Santa Cruz Ranch RV Resort in Scotts Valley, CA

This was our first time staying at Thousand Trails Santa Cruz Ranch, and we used one of the tent sites. The campground is definitely geared more toward RVs and trailers. Our site was heavily shaded but lacked privacy, and being near the entrance meant dealing with vehicle noise and headlights throughout the night.

Otherwise, we had a good stay! The staff was wonderful, the common areas were incredibly clean, and the showers had great hot water. The pool looked fun, though we didn't jump in. It’s a highly convenient location for accessing Santa Cruz and the highway, but if you want a secluded, back-to-nature camping experience, you may want to look elsewhere.

Loved the location and very friendly and helpful.   Santa Cruz is awesome. So much to do and see. I found people very helpful and so many young servants with a smile.

Great campground in Scott's Valley with full hookups. Wonderful staff. Swimming pool and jacuzzi. Easy drive to beautiful Felton and Santa Cruz.

Excellent stay! The location is great and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. It was perfect for visiting UC Santa Cruz (only 15 minutes away), with easy freeway access and many dining and shopping options nearby in Scotts Valley.

Fantastic rv spot nestled up in Scott's Valley. Stayed for four days with two adults and two large dogs. 15 minutes to Santa Cruz. Spitless bathrooms, heated pools  Friendly staff, and super clean! Manager even called back to give us a military discount. Will definitely be back!

Stayed for 2 days while heading up the coast,great stay i facility very well taken care of Sjarifah was very pleasant and answered all my questions, thank you. Tommy is the best very personable and keeps facility very clean.Definately will have to stay here again

Beautiful place, just really small RV spot we got and its really tight. But other than that, clean restrooms, nice pool and about 7 miles to the beach.

Stayed here this past weekend which was suppose to be for two nights but ended up not making it the first night because soon as we were going to hit the road we had a huge screw in the tire. I called after hours and left a message to inform them what happened. Leanne called the next morning to check on us because she seen our campsite wasn’t occupied.  I explained the situation. Very friendly.

We came here because it was close to the Hops and Brew fest,  so location for us was a plus. Once we got to the RV resort we parked and took off with other family members that were waiting for us. While there Leanne called to make sure everything was okay and that we arrived. I have to say, this is the first time staying at an RV resort that I have spoken to staff so much and what a pleasure it was. Leanne’s kindness didn’t not go unnoticed.

The resort itself was clean and grounds well kept. It is a little dated but served our needs. To me it seems they have long term occupants there and you can tell because they are on the outskirts and in certain areas.

I would stay here again  for a quick stay. I would also stay again simply for the excellent customer service and the proximity to the festival we were attending. Five stars for Leanne!

The campsite was a pull thru with room for the full body slide out and to use the awning almost out fully.  Beautiful tree slightly blocked but we loved the place.  Very clean restrooms, laundry, and pool with a spa.

We love this place. We'd live here all summer if we could. Excellent location, extremely friendly management. It's a little dated but always comfortable. Highly recommend!

Looks like a great place to hang out. They have camping spots. They have RV spots. They have a swimming pool. Other than that, I haven't been there, only, walked by there!

The spots are tight...like super tight!! But the location was great!! Close to Santa Cruz boardwalk, what we we're looking for!! Staff was nice and helpful! Not much space for kids to do much. They played in the pool while we were there. Not sure if we will be back just because of the space issue.

Such a nice stay. Stayed 3 nights clean pleasantly kind employees. I didn't like that the Pool was cold. Over all very nice
