My husband and I were wanting to purchase a vehicle from here. When we asked for a specific vehicle the staff ignored us. Then tried to have us look at another vehicle. Even went so far as to lie to us about which model it was, that they were trying to show us. I asked to speak to a manager and the owner happened to be walking by at this point. Tried to explain to him what was going on and that we were just going to leave. The OWNER, then proceeded to make the comment that we couldn't afford it anyway. Well, this is for him specifically, we already had an approval from the bank for the vehicle we were trying to look at. But the people at Land Rover in Birmingham were very gracious and let us pick out exactly which model we wanted. I have been a LOYAL GM owner for 20 years. And after the experience today I will NEVER purchase anything from here. And I will also let everyone else know how rude, disrespectful, and dismissive you are. Everyone, stay far away from this dealer.

Was asked to come and test drive a vehicle by a sales associate with the understanding that I haven't made a decision on what vehicle im going to purchase and have the audacity to tell me I can't test drive said vehicle without a credit application 😅 0/10 would not recommend thanks for wasting my time Update was called by the sales manager after my recent terrible experience and was assured they would like to make the situation right and to please give them the opportunity. After taking time out of another day to try and look at and buy a vehicle was presented with more bs 0/10 ill take my money elsewhere
