Great views, short 5min drive to town, just far enough away that you don't lose the feel of "being away". Great prices! Military are welcome so we enjoyed that. Still seems to be a fairly new park so some kids entertainment is left to be desired, but with the pool and a park, slide its just enough for under 10 year old kept occupied.

One of our favorites laces to stay! Very close to downtown Main street . Very well kept, very nice people to do business with.., love it! This is our 3rd year to come here, but definitely will not be our last!

We absolutely will come back to this RV park!! The hill country views during the day and the star gazing at night were so relaxing. Clean restroom area and pool, cute little playground, so close to everything in Fredericksburg and a 20 minute beautiful drive to Enchanted Rock. Highly recommend!! Great covered picnic area with grills as well.

Was so pleasantly surprised at how nice the park is and how much they are doing to keep it growing. It's so well maintained and has a ton of amenities. Seriously, a dog washing station!! That's a win for us. We left ours there as a second home. Can't wait to head back up this weekend.

Nice RV Park with lots of space. Nice rally hall and lots of things to do around Fredericksburg. The only negative would be the grading of the gravel sites. Be prepared to drive up on blocks or make adjustments for side to side

As RV parks go it has nice flat rv spots, well situated electric, water and sewer. Check in is easy even after hours. Has a nice store, clean showers and a nice pool. What separates the 4 star places from the 5 star places are the people that work there and the cleanliness/upkeep of a place that shows pride. This place has it.

This was a very nice RV park to stay. They gave me a military discount, so it wasn't too expensive. Overall, we enjoyed our 2 nights. No problems checking in or out. It's a very quiet place to stay, with most of the people we met being retirees. The only problem we had was a moment of bad odor at dusk on our last night, so we didn't really didn't get to enjoy the sunset sitting outside. I guess someone decided to drain their black tank in the evening - who knows?. I guess it should be expected at an RV park. Very close to Fredericksburg. Next time we visit, we'll probably stay here.

The sites are huge. Built in fire pit and picnic table. Full hookups. Cable as well. Pool was closed but they open it during hotter months. Within 3 miles of downtown.

Nice, clean, easy check in. Loved the firepit. Picnic tables should be moved up 6ft. or so as it is on a concrete slab, but immediately beside the next RV sewer line. Other than that it was great! We enjoyed our stay.

Very clean, spacious sites! They have lots of open spaces to walk pets or run kids! We stayed near the playground and kiddos loved it. The staff was very friendly and were quick to respond to emails, (unlike several other places we tried to contact in the area). We will be visiting here again!

Great place to stay. Well manicured park and friendly staff. Big open field in the middle perfect for flying kites and letting the kids wear themselves out. Kids loved the playground too

Stayed two nights in January. Great location only 5 minutes from downtown. Super clean facilities. The reception was super helpful. They went above and beyond to help me print, scan and email some business documents. Will definitely stat again.

Very quiet. Very clean bathrooms and showers. Dog run, laundry, bbq pit, fire pit. Even if you don't have a camper they have chuck wagons to rent and 4 tiny houses all equipped for your stay.
