I had a great experience at West Haven. My dad and I both came here for the first time and we were very satisfied with the customer service from Jodi in the office, our gorgeous site (P6 & P5) with patio and landscaping. My site even worked out well that between the angle of the sun, position of the camper and awning, my patio was shaded almost all hours of the day. Not a single complaint or issue and would love to return in the future.

This is an RV park, not a hotel. It has a mixture of very old partially-permanent RV's and structures and a newer section of RV sites. The latter isn't in the shady treed section of the park. Nice staff and very good, quiet location.

Very nice camp ground, the staff was friendly and helpful. Good sized spaces to back in 5th wheels and still have room to park the truck after being disconnected. Water pressure is pretty high, definitely recommend to have a pressure regulator.

There are a few sites that aren’t occupied by seasonal or permanent residents. The seasonal and permanent sites are well maintained. There isn’t an off-leash dog area. There is a pool but it was being renovated as of the time of our stay. The owner of the campground told me there are a few sites that are open year around. They will pick up one bag of trash if it is out in front of your site prior to 10am. There is a pond that allows fishing on the premises. We were in a newly refurbished seasonal back in site that wasn’t occupied. There was a paver patio and the rv space was compacted stone. Fire rings are available.

Interesting!! Warm welcome but led my car over the river and to the WOODS to my site. This wooded area not ideal for a new large RV. This area looked like a hunter /fisherman’s haven. That is ok for them glad they have a place to go but why you you park me in that. The site was nice and long but I needed a weed wicker to get to my broken water source. Advertised swimming pool but it was being worked on. Sure did not appreciate being charged for leaving a day early due to weather.

Right now the owners are fixing the pool! The is a really cute camp ground with a pond and plenty of trails. The permanent camper part is really large and there are a few for sale! Walking around is really relaxing and the pond is nice to have your trailer by. The tenting ground is nice but I don't tent so... there are no cabin or cottages so bring a tent trailer or popup. :)

As class A motorhome transients we liked the place. As a rule, we do not take advantage of all that is available at the parks we stay at. Therefore, quietness, ease of access, friendly feeling and level sites are most important after price. We were happy with our decision to stay here and will return.

Beautiful park like atmosphere. Ponds, trails for hiking and biking. Pool and playground. We stayed all the way in the back and it was the most quite, relaxing night in a long time.

Very nice, clean and near I 90. Super easy pull thru spots for larger rvs.

Lovely campground. Owners are very friendly. Relatively close to many Erie attractions. Plan on staying longer next year. My grandchildren had a blast fishing in the pond.
