Very nice place to stay! Bath house was always clean!

Very quiet, clean and slightly remote which is what we were looking for.  We will be coming back to explore the area alittle more.

Wonderful quiet campground. Well maintained. 

Quiet campground mostly permanent sites. Restrooms clean,  amiable communication.
No camp store or amenities.

Excellent host with communications and accommodating my schedule.  Cleanest bath house I’ve ever had the pleasure to use!  

Very pretty view, bathhouse was closed and VERY close to a very busy main road. Otherwise nice place 

Wonderful place to stay, friendly staff and clean facilities. Get to see the sunrise and sunset everyday with salt marsh backing up the our spot. Best campground we have stayed in.

We love it there

The Refuge is a beautiful campground. They have made the most of the space, while giving campers enough room in between spots. The water views and sunsets are amazing. The location seems kind of remote, yet anything you would need or want is so close by!  Our host, Kathy, was wonderful. She was very proactive and responsive to our needs and questions. She set the tone for our relaxing and enjoyable weekend getaway by being professional yet easy going. We will definitely be back soon!

What a surprise!  Lovely area and well run. Gorgeous water area. Inlet?  Sound?  Nice place!

Loved this campground and will come back! Stayed Sunday-Friday in October, great view out the back of our camper of the water and marsh. Campground is so CLEAN and well maintained including the huge dock going all around the water, loved it. Was impressed by campsite manager greeting us as soon as we arrived by name! Friendly and looking forward to our next visit.

Very nice and calm place with less crowd. And reasonably priced.
