We came near the end of the season. Nichole (ph) & husband Joel were very friendly and helpful. We had RV issues and had to use the shower house; it was very clean and comfy, even with wx in the 20's. Laundry was large, very clean and everything worked. Nothing was out of order. Very rare! Excellent place for our large dog to be off leash. The deer wandering through was an added bonus. This is where you want to stay!!

We stayed in The Outlaw room in the motel and it was perfect! Our only regret was that we didn’t stay more than one night. The hostesses were super friendly and the property was beautiful. Perfect home base for Bryce Canyon National Park.

Beautiful motel in a location with stunning views. Host went out of her way to make me comfortable, even bringing a wine glass to my room when she knew I was going out to grab a bottle of wine. Extraordinary, top notch service. I enjoyed it so much I called to book an additional night. They were booked. My loss!

We stayed 2 nights with a 45 Ft Toy Hauler. Plenty of space, easy and friendly check in with Nicole. There is a creek that we cast a line in and a field we were allowed to have our dog off leash for ball play. On our 2nd night we had dinner at the red dirt diner on the same property. Great atmosphere and good burgers.

We stayed in the motel portion not the RV grounds. We found Nicole to be very nice and helpful upon check in. If you prefer a chain hotel this may not be for you. This is a cute motel with comfortable beds, and beautiful scenery. Being able to use the fire pit after the sun went down was just great. There are no TV’s but why would you need them when you have a beautiful night sky. We would definitely stay here again when traveling that way. The sunrise was exceptional also!
