Sea & Sand RV Park

I randomly searched last minute vacation plans for an RV park on the Oregon coast. I hit the jackpot with Sea and Sand RV Park. Upon check in, we were greeted with amazing customer service. Our RV site was clean, perfect length and beautifully landscaped. It even had a small fire pit and picnic table. The path to the beach is woodsy and then opens up to an amazing view of the Pacific Ocean. The view is one where you just want to sit in the inviting sand watching the waves. So quiet at night. This RV park is minutes away from Depoe Bay. Centered in between Newport to the South and Lincoln City to the North. Our last minute decision to go to the Oregon coast sure paid off. We would 100% go to Sea and Sand again.

What a fantastic RV park...we will definitely return again. The location is right on the ocean, but our site was close to the road, but it's under a 5 minute walk through the campground to the ocean. The showers are spectacular...really! Super friendly/helpful staff at the front desk and onsite. A gem for sure...check it out, you won't be sorry! Thank you!

Great location and I'm sure if you manage to get an ocean front space it's worth the bad parts. Restrooms are some of the nicest we've seen. But the spaces are narrow and crammed tightly together. They have wifi but we couldn't get it to stay connected long enough to create a profile.

We stayed here every year for the past 5 years same spot same time every year for seafood and wine fest .. last year the manager ( we thought ) offered us a new spot that wasn’t going to be completed till August as a sorry as they messed up something with our current reservation. We took it but made it clear we were worried about booking a spot that’s not “ available yet “ and losing our yearly spot … she guerenteed us several time that we we would be placed in the reservation system once the spot is done and contacted for reservation deposit I even took a photo of our reservation written down with her holding it up showing us that’s how worried about it we were .. sure enough august comes around no one contacts us we look at they gave our spot away and we had now lost our original yearly spot which is exactly what we were worried would Happen hence by we confirmed several times with her it was not get messed up and took a picture of it - when we called to say what happened all we got was “it was just a waiting list “ if it was a waiting list we wouldn’t have done it and two if we were on the waiting list and the first ones ( we saw it ) then wouldn’t you have contacted us first to place us in the spot ? So we know they made an error and gave our spot away and can’t fess up to it . After several years of a loyal clients we will take our rv else where and closer to Seafood and wine fest ! Bummer this is how they treat loyal clients ! Make sure you get confirmations and DO NOT TAKE THE WORDS FOR ANYTHING ! Edit/update to review : we were contacted by Alicia the manager she is not sure what happened, but it sounds like the employee that put us on the reservation list no longer works there and offered us a complementary stay for the same reservation dates ( our old original spot ) to make up for the lost reservation after we spoke to her … that was very appreciated and we did accept it … I was happy to hear them make an effort to make it right with us instead of just “ too bad so sad “ as we felt we got when we placed this review …we do love this place hence why we’ve come every year for the last several years . They will make it right ! ❤️👍

The shower was fantastic. Big,clean, great hot water with enough pressure. Staff very helpful. I was in site#16. Too narrow. A camp table almost creamed my airstream. I ran over the. stupid fire pit on my way out. Check site out before parking my bad.

Great campground. Quiet, clean in all respects. Just a couple blocks walk to a beautiful beach where we watched the sunset on our last night. Just minutes north of Depot Bay. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Outstanding ocean view’s available. Getting a space was tough but not impossible. Spaces are very narrow, no room for your tow vehicle. Electrical boxes were low and worn. Water hookup was good and for sewer you must have a screw on cap, city rules👍🏼 it’s all gravel spots, no level concrete. Spaces have a picnic table and no fire pit. Roads and spaces are narrow and can be a real challenge so newbies beware. For us WIFI did not work well, constantly dropped and we paid for a faster upgrade. If you need a grocery store it is a mile away and well stocked. Beach access is not easy for older ones, no wheel chairs. This part of the coast is stunning if you go for a drive. Many good restaurants available in the area. Good luck getting a spot that has an ocean view for two days in a row. If you want a beach view this is the place.

First, I want to be clear that this review is based upon one interaction with a certain team member who treated us without an ounce of respect. My husband, daughter, and I stopped to visit his mom who was camping with our niece, and followed direction upon pulling in to purchase a parking pass. Upon arriving to the campsite, there was no space to park within the stall, so we parked our car in a normal sized unmarked space in a lot near the bathrooms - next to other vehicles with the same parking pass - and proceeded to the beach for a couple hours. As soon as we got back to the RV, a man in a golf cart screeched to a halt in front of us and demanded “who is driving the grey Audi?” My husband stood up and said “we are” and this man proceeded to point his finger at my husband and raise his voice saying “I called a tow truck, move it now! You were very clearly told you needed a different permit to park there yesterday.” Shocked, we all just stared at him. We have no idea who this man thought we were, but no such conversation occurred (we never parked in that lot the day before), and we assumed a parking pass permitted parking in any available and unmarked spaces within the park. He then sped off while we gathered our things to leave. The entire interaction was incredibly unprofessional and inappropriate, especially in front of our 10 year old daughter and her cousin, who were alarmed by this mans demeanor and how he spoke to my husband. We did not intentionally do anything wrong and would have been happy to explain and pay for a different parking pass (even though we were leaving). The situation could have been handled very differently and it was a disappointing end to our brief visit with family.

Excellent camp site and easy beach access. Staff was friendly and personable, always having the campers best interest in safety. Loved the communication through text messaging. Bathrooms were extremely clean as well as the whole camp grounds. Will definitely recommend to everyone we know and will absolutely be back soon.

The entire staff in 1 word is WONDERFUL On short notice they got our travel Trailer in for TWO weeks. And the last 4 days we had an excellent view of the ocean. Brett is just outstanding and gets a 10+ review from us.

This is our 2nd visit here at SandS. It's definitely a place to put into your travels. Easy beach access. It's close to nice dog friendly trails like Drift Creek falls and of course see the covered bridge. Since we were here last they have renovated the bathrooms. They are amazing and clean and well kept as always. The laundry is also convenient and you can use your debit card to pay there so you don't have to worry about quarters. This time we were in the second row in the upper forest and the road noise was a little annoying. It's much nicer if you can be out on the beach point for further down into the park.

A great RV park. Right on the beach and close to a couple of cities. The staff was great, helpful and friendly. Many of the sites were long-term leases and were empty during the week, so it was quiet. Ok cell coverage, and their park wifi was pretty good.

We have stayed here a number of times and have always thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. You will not find a better place on the Oregon coast! Patty at the front desk is exceptional. Her professionalism and kindness go well beyond expectation.

We spent one night here and were quite impressed with the park. They do put a lot of campers in their park, fairly close together, but there are trees and fences separating the sites in the two sections toward Highway 101. The crown jewel of the park is the three levels of unobstructed ocean view sites that are located directly over the sandy beach north of Depoe Bay. Everyone watches the sunset! It was unique among the RV parks I have ever seen. ||The bathrooms are definitely a "10" - extremely clean, with good showers. (You do have to keep pressing a button for the shower water, but it is not hard to do, and definitely conserves water.) ||We would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to anyone looking for a unique site along the Oregon Coast.

After reading some of the old reviews I was concerned but this place was fantastic. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The place was very clean. The comfort station and laundry were the best we’ve seen in a long time. Don’t hesitate to book this campground.
