The Vineyards At Fredericksburg RV Park

Great place to stay. This RV Park is very closed to the town of Fredericksburg, Luckenbach, restaurants and plenty of wineries. The park and facilities were very clean. They have some wagons/cabins that are very nice to stay, swimming pool, wifi, cable tv, and they have a picnic table and fire pit in each site. I didn't get a chance to talk to the staff because I spent most of my time out and about. Definitely will stay again when returning to Fredericksburg.

Very clean park close to town with large sites. Well stocked store, nice dog park, friendly staff, and great laundry facilities. Only negative is many of picnic tables at sites are peeling and splintered making them unusable if you dont have both table and seat covers. Fortunately, they were able to replace ours once the weekend crowd left. Take the speed bumps very slowly to as you proceed to your site, with the size and shape even going slowly over them bounces things around quite a bit.

The Vineyards RV Park is a lovely place to stay near Fredericksburg Texas. We were surprised by how friendly everyone was and how clean the park was. The covered wagons cabins are adorable!!!!There's a pool, hot tub, workout room, activity room, playground and dog run. All is VERY well maintained! We will definitely return!

Super nice spacious sites. Super nice staff, so friendly and helpful. You can tell they are paying attention to the details. They rake the vacant sires everyday, they look like a Japanese rock garden. This is our favorite RV park in the area so far. We had to make changes to our reservations and they were so nice and helped with the changes and were very fair with the charges. We will be back.

Expansive RV park only a few minutes West of Fredricksburg. Although the park is outside of the city, it takes no time to get downtown. We stayed for several days at the this RV park in the winter. The park is easy to access. The roads are wide and easy to access pulling our 40 foot fifth wheel. No overhead obstacles (which also means no shade in the summer; pick your poison). The park has level, gravel covered spaces. As it was winter, we did not have neighbors and had ample room on the side of our rig. We had a brand new firepit which was a nice feature. The park has one main building which houses the laundry and shower facilities. If you're parked at the far end of the park you'll be in for quite a walk. The park had a nice, well maintained dog park. There is a small playground with a weathered, but functional play set suitable for younger children. The staff was very friendly and attentive and even picked up trash if set out in the mornings. They have a very nice gift shop with RV supplies, local goods and wine. We would stay here again.

We came into this park with 1 hour made ahead reservations for one night. Upon arriving and settling in we thought it might be a nice place to explore a bit more and seeing that the park was half empty we were hoping we could get an extra night. We were after hours arriving so I called first thing the next morning and was told the only way we could stay was to move two sites over (if we have to pack it all up, we are leaving) Now mind you the site we were in was absolutely IDENTICAL to the other 50+ sites on our row and two other rows!! But they had someone coming in that was going to stay 4 nights and guess they had rule over our site since we were only TRYING to stay two but truly confused at what was so special between our site and two sites over as they refused to put the new people in the site two over. Up until now the "Texans" have really been very hospitable and have gone out of their way at times being friendly. We have said it over and over how wonderful they are (we have crossed Texas from El Paso to here so far) but this experience was beyond understandable as they lost $45 (which was the highest we have paid for a site AND THAT WAS WITH A DISCOUNT!) and the town lost our money we had intended to spend. I am sure that will not break them but many times over with others (if they get treated the same) will add up over time. I understand we did not have a two night reservation, but if the park has open sites available and the request is made to stay longer they usually go out of their way to accommodate you, without making you move. Have experienced it many times! I DO NOT recommend this park, although the park is very nice, the hospitality, not so much. Did not get to even experience the park whatsoever....SEE YA! VERY cute town as we drove through it leaving, but don't stay here to experience it! P.S. Photos show our spot and two spots over and the emptiness of the rest of the park.

This was a last second overnight for us as we decided to break apart the drive from Fort Stockton to Austin. The park is very large and laid out well. It's close to town which was perfect. We didn't use any ammenities during our stay as it was just one night but everything looked clean and well taken care of. The sites were size good and hook-ups were also good. The picnic table, on the other hand, could have caused lasting damage to my backside had I sat on it without a towel! They were old and had lots of splinters. Also getting in and out of the park is a little hairy. There's a bit of a grade at the entrance/exit and when leaving you're pulling onto a two lane road, so waiting on the hill in a motorhome wasn't too fun. The speedbumps throughout the park are also a bit of overkill as they can really put a damper on your shocks. Overall all, however, good park. We would stay again.

