Shoreline RV Park

This was my first time out with a travel trailer that we had fixed up. The staff had called me on my way there to see how we are doing and letting me know that they will be only in the office till 6pm. It was stressful to pull a trailer this long the first time and their good wishes made me happy. The park has good wifi. Clean grounds. Only a few long term tenants that are also very clean and organized. If you want long term ask for a space closer to the office further away from 101. Nice bicycle path next to the park. Laundry room is convenient. T mobile is strong version is weak. Easy pull through spots. I was very satisfied with this park. Affordable spots for the location close to shopping and amenities of the town. Staff was understanding when string ocean wind tore off my awning and I could not do anything about it. They let me work on it . I could never open the old awning so the wind solved that dilemma. I highly recommend this park for all RV-ers

Shoreline RV park has nice sites, paved, level, laundry, washrooms, good wifi. Unfortunately, the biggest drawback are the homeless people wandering along the bike trail and entering the RV park. My husband watched a guy steal a full 30 lb propane tank from a site, he went out and confronted him, but the guy just kept walking with his wagon full of stolen things. You can't leave ANYTHING outside. . . So unfortunate. . . perhaps a secure perimeter fence would help ??

Tried to call and make reservations. Went to recording instructing me to leave a message. VOICEMAIL BOX FULL. Drove over during business hours. Nobody in office. Waited for 30 minutes. Nobody. Tried to book online. It showed all sites full. They weren't because I could see many vacant spaces. This is what you can expect from Eureka.

I have to say that Jolene and the team at Shoreline and Redwood Coast (both really great places) has taken care of my wife and two pets with compassion and grace. We had a glitch when we arrive 10 days ago and they promptly took control and had us set up and relaxing in no time. No hassles. Clean everything and the dryers really work well :) Thank you for everything and we are already enjoying our stay at Shoreline! The bay and marshland are spectacular!

Very nice campground. Spaces were full hook up, wide and easy to get in and out of. Harley Davidson dealership next door. Great staff.

This park is really lovely and very relaxing. It had everything we could need in amenities, friendly staff, and many activities to do. There were so many beautiful sights to see all throughout the park. I liked how everything was nicely maintained as it really seemed the people who work here care about the park. All of it is real eye candy! I couldn’t get enough of just being outside and enjoying the area. The sites were really nice and spacious. We had no issues parking our big rig and putting out our slide outs. My kids keep asking when we are going back which makes the stay even better. Great for the whole family! - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group

2600 6th St. $38/night 50 and 30 amp We stayed here while visiting the redwoods. Very nice park with mostly pull-thru sites, all paved with beautifully manicured grace between each site. Laundry, clean restrooms. The only thing...when the wind is up...you can hear the highway. We would definitely stay here again. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group

This park is a real wonder! It has so many natural beauties that as a photographer, it quickly became my paradise. The natural marshes were really picturesque, and I got some fantastic images there, as well as in the forest where the trees are unbelievably tall - almost surreal. Some of them had split trunks that let you walk or drive through them! Fern Canyon is another cool spot. The greens were super vibrant and the air was humid with all the moisture around the ferns. I read that one of the Jurassic Park movies shot a scene there - super cool! Tranquil Trinidad is a black sand beach near the site that I visited on my last day; it was pretty peaceful there (hence the name), and I'd really recommend this spot if you're trying to relax. As for the park itself, the amenities are pretty solid and things like convenience stores and most nearby restaurants are within walking distance. I must admit that this is one of my favorite sites and I always have a quiet adventure when I go. It's worth the trip! - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
