Excellent overnight camp. Nothing fancy, but the owners were super friendly, registration was lightening quick. The site was level, bathrooms spotless and the internet worked. Cable had some "noise" on it but good enough. Nice little patch of very soft grass was nice too. Again, not a resort, but a good overnighter!

Very clean, bathrooms and shower area nice. Very simple park overnight kind of place, nothing fancy, but conveniently located right off the hwy. personally I think the price is way too high!

We moved here as a monthly patron and paid for 2 months in advance. We were told that if we moved before our next payment was due we would be issued a partial refund and then a new management took over, raised the mo thly rent almost $100 and doesnt make sure things work as they should. Online it states that wifi and cable are included in your rent at no extra charge but your now told if it doesnt work to bad. Ronnie refuses to tell you who the management is and states he is the only one who you can talk to about things. IThis would be the last place I would ever reccomend to stay!!!

The bathrooms and showers smell awful and only one out of four washers work and none of the dryers get your clothes dry. There is hardly any shade anywhere and the playground stays to hot to play on until it's almost dark. And the cable and internet go in and out constantly.

I give it 2 stars for convenience and decent staff. The park itself was trailers and very lives in. The sites were rutted. There was a line inside a very broken pvc conduit running across the middle of one site. Hope it was not electric. There was a sewage lift station that the red light was blinking on the top which usually means it was broken. I did not attempt to dump.....

The only reason I am giving this 1 star is because I am not able to give it 0 stars! We made a reservation online and received our confirmation email. Our intent was to stay here 1 night to break up our return home trip from Florida to Kentucky. When we arrived at 1pm on a Saturday our campsite was taken. We attempted to call the after hours number posted, it went directly to voicemail and the mailbox was full!. We pulled into an empty spot and attempted to call multiple times over the next few hours. The park was run down and not well maintained at all. The ceilings were falling down in the common area and all of the seats were either broken or covered in bird poop. Most sites did not have a have a fire ring as advertised. The "lake" had a broken down fence around it, so your lake view was through a chain link fence. Terrible customer service and terrible park!

The young man checking us in was very friendly and helpful. If you go there when it is hot, don't expect much shade. It's ok for short term stays. The town of Clayton has a lot to offer.

Good access off/on the I-65 made this our choice - the Passport America discount price of $28.22/night is expensive for what you get but ok for an overnight stop. ||Friendly check in, level pull thro (long enough we didn’t need to unhitch our 34ft 5th wheel) free WiFi, no cable no frills. Clean bathrooms, laundry and lounge area which we didn’t use. Apart from the Bathhouse area which looks new, the rest of the park is rather rundown and in need of some tlc.||The traffic noise is noticeable but not enough to be annoying (and I have keen hearing)||Unfortunately the 5 garbage cans were full when we arrived mid afternoon and weren’t dealt before our departure at 10.30am the following day. Rather unsightly.||Walk around the pond to view the carved tree trunk. ||We would use the Yellowhammer RV Park again.

It was just ok. The road coming in was full of potholes that were hard to avoid because the road was so narrow. The sites are gravel and fairly level with the parking lot being gravel also. We stayed one night in a fifth wheel and didn't look at the bathrooms or laundry. We used Passport America so we paid "half price" $26 something. There is no way these sites are worth $40 something a night but I guess they're worth whatever you can get.

Nice level sites, reliable power, quiet, even though we could see the interstate. Clean laundry room, friendly managers. We were thrilled they had space for us and honored the Passport America pricing for our stay.

We stayed at this location the first of the year and it was nice. It has gone down hill and the person running the office lied to us and was rude to my wife. A couple of campers with 50 amp motor homes could not run their a/c due the 50 amp not pulling 50 amps. they tried several sites and had the same problem. They stated to us this will also be the last time they stay at this location. We paid for a site at this location for our return trip, however decided to lose the money and stay at another campground.

Great little RV park. It sits far enough off I-65 that there is little noise except the birds and wildlife around the lake. There is a walking path around the lake, a nice lounge in which to relax and unlike many campgrounds, a strong and stable WiFi. Spots are wide and level. The campground shows some signs of past neglect which the current owners are addressing.

Very nice campground. Small but well kept. Small lake but no pool. We have stayed here before as it is convenient to visiting friends. Full hook ups. Pull thrus and back ins. Some noise from I65 but not too bad. Laundromat and bathhouse. Both very nice. Definitely stay here again

Simple, but secure RV Park. We left Orange Beach, AL during Michael and spent two nights at this Park. Fuel, restaurants locally. Only two problems: 1) No Cable, broken, 2) Short one way way into Park. Be damned certain no one is coming out. Could and was a problem. But good people, no complaints and our Direct TV worked fine

Good for an overnight. Easy on and off the highway. But the cable is nonexistent and the WiFi was weak. There are several perm residents at this location. The highway is loud and the billboards are bright . The bath house and laundry room are huge and very clean. This review is for the campground only.
