This RV park was delightful! It had beautiful views of the area. It was easy to pull into and out of. The staff was helpful, without being intrusive. The facilities were in excellent shape. Spot 516 was perfect. There was a large grassy spot with a mature tree for each spot. The pool and hot tub were large, well heated and maintained, and fully open, with no needless restrictions. It was close to the attractions, without being right in the middle of it all. This place was very nice!

We stayed here for a week. Best RV park in town. Great location and close to town. Sights are fairly level. My one complaint is where you park your tow vehicle is at a steep incline. So making a little difficult to unhook/hook up. There is a pool but I did not use it. I liked how the bath house had nice lockable shower rooms with a toilet, sink and roomy shower. There is on site laundry too. The office was closed the entire time which I think was a little unnecessary. However they did provide a good information packet at arrival and they do answer the office phone. Great Verizon cell service here too. There were a lot of ants at our site but they did not bother our trailer, just annoying when we were outside. One thing I liked was the picnic tables are private for each site. I noticed others put two sites picnic tables on same side and I hate that. I would stay here again for sure.

My truck broke down almost I front of their park about 5 pm. They gave me a space to park my trailer at a very affordable rate. I left it there and continued my move to AZ. Upon my return with another truck to pickup the left behind trailer full of my personal belongings I found everything safe and untouched. The staff was so friendly. I paid for 4 days when I left it and got a refund when I picked it up 3 days later. Nice people very good price, fair friendly and extremely helpful. Clean with nice grounds and clientele. Stop in for a genuine smile stay and swim.

Great RV Park for visiting the area. It’s set on a hill so you get some foothill views as well as the town below. It’s located a bit outside of a lot of the main shops & restaurants but not entirely inconvenient. Park is very clean, and spots are large. The pool & spa felt new and well maintained. Highly recommend.

Very nice park, wonderful customer service from the office! The bathrooms are the nicest I have seen in months of traveling- all separate units with commode, sink and tile shower. Lovely pool and hot tub. Level, gravel pads but each has a nice grassy area adjacent to it. Although there is some highway noise from 191, it dissipates at night. Will definitely stay there again!

Very clean RV Park. Sites are level and there is space to park tow vehicles. We like the spots at the end of each row where you have better views while at the campsite. Only drawback is being close to a major highway (noise) but we would camp here again on future trips.

This is such a nice RV park. The price is a little more to pay than usual, but the amenities are exceptional and the sites are roomy. Also, the staff was so accommodating, giving us a generous military discount. I had a cold while we were there, and so we ended up staying an extra few days. Despite being very busy, the staff went out of their way to take care of us. Cant wait to visit again. Only drawback, someone on staff or an owner rode in at 10:30 at night on their motorcycles two nights in a row and parked their bikes in a shed at the back of the property. It didn't bother us, but probably aggravated a few folks

Right on the road, noisy all night. Unaccommodating jerks for ownership. Showers are nice but that is about it. Dog walk area is a 8x10 chain link mud pit. Drunken idiots in the pool. No paper towels in bathroom. Had an 8-12 tour planned, asked if we could park our RV by the dumpster for an extra hour after checkout time. No help from ownership.

Lots were great and each space had a small grass area. Staff was nice and office, pool area, bath house, and laundry room have been newly remodeled. Very nice place to stay. However I would like for the dog area to have grass or trees. It is just dirt and not a very great place for your dogs to play. I think with all the other remodeling that they had going they just didn't have time to get to the dog area. There is a really nice area in front of the entrance that we used instead. Please pick up after your dogs. Even though it is outside of the park area it is still not right to leave piles for others to deal with. We will be coming back to this park and I am sure there will be many more improvements.

Love staying here when we go to Moab Clean, friendly. Good laundry room. Nice size sites with trees and table and patio. Dog park is a good size. Very large heated pool which we enjoyed on our last visit in May, not in Oct. Great hikes right out the back. Jeep trails are easy to get to. Shell station across the road is fabulous for gas, ice and air.

After 4200 miles and counting, this park is top of the list. Extremely nice, roomy sites, great people, laundry and showers. Even has a TV lounge. You are escorted to your site, shown all hookups and given a huge welcome. Near all sites in area, and near town. Do not pass this park up !! I would give it 10 out of 5 stars, but 5 is all we get. So 5+ is the best I can do.

We spent 3 nights here. There are great grass areas at each spot. Spots are fairly level. The pool/spa see a is great. Very nice laundry facility. We had an issue with the 50amp service but the campground compensated us for our trouble. I gave a 4 star just bc showers weren't clean. Would stay again though.
