Update:: The RV Park is located in a great location of shopping and groceries.  Check-in was great the front desk lady was very helpful and kind, we stayed a week and came back for the month, the first check-in was very busy as it was grand opening and the poor front desk lady was trying to handle both the check in and grand opening, but she was still helpful and got us checked in, in the middle of the grand opening of office, she is on top of it! We did use passport of Americas and get a discount but price may differ from the price passport America says and the actual discounted rate, so call resort to confirm actual prices. They have a beautiful dog park. With a dog bath and even a drinking fountain for dogs. They have a place where you can wash your RV. Swimming pools shuffleboard, sewing, lapidary room, mini golf, card room, bingo, yoga classes, workout classes, The pictures online did not do this place justice it is a very large park, it is more of a community if you like the community feeling this is a great place for you. Remember it is 55 and older, but sometimes if you are near close to 55 they will still let you in, supercut friendly, I would come stay here again and again, most people I have met here have ended up buying park models because they kept coming back over the years.. this is a place that will feel like a home and a community, it is very safe close to shopping, swimming pool and hot tub, they usually have a daily game of volleyball in the pool, They also have pickleball. This is a great place to be.

A perfect place to find your paradise! Activities and amenities galore. The staff and community are so welcoming. I had the time of my life visiting my parents here.

This place is the best RV park we’ve stayed at in our seven years of RVing. Endless activities, pool out of this world, food on site, entertainment if that’s what you’re looking for. Park is immaculate as in Disney World level of cleanliness and repair. Tom at front gate always happy and helpful. Santora, in customer relations, was a God send in helping us secure reservations for next year (2027).  She stayed over to help me get cash for washers. She didn’t have to do that as the office was technically closed a few minutes before I arrived, yet she unlocked it and got me me change. She exemplifies superb customer service as do the rest of the staff.  Campers super friendly as is the staff. RV sites gravel with concrete pad mostly level. I’d be at a loss to make suggestions to how improve our stay. We stayed there a month as we did last year and will be back next year.

We stayed here 10 nights in our camper. It was quiet at night, very safe with a gated entrance.  The RV area is in the back corner of the park which was quiet and a bit of a view. The amenities here are beyond compare. A band each night, games and crafts, hot tubs and pools. It is an amazing place.

Beautiful place! So many fun things to do!   Meticulously kept up…so clean! People are friendly! Our friend moved here from Washington and we are so happy for her!

Resort is awesome and very clean.  The Jets from Luke Afb are loud and very frequent.  Typically starts at 7am and dont stop until 9:30pm.  Then you've got the train horns and then the typical traffic sounds/sirens.  We are likely choosing another spot only because of the jets.  Otherwise great place.

Great resort.  My family is in another Cal Am site and I notice the sites here have more space between them.  Great managers and super fun and friendly groups of people encountered every time I visit.  Highly recommend!!

Beautiful RV park. Lots of permanent but availability for motorhomes as well. We only stayed one night as we were just in surprise passing through. Beautiful dog park with one big draw back. It is one dog park for all dogs and is not separated. I took my dogs down to go to the dog park and unfortunately, there was a pitbull there which made me very nervous with my tiny dog.  Most RV parks don’t allow for aggressive dog types so I was surprised to see the pitbull in the dog park. So after picking this place to primarily to the dog park, we weren’t even able to use it because of the pitbull. Very unfortunate.

I went to go tovan estimate for my business at a residence there.  I arrived at the security guard hut and I was at least 10 cars deep if nor more. The line never moved in 10 minutes.  That would have made it at least 30 mi minutes until I could get through the gate. I don't have that kind of time. I had to call my customer and reschedule the estimate.  Ridiculous

We came to Sunflower Resort and enjoyed the many activities. One of those activities includes joining the worship choir. There are many other activities is playing bocce ball, pickle ball and socializing with the many friends along the way.

After renting we bought a park model 3 years ago. We enjoy Sunflower as our “winter home” and LOVE the great amenities they offer.  My husband is a cyclist and very much enjoys riding with a group of other cyclists several times a week.   We both enjoy the Cactus Grill and live music during the week.  The staff is always helpful and we love the level of cleanliness the resort maintains.  Lots to do and a great place to retire!

We bought our park model here 3 years ago after first staying in an RV spot. It is a decision we have never regretted!! We love the amenities! (especially the Cactus Bar and Grill and their AMAZING staff!) my husband enjoys the card room and the men’s golf groups. We have tried many things that are offered here and still haven’t tried it all! The bands on the weeknights are another great thing! Highly recommend this RV Resort! Jennifer Hiner

This resort is absolutely amazing. The staff and the people in the park are fun to be with. The live music and the food is too notch.  Brennan and Andrew are so amazing and caring.  The staff really work hard to take care of everyone.   Thank you!!

The central facilities for long-term stays are fabulous but for short stays this place is awful.  The transient sites are basically a dusty parking lot nestled between the garbage and the storage, no landscaping, no internet, no cable TV - all that for $69 per night!  Call me a fool once but I won't be back.

This place is wonderful and has so much to offer at a really awesome price. The staff welcomed us like family and was very helpful. There were a lot of amenities and a lot of wonderful sites to choose from. The activities were amazing as there was everything you can think of for anyone! The location as really nice as it was conveniently located around some great places! The whole park was nicely maintained, especially the facilities! Overall this is one of our favorite places to stay as it gave us so much for a really nice price. I am very thrilled that we found this place as we will be back.
