We stayed here 2 summers ago in the upper site area away from the beach. This week we got to have a Oceanview in site #85 & it was fabulous It is only 22’ long but we parked our van angled towards the water. We would totally stay here again. The staff & communication were perfect. Clean bathrooms & wonderful beach to walk on.

This is one of the best campsites we have ever stayed in! The staff are super friendly, the sites in the whole campground are kept very clean, lots of amenities although we did not need to use them And conveniently located just outside of town. This was our first day and will not be our last. My husband who hates campgrounds said he would love to come back to Sea and Sand Campground! My only recommendation is to book the ocean sites long in advance as they fill up quick and based on the views, I can understand why!

Nice 3-tiered setup on the beach side. Nice forested sites inland. Restrooms in good shape, with private shower stalls. Easy beach access. Internet streaming was good, and free, with higher speeds available if needed. Close to Lincoln City and Depoe Bay dining and shopping.

Stayed two nights. Pros- easy walk to the beach. Very clean bathrooms, groundskeeper keeps sites clean. All the hookups. Pet friendly. Cons- spots are very close to eachother. Not all spots have a view of the ocean.

Friendly staff. Brett was very friendly and helpful regarding where to ride our bikes and where to eat. Nice park, well maintained, clean.

We loved our stay at Sea and Sand RV Park. Returning to our spot overlooking the ocean after our daily adventures in the area was a real treat. The facilities on site are all very nice and the staff was always helpful and friendly.

We were recommended here by another camper. We have a 20’ Airstream pulled by a GMC diesel. We checked in and were told that there were only 3 sites available. Before we could choose, the receptionist dropped one of the sites. We ended up in a site near the entrance adjacent to HWY 101. I walked around the night we were there and I bet there were 50+ spaces open. We have a dog and this place is definitely not pet friendly. It looks like it is not kid friendly either. Find someplace else, I think you’ll be a lt better off.

Sea and Sand was always our go to for our Anniversary vacation. We were not able to go for quite a few years and decided it was time for a special Anniversary stay. Even though we made reservations well in advance we were not able to secure a desirable site. When we got there every square inch was converted into rv spaces. We could hear our neighbors conversations the spaces were now so incredibly close to each other. Cable tv was now replaced internet and in 4 days stay we were only able to get on to the service once for about 30 minutes and that was at 430 in the morning. The water reeked of chlorine definitely not drinkable. Our stay was so disappointing we will not be back.

We found the Sea & Sand RV Park to be clean and right on the ocean. The people were friendly. What we didn't like was the cost. For four nights our bill came to $291.65! YIKES! The site was tiny at best. But worst of all they have a rule that you can't leave your pets in your own RV when you leave say to go to dinner, etc. In all my many years of camping with my RV I have never seen that rule anywhere else. WE WON'T BE BACK!!

The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. We loved the site we picked, it felt more private than some of the other options on site. The view of the beach was beautiful and they have a path that leads to the beach that was easy to navigate. We would definitely stay there again!

Simply can't get any better than this. We were on an upper level RV site. Full hook-ups and wifi and cable tv, if you have it. Clean bathrooms. Free showers. You have to be good at backing up your trailer for sure, and some spots won't accommodate a car as well, but there's parking adjacent to those sites. Very clean. Also, very hard to get those beach sites! I think I got the last one for summer of 2025, a reservation I made 20" after we parked here!

This gem of an RV park offers some wonderful views straight out over the ocean. The coveted spots are just above the beach area. They also have a 'forest' area with an easy incline walk to the beach. Two bathroom facilities (nicely maintained) are set up for the two sections of this campground. There is also a laundry facility and the check in office has a small gift shop/store. Behaved pets are welcome. They enjoy running on the beach as much as humans! Advanced booking is best; occasionally you might be able to snag a spot on short notice. Just have to check the website. It is somewhat centrally located for going up and down the Oregon coast so you can have a 'home' base to explore from.

This is a great RV park with a perfect location, very close to Depoe Bay. Oceanfront spaces as well as "forest" spaces. Spaces are tight so you are close to your neighbor but that wasn't really a problem at all. Bathrooms, showers and laundry facilities are spotlessly clean. Staff is very cordial and helpful.

First time camping there, nice clean camping areas.= short walk to tje beach, Bath rooms were the best I've ever seen at a camp ground. Very friendly staff, we will definitely be back.

If you get one of the front spots It was like renting an ocean front property! We slept with the window open and listened to the ocean all night. The kids loved being on the beach and just buzzing back and forth. One of the coolest RV parks I’ve ever been to
