I was Amazon delivery driver and they wouldn’t let us come through one of the checkpoints so we had to drive all the way onto the other checkpoint to enter. It makes the job a lot harder and take a lot longer even though we’re delivering to their customers. The only good thing was the security guard was nice.

Nice place. Lots of sites. Some of the regulars are very entitled. The majority of the owners are a little long of the tooth. This is a 55+ that feels like 75+. Pools are supposed to be cleaned daily but definitely not maybe once a week. Same band aid and hairball for at least a week. Most of the exercise equipment are in good shape and new.

I have so much to say about this park that I don't like.  1)These people aren't willing to help with one little thing. 2) big pigeon problem that cost me alot of money to have nests, poop removed by a professional service. 3) weeds all over and nobody has cleared them the whole 6 months I've been here. 4) price goes up every year.  5) They don't warn you if they know water or utilities are going to be shut off.  Not good when you depend on an oxygen machine to breath.  6) Fruit trees are so close to where you park, my truck has scratches all over side of truck. 7)  sewer line way out of place where they should be.  I have to use 3 lines to reach the sewer hole. All I can say is I will be glad when we leave and I won't be back!! By the way it is illegal to feed pigeons in mesa az and you have a resident that feeds pigeons and you have not cited this individual which you should have.

Love this resort! We have spent a month here 2 years in a row. Hoping to find a place for 2027.

The residents in this park are so rude. The staff is rude. Who ever designed the RV side of this place had never owned an RV, sewer and water hookups are all over the place no rhyme no reason to any of it, our water hookup was under our coach. They have a couple tiny dog parks for 1500 sites and do not want people walking there pets anywhere else, it is not pet friendly. We will never ever stay here again and will warn people against coming here. Shame on you Viewpoint and shame on your residents.

Huge Rv park on a very nice golf course.  Great location as its close to the 202 and the 60.

Encore parks $ 20 a day

Lots to do...4 pools and golf car. People in office are friendly and helpful.clean as can be, everyone 👋

Not our cup of tea for a campground. It was a neighborhood with all black top roads. We stayed in our RV and it felt more like a parking lot. No bench, no fire pit, no BBQ. There were full hookups, though.

We spent 3 nights with our RV. The spots are very small and there are fruit trees poorly placed making backing in very difficult.  The park is very large and spread out. Getting to amenities without a golf cart is hard.  This park is not pet friendly.  There are two dog parks far from camping spots and allow pets to potty anywhere else is prohibited.  Our spot  in the front of the park near a dog park was very noisy from University Ave. There were campers in back of us outside partying til 130 am although quiet time is 10 pm.  Security did not come around.

I was just visiting but looked to be a great place to park the RV. This place is huge.

No respect -  Totally blindsided -  We've been  renting the same RV spot for over 10+ years. We just found out this early February 2022 that ViewPoint rented out our rental spot right from underneath us with absoutely no notice when in all previous years we had till the first week of March to book for the upcoming season..  We were wondering why we were seeing people walk through our spot a few times during  the previous week and now it all makes sense-these people were checking out our spot for themselves for the upcoming season.  Long story short.  It's Viewpoint's world and we're just living in it

These 5 stars are for the girls working in the main office. With the poor decision made by the Guest Operations Manager in regards to renewing registrations for the 2022-2023 season, Taylor and Karin did an outstanding job of dealing with a difficult situation. Know that your good attitudes were much appreciated, ladies!

I live here, nice place, great neighbors. I need more space.