My wife and i recently finished a prolonged stay at The Vinyards and overall the experience was good, and i can recommend the Park almost without hesitation. Physically the Park is in good shape, and well maintained. In particular i look at the power posts on the theory that if they are neglected...anything could be. We had full 50 amp power that was "clean" and the physical installation looked good as did the other "full-hookup" amenities. The sites were spacious, long (our 40' motorhome and towed car fit easily including pull-in/out) and angled just enough that i think most have views of surrounding countryside...not just the rig next door. Grounds were well maintained as were the modest facilities (large rally room w/kitchen, laundry, pool/spa). As we attended a rally the only thing i'd add is having a few smaller meeting areas or ability to divide the main room would be nice. Most sites seemed satellite friendly, which we have so i can't speak for cable TV service. I didn't use park wi-fi (we rarely do having robust wireless support of our own) but it seemed e-mail/browsing adequate. Cell service from Verizon was adequate for 1080p streaming (i don't do 4k), ATT a bit less so. Location, this place is ideally suited for visiting Fredericksberg and surrounding points of interest. Basic hopping is adequate and their are speciality shops galore down the town's main street. Some VERY nice restaurants too! We had a minor "glitch" in our reservation's departure date however this was very rapidly resolved and i was very satisfied by the Executive management's handling of the matter. I would not let this prevent me from a return visit and in conclusion i heartily recommend The Vinyards at Fredericksberg for your stay.

Nice park. They have many pull through sites. Almost half of them. The location is excellent. Just a couple of miles from downtown. They have a pool and a large conference room if you are planning a rally there. The usual showers and restrooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating for us and our friends. For the location it was a great price. Each site had a quality picnic table and fire ring. The center area was a large grass area and large dog park. They do need to do some more weed control though. Verizon signal was strong, att not so great.

Nice campground that was close to town and other local attractions. RV pads were semi level, ours had cross ties across it and was it hard to get the sewer to drain because the hose had to be ran over the top of the cross ties to get to the drain. Not all sites are like this though. Bathrooms were very clean and a nice pool with a hot tub.Definately would stay here again.

Four night stay 3rd week March 2019. Had to leave a day early. Informed office and refunded the 4th night immediately back on my card (I did not expect and did not ask for refund) The laundry room is large with folding table, Six large tun washers and six front load dryers. We enjoyed using this. Free coffee, office open 8 - 5 . This is a great Hill Country stop, great town, great food choices. Do the tourist thing including museum, food, winery, and much more. We will return to this area and stay here. We are upper midwest full time campers

Nice RV Park, good amenities. Cute little shop at the check in office. ONLY reason for my 2 stars. However...the woman working the front desk was not very friendly at all. When we checked in at 3, she said acted annoyed and mumbled - "Your reservation said you'd be here at 1 PM...I have to change your site." I was so shocked that she said this, I didn't respond but should have. She acted like I was disturbing her when I checked in and checked out. I hope she reads this review so she is aware of her passive aggressiveness and maybe she can work on it. She also failed to tell us that there is trash pick up and to leave it at the curb. Would've been nice to know. We won't be back. Too many options out there to deal with unfriendliness.

Very nice place to stay. Nice clean bathrooms and showers!!! People who answered the phone were very helpful and accommodating. Good inside roads to walk around for exercise. Will stay here again when in this area!

We stayed here during our visit to Fredericksburg, TX. Nice office folks, large clean mostly pull through sites, very nice shower facilities and a good laundry. About 5 minute drive to the down town area. Would stay here again.

Quiet place, thankfully everyone tries to keep the quiet time rules (10p-7a), decent Wi-Fi, showers and laundry available as well as swimming pool, jacuzzi, dog park, small playground, etc. Family friendly and they have long term (monthly) rates for reasonable prices. Courtney (spelling?) Was very helpful in getting us into our spot. They have trash pick up in the morning as well as propane available on the grounds. We have had no complains whatsoever and have good experiences here!
