!!WARNING!! !!DON'T GO THERE!! THE OWNERS (A Deacon & his wife!!) !!SUPER NOSEY & EXTREMELY RUDE!! !!No Visitors Allowed!! !!No Animals Allowed!! n the 'Apartments' (Trailers that r divided into multiple units, sheds with a toilet & a shower)!! !!No Kids Allowed At All!! But dope heads, a prostitute, a couple that fight all the time (very loudly), an 72 yr old pervert & a registered sex offender r ALLOWED?? Sewage running out on the ground!! Place is infested with roaches, ants, stink bugs, & flies!!

If you DON’T want your R.V. to get infested with ants then I would NOT recommend staying at this place . abd yrs I can confirm that the owner and his sister do come off as but and a bit rude but the ant problem is prevalent at this RV. park . This isn’t a campground it’s a RV. park . Canp @ grounds “ ussually have picnic tables and gire pits some even have a outdoir poil BOT this place so DON’T be mis-lead by them adverising it as a “ CAMP GRIUND “ ! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE !

Interesting experience. Called to ask about dates and rates. Was immediately asked what was my business in the area. After getting through that abrupt and seemingly rude question, then went on to her saying that she wasnt able to handle kids if I had them. I told her I had a service animal and she replied if he was a big dog then he wouldn't be allowed. I told her never mind. In the course of 2 minutes this lady told me she would discriminate against someone with children, would refuse a service animal (against ADA laws) and wanted to know my purpose so she could decide if I was worthy. Never once actually asked about the dates I needed or shared the rates she offered. Anyone this oblivious to how wrong and rude her approach to new business inquiries, doesn't deserve to get any in my opinion. Definitely won't be staying here or recommending any of my work crews to stay.

I have been around this place most of my life. The place is out in the country, so as you can expect a country lifestyle. It is well maintained, and the grounds are kept well clean. I have witnessed people come through that desperately need assistance and they are given clothes on their back, a place to sleep and food on the table. You won’t see trash or cigarette butts on the ground. Most of the tenants have been here for years and years and they don’t have a complaint. As long as your rent is paid on time and you communicate your needs, you’re accommodated well. Overall a wonderful place to stay, a welcoming and safe environment. The owners have strong beliefs about keeping the peace, so problems are resolved in a timely manner.

I stayed for 2 months while in the area for work. Some spots are a little tight although it worked for me. The owners are super nice and I would stay again.
