The mineral water is dreamy. The large swimming pool is very nice. The surrounding walkways and landscaping are gorgeous. There is a lovely pond with a variety of ducks floating around. We spent the entire afternoon soaking in the hot springs and swimming pool. Relaxing on clean, comfortable lounge chairs. This place is a gem! So happy we found you, Sam’s !

We had a great stay at Sam’s family spa! Really nice and professional team. Excellent communication and hospitality. The hot springs pools are amazing! I really liked that they are covered because it was raining when we were visiting. Sam’s is doing lots of improvements and construction which is great. The grounds are lovely around the pool — little oasis in the desert. Very peaceful, nice desert vibes! We would definitely return.

Please do not visit this RV park. The website is extremely miss leading, we left within 30 minutes. We were given a site next to several long term run down RV’s unfortunately my son witnessed our neighbour naked in his porch, wholly unacceptable for a family campground. We looked at the pool which was green, the sauna out of order and the toilets covered in yellow tape and out of order. The games room was a joke, air hockey and pool table were broken. The photos must have been taken at least 20 years ago. There were scrap cars and rubbish lying around and when we complained and asked for a refund we were told no.

I was very surprised to see any negative reviews about this park. There is nothing negative about this park. The staff is friendly, especially Stacey, who works in the office and Ed who is the Manager. It is clear that the owner takes great pride in this park. The grounds are extremely clean. The mineral pools are amazing. If you choose to take a shower in the bathrooms by the mineral pools, you should note that you're also taking a mineral water shower unless you use the cold water, the cold water is city water, so do not turn on the cold water if you want a pure mineral shower. My hair turned out so super soft. This was my first time visiting this resort but I will definitely be back. Ignore any of the negative reviews, the negative reviews are probably people that only choose to leave negative reviews wherever they go, because they're just not happy in life. Take a chance and see for yourself how great this park is and how great you will feel when you leave. Feel the vibe & energy!!!!

I was genuinely blown away by how stunning this property is. The recent renovations have completely elevated hotel space—it’s modern, beautifully designed, and incredibly inviting. The pools were spotless and clearly well-maintained, which made for a perfect day of relaxation. The staff was warm, professional, and went out of their way to make our experience feel special. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and it really shows. We had an absolutely lovely day here and I’m already looking forward to returning.

We visited Sam’s Family Spa and had a mostly enjoyable experience. The resort has a relaxed, family-friendly vibe with plenty of amenities to enjoy. The highlight for me was definitely the natural mineral hot springs—clean, warm, and incredibly soothing. I appreciated that the pools are non-chlorinated and refilled daily, which added to the sense of cleanliness and freshness. The setting is a unique mix of desert landscape with tropical touches, and there's a good amount of space to walk around, relax, or let the kids play. We stayed in our motorhome at the park for 6 months. The site was spacious, close to the restrooms/showers. It's nice and quiet at night. That said, a few areas could use attention. Some facilities looked a bit dated, and I noticed minor maintenance issues in communal areas like the bathrooms and showers. Staff were helpful overall. If you're looking for a laid-back spot to soak in mineral waters and enjoy a simple, budget-friendly stay, Sam’s Family Spa is a solid option—just go in with modest expectations and maybe call ahead to see how renovations might impact your visit.

My family loves Sam’s for a good mineral soak. The pools are healing and clean. We enjoy going early or later in the day where it is more quiet. We enjoy that you get to listen to nature rather than obnoxious club music like most resorts. Can’t wait to go back to soak.

The two women in the office area provided excellent customer service. I brought my family here to celebrate my son's sixteenth birthday, along with four of his friends, so they could relax and enjoy the hot tubs and everything else after a grueling week of basketball. My wife and I saw we will come back without the kids next time. They also have tiny houses.

What an amazing time at Sam's family spa, very calm, friendly people , R&R for sure, brought the camper out and they have full hook us but we also had that view, internet connection is not the best but cable TV had a decent amount of channels. I would definitely return. Hope they can upgrade the game room downstairs and what looked like an upstairs lounge area that seems to be deserted. Now, that would be a nice plus. But overall, it is very affordable, place to come and relax, and has great on-site laundrymat and restrooms/ showers that were nice and clean, fully stocked, too. Little store on site for those little things you might forget, and they offer propane refill too. Pet friendly a bonus, pool area is truly an oasis they provide towels which is cool, steamroom is amazing. And the MINERAL POOLS!!! what we came for, just hit the spot, let me tell you. Slept so good first night after that. It's definitely a place to try. And I love that it's family oriented, with great local shops nearby to go explore.

The facilities themselves are great! hot spring tubs and warm pools, wet saunas and a dry sauna, grassy picnic space. It's a chill place, easy to relax here. We stayed in one of their tiny homes though and it had a nice set up and great potential, but wasn't properly cleaned. The carpet had not been vacuumed, the walls had dirty hand prints, the couch had crumbs. We decided to deal with it rather than make it an issue, but then our dog got fleas here. (He's white so it's easy to tell when he gets them). Would recommend for a day trip or if you have an rv.
