The Vineyards At Fredericksburg RV Park

Spending a month here, and it seems like a very nice rv park. They have a nice swimming pool, a hot tub, playground for the kids and an enclosed dog run for your four legged buddies. It has been a very peaceful stay so far, and all of the sites are level with all brand new utilities. Electricity is extra, but that is common in these parts. They charge the normal rate of $.12 per KWH. For the lazy folks like myself, they even come around in the mornings to pick up your trash for you. I would be more than happy to stay here again.

Large park, nice large mostly pull thru gravel sites allFHU. Quiet and clean, they pick up your trash at your site every morning. Friendly folks and close to town but not too close. Nice clean, large bathrooms with showers. Will stay here again over most of the other RV resorts in this area. No trees or shade, not that there is a lot in this area.

Now under new ownership, the RV Park is now called "The Vineyards RV Park. The new park managers (Emily & Roy) could not be more courteous and responsive to your needs. Customer service is first class !! Upon setting up our 5th wheel, our bedroom tv would not scan any channels. Roy came to our trailer with his testing gear and determined our connections were good and the signal was good, but our tv was analog and would not accept the digital signal from the park. We learned a bunch about our TV system from Roy and learned how Roy and Emily are working extremely hard to rebuild the reputation and amenities of this park. Your trash is picked up at your site each morning. Although gravel, the park has new roads, new level (and large & long) parking spaces, new electrical panels and new water spigots. Each site has a nice sized grass yard and picnic table. Most sites offer afternoon shade which is terrific. You'll enjoy the proximity of the park to the local attractions, shopping and eateries. We had a great time and will be back again.

Very clean, quiet and roomy RV pads with concrete patios. Nice and level. Grass on lots, roads in very good condition and graveled. Lots of open space for kids and dogs. Close to town. Actually changed owners and now called THE VINEYARDS AT FREDERICKSBURG. Friendly, helpful management. We’ll come again.

Stayed here several times, sites are level and great for the bigger rigs. Landscaping is sorely lacking but the laundry is spacious with new machines, showers are new and very clean, and the pool is nice. The park is under new management and has changed it's name to The Vineyards at Fredericksburg and they have plans for many upgrades in the future. We will be back.

Year 2 to stay at this place should have learned our lesson from last year. All the RV places in town were full and they were only 25% full NOW I SEE WHY!!! This place has the worst management with take it or leave it Attitude, very strict rules, charge for every little thing. We pulled in at 12.05 and check-in is at 2:00 we were charged $8 for early check-in. No mats on the grass, no tent stakes because you might hit the underground utilities and etc. Remind you 25% full. Then they come out 1 hour after deadline to give notice of checking out early due to the weather and say they are shutting off the water due to the extreme cold coming. Tried to come to a compromise and nothing doing. Tried to work a deal to leave the RV on site not hooked up until next weekend because of the extreme road conditions back home and the replay we got you can rent it for the weekly rate we are not a storage lot. Not wonder they are 25% when everyone else in town we’re full. Worse experience ever at a RV park. With that attitude they won’t stay open much longer.

If you are not into nature- stay here. Showers and bathrooms are locked at 9:30pm until 8AM. I tried to shower at 9:05pm and got the count down of only 15min. to get out! If you wake up in the middle of the night or need to go to the bathroom before 8AM......you have to drive back into town. If your vehicle kicks up any dust, even if you are driving under 10 MPH, you will get reprimanded. Other than that, the facilities and compound are very nice but at $45 a night they should be!

Very nice and clean park. They offer online booking, but I wanted to call and double check availability before booking and the lady let me book over the phone for same online price! She was very nice and accommodating for our little family! This was our first time in Fredricksburg and we are looking forward to our next trip up there!

Stayed 1 night. Great location. Two miles to Fredricksburg. Spacious sites, spotlessly clean park and bathrooms and sparkling pool. As we were leaving, our awning broke. The owner promptly came to help us with a ladder, advice and bailing wire. Huge thank you. We will be back!

Unfriendly office staff. Wanted to charge $8 to check in an hour and a half early. Would not let us wait on their property until check in time. Bathrooms and showers are conveniently located for office staff only, the rest of us have a hike to get there. Bathrooms and showers are only open from 8am to 9:30 pm. When I took the half mile hike to shower at 8:30am it was closed for cleaning. I do not recommend this place and we will never go back. Walmart parking lot is more friendly and the bathrooms are closer.

Very nice people and park was exceptionally clean, handy, modern laundry facilities, our space was easy in and out, very level. Only distraction was the road noise at night. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves there.

We enjoyed our stay very much...very attentive "hands on owners", which showed me THEY CARE! I know because, I tested the rules (left some gear on an adjacent space), and they where on their A game. Very clean and everything worked! I would definitely stay here again and again. Pet poop supplies where always available...we got lots of rain but the property actually drained very fast. Roads and Pads where done well. WiFi was PERFECT!!! Would recommend this park to anyone that wants a quiet and secure park...without people stacked on top of you!!

We really enjoyed staying at Quiet Creek! The staff was always busy making everything nice for their visitors. They were more than willing to help with any needs or answer any questions. The location is lovely, with beautiful views! The resort is near Fredericksburg's Historic Downtown area. Routes to nearby towns are easy to access. Amenities are available and well kept. We stayed for a month long visit, and knew we would have a visitor with an extra car for a few days. We asked for and were given an extra parking place so that we would not disturb any other sites. This is a new RV resort that is ready to accommodate all your needs. If you appreciate friendliness, cleanliness, and quiet surroundings, call for a reservation. You will love it there!

Great park close to town but away from all the traffic and noise. Easy access to all sites that are level with great utilities. All park amenities are brand new and well maintained. A family owned and managed park with the owners on site.

Nice, quiet and clean. Great amenities. The owners/managers are always out and about taking care of the grounds and are very friendly, approachable and all around nice people. As a full time RVer, this park is one of the best I've ever stayed at and highly recommend it.
