We have LOVED our 4-night stay at this park! The pool was warm and clean, the bathhouse was kept pristine, the sites are spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the entire park was beautiful and well-maintained. We already can’t wait for our next visit! Thank you to the owners for being wonderful business owners and people.

I waited a year to write this review just to be sure. I also felt more inclined after hearing some of the same issues we encountered here… Another full time family experienced the same. This camp ground is beautiful. They’ve even added more upgrades since we have been here. However, this is not a family camp ground. This is a campground more suited for 50 and above with NO children. I repeat, NO CHILDREN!!! I’m not sure how to put it in words how much I didn’t feel like my kids and I were welcome. To the point I felt like I was doing something wrong even playing with my kids outside. I guess I should have figured out quick after arriving there… But I had seen pictures were it seemed like a very family campground. However it isn’t. A retirement community would better suit this campground as far as names or explaining this campground. I will also add. They will do things like cut of water, power, and give no notice. Then when or if you decide to inform them of the issue, the response my neighbor and I got was “I know”. Since leaving here we’ve stayed at multiple camp grounds, resorts, harvest host… Even a stationary spot during winter. Stony Brook cost the most from lot fees to electricity. But made my family feel the worst. While it may have a small pool and concrete parking pads… This was no resort IMO. At least comparing to Jelly Stone in Larkspur Colorado or any of Jimmy Buffets, Margaritavilles all while charging the same fees. Again not suitable for children! If you’re looking to grab something local to eat be prepared to drive 30 min to an hour. Come fully stocked. Also to add since the owner replied. Never have I ever let any of my children play outside a lone anywhere. Rather at a house or campground. Also mostly bc I have a 6, 2, and infant.

We were here back in July. They advertise themselves as a luxury RV resort. We booked one of their premium sites which had a nice paver pad with extended patio area, upgraded fire pit and the space between sites was massive compared to other campgrounds that squeeze you in as much as they can. The amenities were very good and clean. They had a nice pool. This place is more of a couples campground in our opinion but you can bring the family for sure. There’s just not a lot of kid things to do. The only gripe we had was not with the campground but with the lack of eateries and attractions in the area. We will definitely visit again but bring more food to cook for ourselves.

This campground is beautiful! Went for the first time this week for a couple of days and had a chance to talk with the owner, Shelby, for a bit and she was so nice! The sites were huge, the staff were all very friendly and the bathrooms were clean and gorgeous!! They are installing a new pool for next season. It was very quiet and peaceful, will definitely be back next summer!

This RV park discriminates against children who attend school. My husband was told that they do not accommodate children who attend school. So my husband told her we provide our own transportation to and from school, anyway, so that shouldn’t be a problem. The woman stated that they don’t allow children who attend school. Since we already saw MANY pictures of children at the park, he mentioned that. She said, “Oh, yes! We allow children. We just don’t allow children who attend school.” Someone PLEASE explain how this park accepts children, but not children who go to school, even though it’s is illegal for children NOT to attend school?

Nice park with reasonable prices. Located in a quiet rural area, yet decent access to NYC and Philly. Our site was gravel. It was not very level, so we had to use wooden blocks to level our class A motorhome. Cell service (Verizon) was very weak. The pool looked very nice. The game room and the laundry room are combined. They were very clean and modern (I think they were recently remodeled).

Very nice place to stay. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Sites are fantastic. They could have easily put more sites in, and they didn't. Left plenty of room, and even have a nice place to park your vehicle at your site. Our site also has multiple sewer hook ups, which is FANTASTIC! It's a little off the beaten path, but not at all hard to get to. It was extremely easy to navigate with a 40 foot 5th wheel inside of the campground. Booking and check in was a breeze. If we have to have one thing to put as a con, it would be nice to have someplace for the dogs to stretch the legs. It seems to be lacking a dog run, HOWEVER, there is plenty of "dog stations" thru out the campround to aid in picking up after them. Overall, a new favorite place for our family and friends. Hope they keep up the great work!

Title: "Stonybrook RV Resort: Where the Great Outdoors Meet Five-Star Luxury!" If you think 'luxury' and 'RV' go together about as well as 'avocado' and 'milkshake', prepare to have your world flipped like a well-done pancake at the Stonybrook RV Resort. This place is where 'glamping' dreams come true - it's a Versailles in the wild, a Waldorf Astoria on wheels! Nestled in the heart of Mother Nature's wonderland, Stonybrook RV Resort masterfully bridges the gap between the rustic allure of the wilderness and the comfort of modern amenities. Here, nature doesn't come knocking; it's your next-door neighbor! The campsites are meticulously designed to accommodate your home on wheels with all the respect of a VIP parking lot. Water, electric, sewer – it's all there, plus Wi-Fi robust enough to make you forget you're in the great outdoors (but, please, do remember – the raccoons aren't too keen on Netflix). And if you think the fun stops at your doorstep, you're hilariously mistaken! The amenities here rival those of a high-end club. A sparkling pool? Check. A playground that will make your kids forget their tablets? Check. Nature trails that look like they've been lifted straight from a postcard? Double check. One of the resort's most impressive features is the well-stocked fishing lake. It's a haven for those with a penchant for the rod and reel. Just remember to tell the 'one that got away' stories after you leave the lake's serene borders. The resort's pièce de résistance, however, is the staff. They're more like a family, a very efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable family. Their smiles are as warm as the morning sun, and their dedication is as clear as the resort's starlit nights. They transform this place from a mere RV parking spot into a palpable community. In conclusion, Stonybrook RV Resort is less a resort and more an embodiment of the perfect getaway – a combination of the freedom of the open road, the serenity of nature, and the luxury of a five-star hotel. You'll arrive with your RV but leave with memories and a strange craving to become a full-time road warrior. This is, without a shadow of a doubt, a pit stop that is more of a destination in itself!

This is a charming, well-maintained RV park tucked away in Pennsylvania hills. Sites were level and wide. We stayed on site P-3 which was one of their premium sites. The staff was friendly and helped in any way needed. Definitely worth the visit.
