Such a great place to stay. The entire RV park is very well maintained, everything was clean, the EXTRA LARGE gravel sites were freshly rolled flat and level, each site had some trees or greenery that provided a bit of shade, the pool was a LIFE SAVER in the desert heat, and everything at the park is set-up for ease of use (pool, showers, dog park, etc.) Laura in the office was very friendly and informative about local history and things to do. We were even able to borrow a fun movie while we were there. You can tell the owners care about their property and customer service.

First time here, for 1 night. I am delighted. First, staff was super friendly. Sites are level and oh so much space. I pull a 41 ft 5th wheel with 5 slides and been full time for 4 years. By far, the most space I have seen during this time which encompassed 117 parks. Beautiful dog park. Nice laundry, restrooms, pool. Quiet area. Great for a stopover or a stay. I would come back and highly recommend.

We stayed here for one night. They have very large spaces for big rigs. The full hook ups worked great. The spaces are gravel but ours was pretty level. They have 3 separate dog parks that are very nice they have a nice grassy park that my dog appreciated. The park was clean and well spread out. The pool looked nice but we did not use it. The person who checked us in was very nice and thorough with rules and information about the park. We would come back here again.

OK, we've been RVing for 55 years all over the world -- all states except Hawaii, all Canadian provinces, Central America, Europe, etc... High-end and not so high. You get the idea. Having been here before under previous ownership, we stopped for an overnight and couldn't believe what the current owners have done for the place. The sites are huge, level!, nicely landscaped, quiet, well placed full hookups, well signed -- the long and short is that it is one of the best parks we have ever visited ANYWHERE! The owners were great, too! (-- Oh, and the complaints that the park doesn't allow guests' dogs to run loose was an added bonus for us.)

This was the best RV park we have ever experienced! We stayed here for two weeks. It is definitely like a retirement community but with retirees who are more active than average. There are pickle ball games daily, activities like water aerobics, line dancing lessons, and plenty of good roads for biking. Everyone has lots of space and the owners did an excellent job of landscaping with rocks, signage, quaint street lights, etc. There is no age restrictions so our kids biked around and we enjoyed the pool but tried to keep our kids from invading people’s space who wanted to swim laps or walk in the water. The dog park is amazing with a social pen and a non social one. The laundry facilities were in excellent shape as were the showers and bathrooms. Absolutely everything here seems brand new or updated completely.

My husband and I do a lot of traveling in our RV and have been to many places and this place is top notch and takes the cake. Scott and his staff are amazing, thoughtful and most easiest to work with. This isn’t something you find in many RV resorts. The spaces are huge, they are dog friendly, amenities are so nice and they are amazing with their communication. My husband and I will be back and we want to thank Scott and his staff for working with us during our delays in getting out to our spot and having to leave a tad early.

This is the BEST RV resort. Bathrooms are immaculate and updated. The pool was clean and warm. The RV spots are incredibly spacious- even in the back there is a ton of space between your RV and the people in the row behind you. The spots are level and gravel- but actual gravel- like 4-5 inches- not dirt with some sparse gravel thrown on top. The roads are all completely paved and we didn't hit a single pothole. The front office staff was so kind and welcoming. Each spot has a nice picnic table- that isn't made of rotting wood. The washers and dryers were all in working order (which is not ever the case anywhere we have been from east to west coast) and the laundry room and machines are clean. We don't have pets but we have not stayed anywhere with as many pet areas. They also have DVD's you can borrow from the front office- that was a highlight for us as we are tired of the one's we brought on our big trip! :)

An incredible park!! It is so neat and clean and the sites are huge. All were welcoming and friendly. This is the kind of place I could find myself staying for a while. Quiet but with lots of activities. The dog park is amazing… divided up for social and non social dogs (or owners ). The pool area is lovely and there was so much room to walk our puppy!!!

Fantastic stay at a beautiful park. Nice dog areas. Multiple dog areas separately fenced. The grounds were clean and very nice. The rates were surprisingly low for such a nice park. I will stay there again when I'm in the area. Huge sites also and level. I'd love to get a site with the private dog fence and wall in the future. All in all a one of the best parks yet I've stayed in.

We've stayed at this park on our east/west travels for many years, starting long before the present owner took over. The improvements are phenomenal. The sites are spacious, the dog park area is the best we've seen and the amenities (pool, pickle ball court, etc) would qualify this park to call themselves a resort. Without the "resort" prices! The entire park is clean, well maintained and dust-free. Reservation, check-in,and parking assistance was efficient and courteous. Very friendly staff.

Stayed here for 2 nights in November in my travel trailer. Super super happy with this campground. Sites are very spacious and you don’t feel like your packed in on top of each other like some RV resorts. There are tons of amenities like laundry, car wash, dog wash, showers, dog park, pool and the common theme through the entire campground is now clean everything is. Staff was incredibly nice too. Little traffic and plant noise from the road but considering everything else Would definitely stay here again!

All RV parks should take note of this one. Absolutely blown away by how immaculate and friendly this place was. The dog park was the best we've ever seen (even with green grass in the desert!). The pool area was super relaxing. Huge RV spots. Lastly, the best laundry room at an RV park we've seen. Clean and even with a change machine inside. 10/10 recommend!

This is a really nice/great park. It’s laid out beautifully. Full 50 amp hookups. It even has a special pad to wash your rig/vehicle! It has really nice tent camping set ups with walls to make them private and at the same time blocks the wind. Great dog park with three separate areas so everyone has a place. There are even maintained grass areas in them. The overnight RV guests have a separate row so as to not disturb the other spaces. There’s a horseshoe pit and even more things to do there, we didn’t stay but one night so we didn’t see everything. The owner has a great attitude and treats everyone with respect.

Outstanding RV Park. Owner and Staff are absolutely great, they are respectful and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Every part of this park is exceptionally clean, and the sites are large. So, what sets this park apart… There is a nice dog park but there is an indoor dog wash AND a pet memorial rock garden. There is a fully working laundry at reasonable price, but there is an outdoor patio with comfy furniture and clothes lines and clothes pins supplied too. You can wash your RV at your site, but there is a separate area with a cement pad for vehicle washing. For those staying for longer periods of time, they have set aside the first Monday of the month as “Maintenance Monday” to exercise generators and have posted a list of other items everyone should check to keep your rig in good working order. Who does this??? And the humor, Scott (owner) keeps the mood lite throughout the park. Outside the Ranch House is “Solitary Confinement for spouses that need a timeout”. Or having dog park corrals for “Non-Social Dogs and/or Their Non-Social Owners”. The various events are fun too, glad I went. What I am trying to say is that they tried to think of everything and are open to suggestions too. If you are in the area, this is THE place to stay.

There are a lot of fun activities. The staff is 1st class. The resort and facilities are beautiful and clean. This place operates like a fine oiled machine. The people who stay here or were here when we visited we so much fun! Our stay was cut short due to the quick unexpected death of my mom. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our unexpected early departure. I also received a call from one of our newly made friends. I can not say enough good things about our time and experience at this resort. THANK YOU SCOTT for going out of your way personally! If you can get in you must experience the excellence of This outstanding RV resort!
