Tidewater Campground
Bowen Butler (The Whitaker Review)
A place in history to stay as the family has been their dating back to 1634. Decently priced and bathrooms & showers were very well kept. The campsites are a decent size and available for every kind of camping. It also seemed that many if not all the RV sites had their own dump station which is rare. Teresa at the desk when I arrived was very delightful and married the 12th generation.

Had a seasonal here for years. So happy to be able to return after 13 years. Still a great, clean, safe campground with nice pool and good sized sites. There are rules, which is fine with us. Can't wait to go back!

Nice campground! Salt water pool, little arcade area, playground. All very family friendly. The pool had 1.6 million dead bugs in it. Otherwise, perfect

I really love this place. I was a little weary at first because I had a bad interaction on the phone. But, honestly. The lady at the front desk is a peach. Super friendly and helpful. The campground was well maintained and the bathrooms were clean. The rules are a little excessive but honestly, for a family campground with children running around, you'll be happy they have them! I recommend this place 10x over!
